I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online for a week out and thought I would be fine because I had another vehicle, but then my other vehicle went out and here I was stressing on what I was going to do since my Kona really needed an oil change and I still had a few days before my appointment. I called and spoke to Jeff, told him what was going on, and he told me go ahead and bring it in today and we will get you serviced! I got my car in immediately and that day I had my services done. All of the staff members were so nice and so helpful with everything when I arrived. Hands down, the best service I ve had in a long time!

My wife's Sonata's starter went out on a trip she was planning. Our car was towed to the Waco dealership. The service manager Mike was accommodating and contacted me before beginning repair. He removed unnecessary charges and brought the estimate to a resonable amount. The car was ready in one day. We live in Granbury so we went the next day to get our car. So much better than the sorry excuse of a Hyundai dealership (Shottenkirk) we have in Granbury!

They didn't find my vehicle's problem properly. I paid a hefty amount for the simple spark plug replacement.
