My wife and I have done business here on several different occasions. We ve had a great experience each time. From service to sales couldn t ask for a better group of people. Trailers, sidexside, service, parts .everything we ve purchased is still running top notch.

Was charged $198 dollars to clean and kit my carburetor.They only cleaned it!It still won't run and still stalls and backfires!Service manager said it just needed to be adjusted.The only adjustment on this carb is the idle screw.I bought a new carb elsewhere, unit runs perfect,out of the box!I did NOT get what I paid for!Service managers solution was for me to bring it back up there and let them work on it again.I would be responsible for "probably" 2-hour labor charge!!

A HUGE Thanks to Pat, Austin, and Seth they got my boy's quad running today. Dropped it off they took it right back and a 2 hours later called me to come get it. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would because of them I got this smile when we unloaded it and he rode around the pasture. Thank you guys.

Got a beautiful ride from the guys here at Waco motor sports yesterday, they do great work on your ride always hear positive word of mouth, great place for your off road needs, and great deals on the used bikes! I left my first review here in 2020. It was about that time that I bought my first ever motorcycle here. I've now known Patrick the owner for years and he's treated me so well that I often recommend friends buy from him. I also purposefully take my bike here for work to make sure I show support to good local business. The mechanic, Nate, takes time to do things right and I understand that he is certified in many different brands and models (although I am not fortunate to own every brand of motorcycle yet, so please call and make sure first). Mechanic Nate went above and beyond for my issues with a fast turn around time, and he also took additional time to fix my last minute requests too (unfortunately I am one of *those* customers ). If you wish to support a local business that has a solid owner, a competent mechanic, and a staff that wishes to ensure your fast service and happiness, then please give this business a try. They've earned my support and are my number one choice for motorcycle mechanics in Waco.

I bought a couple things from Waco motor sports and Jason helped me out, I had such an incredible experience. Really good service that honestly didn t feel like I was talking to a salesmen at all. I honestly felt like he and the other gentlemen there just wanted to show me some cool stuff and help if I needed it. I HIGHLY recommend coming in and finding Jason to do business with.

Walking inside of Waco Motorsports is a familiar feeling that I noticed... Staff/Parts Dept was considerite and focused on me and there knowledge of the issue and where fixed less than a week...i know you won't find this respect and timely repairs around here ...Going tomorrow to See what there sales dept has. Yamaha MT 07....lookingninto that one for sure ....Thanks , WcoMotoSportz

After 4 long months of my 2 sparks being in and out we finally got a fix! Through the whole process the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thankful for that Texas summer heat so we can still enjoy them while it s still warm!

I drove all the way from Houston and glad I did. The service was awesome. They had me financed and out the door in an hour. It may be a small sales department but I was very happy with how everything went.

Watch out for these guys. My husband has been roped in to buying "toys" because of a great deal they have going (the most recent one being a side by side). Now a few months later, like the other purchases, something is wrong with it and their waiting list to get something looked at is several weeks from when you take it in.

These folk are great. They have been talking care of my boat for years now. The service was so good I went to them to purchase my new side by side. These guys have always done the service in a timely manner and treated me like family. I send everyone I know to them for service above and beyond.

Top rate sales, Jason pointed me to a different machine than I expected, he took the time to find out what I needed, and provide the right tool I needed! It s exactly the right one, walked me through the paper work, and made it easy. Make sure you ask for Jason!

Quoted a price of $25 or $30 to mount a tire. Brought in the wheel off of the bike, and they charged me $50. Don't believe anything they tell you!

I was looking for a UTV and looked at a few used. I stopped by Waco Motor Sports to get an idea on how much new and used UTV s were going for. They had a Used UTV with 125 miles on it and gave me a really good deal on it. They also delivered it 35 miles away that same day. All the sales reps and the Owner were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Terrible service, if I could put 0 stars I would gladly put them.They were kind at the time we took a motorcycle to do a tire change. But their kindness only lasted that day, when I asked for the budget they indicated that it would be from $100 to $120, which did not happen, after 3 days when we went to look for the motorcycle, the charge went up to $230 for no reason. (It should be noted that we have the new tire).They gave us the dirty motorcycle and apart from that BADLY FIXED. the rim bolts were not tightened so an accident could have occurred since the motorcycle is used for racing... when I took it back to explain the situation instead of admitting its mistake and helping me in a GOOD WAY TO SOLVE IT, they only gave me wrong excuses and they ignored me after they just tightened the screws. They must improve their service if they want to make high charges at least they should give a good service. thing that doesn't happen.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I had 2 jet skiis serviced for a reasonable price. They were in and out on the same day. Would definitely do business with them again.

After reading some of the negative reviews from other customers, I was reluctant to use the service department. I am happy to say I experienced excellent service from Patrick (service manager) and Glenn (the tech). Both were respectful and courteous and took the time needed to complete the service on my boat and explain the issues. They also took care of the warranty paperwork with Tracker. I'll be returning here for service again.

recently bought a unit from this place, & got into a wreck with same said unit a couple months after, they were more than helpful. sat me down through the whole process & tried to do everything in there power to help me get as much back as i could. very family friendly place. will be going there for any other units i want to buy!

Parts personel were very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices seemed great compared to local competition. I'm bringing my bike in tomorrow for minor maintenance and will update my review accordingly.Service manager remained professional and courteous throughout the rest of my experience but the woman working the service desk led me on for a month. She kept telling me they needed another week for a month. The straw that broke the camel's back was that she eventually told me she never said a week.I have no problem leaving my bike somewhere for a long time to get work done but the moment I am lied to I can not trust anything you tell me and you don't deserve my money.

I was looking for someplace to work on the lower unit on my 115 Yamaha. Their outboard mechanic really knows his stuff. He fixed it and had it ready to pickup the very day he said he would. A month faster than the other shops. Clifton and the crew were friendly and the price was reasonable. Good job guys!

I am having issues with my sea doo spark going in to limp mode. I brought my ski to the service department and Patrick went out of his way to help me figure out what could be going on and also had Seth give me info on things to try. These guys are very knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal. I highly recommend Waco motor sports. I bought my ski new from them and will continue to do all my business with them.

I had been looking for a specific used machine. I made contact with Javier and in a few minutes we had a deal over the phone. He helped arrange delivery for me (at a very reasonable cost) and the machine arrived as promised. On time and in the condition I expected. We all want the same thing. A hassle free transaction with no surprises. Good job Javier.
