I went back to my local Hyundai dealer after the 1st car I bought there because of their professional attitude and thoroughness with my purchase. My salesman is absolutely fantastic. He went through all the details of the car and made me feel very comfortable with operating the last one and this one. I didn't feel pressured, and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. After owning my 1st Hyundai I felt confident in purchasing this one. It's a bonus to have such a knowledgeable and friendly team to work with. I would recommend you to any family and friends that are looking, without reservation!

Steven Kirkpatrick is the best salesperson I ve ever worked with! He was honest, professional, and skipped past all the typical sales gimmicks. I drove an hour and a half to get here, and I ll keep making that drive any time me or any of my family/friends need a new car. Ask for Steven!

We can't say enough about Jackie Perez. Jackie went above and beyond to make our purchase the best we have ever experienced. Jackie is definitely an asset to the dealership! Ramsey R. did a great job with our pricing and Bryan M. was great at walking us through the financing. Overall, we were very satisfied with our buying experience at Waco Hyundai.

My husband and I were disappointed with the options with inventory at local dealerships in Austin. My husband found Waco Hyundai online and saw they had lots of great options, we made the drive and were so so happy we did! We got EXACTLY what we wanted! I would like to give a shout out to Josh at Waco Hyundai. He wasn t a pushy salesman that you typically get at other dealerships. He took his time with me while I was still deciding on what I wanted to do. In the end with some help I chose a 2024 Hyundai Elantra !!

Your service staff is amazing. The only disappointing part is that I've been a customer since 2016 and couldn't get a loaner car while it was at your dealership for 3 weeks. I understand there were a lot of "total engine replacements" but it sure made is difficult on us. I did however appreciate my car being washed when I picked it up! That's a plus.

An incredible experience - start to finish. Every person we've dealt with from our first phone call has been nothing but professional and customer focused. It's refreshing to run across people that do what they say they're going to do and operate their business with integrity. After spending weeks dealing with other dealerships across Texas and getting the 'typical experience' it was a breath of fresh air to run across Waco Hyundai. We had all but resigned ourselves to dealing with unsavory characters and figured this is just how car buying was today when we decided to call Waco Hyundai and were greeted with a warm welcome and a promise to provide a fair price and straightforward experience with no surprises. Boy am I glad we called. Within minutes of describing our needs they let us know what we could expect to pay (which is exactly what we paid) and that they would locate the exact vehicle that we were looking for and deliver it to us (3 hours away) for a lower price than anyone else. Sounded too good to be true, but fortunately for us it was true and the team really delivered. My wife received EXACTLY what she wanted for a great price and all it took was a phone call to the right place. Next time, we won't even bother starting anywhere else and will be recommending our friends visit these guys as well. A car buying experience for the ages... Thanks Waco Hyundai!

The manager was able to locate exactly what we wanted at another location. We agreed on a trade-in and price. Very professional and kind. Our salesman, Paul, was extremely knowledgeable about the Palisade Calligraphy and patient as he demonstrated all of the bells and whistles on the SUV. He was never pushy or trying to rush us as we were making our decision. Paul is an asset to your company! We would recommend our friends to request Paul should they be looking for a Hyundai. We love our new Palisade Calligraphy!

We entered the building and we were greeted by a young lady right away. She asked how could she help us and we explained to her what we were looking for. Also to keep within our budget was stressed. She did everything she could to get us what we wanted and as we were signing the paperwork, this young lady removed our things from our traded vehicle to our new vehicle. That was sweet of her to do that. Our vehicle drives smooth and is roomy. This young lady is knowledgeable when it comes to being tech savvy. This is our third HYUNDAI and are very satisfied with the our purchases. Give Jackie Perez a visit at WACO Hyundai, I m sure she ll find an auto you can drive home in.

I loved my experience. I didn t feel pressured at all. Steven made me feel comfortable and heard. I ended up with the hybrid I ve been wanting ant the rate I wanted and have NO regrets. I couldn t take delivery the day I signed so they brought my new car to Temple for me. I love the fact that they went above and beyond. I recommend the entire Waco Hyundai team. I got my last vehicle there when it was Greg May Hyundai and this was a completely different experience. I would definitely shop with them again.

When my car broke down on Wednesday, April 3, I had it towed to the dealership. My husband's funeral was Saturday, 4-5 and I desperately needed my car on Friday. Mike took wonderful care of me -- called in on Thursday around 6:15 to let me know my car was ready and offered to let me pick it up, even though they closed at 6. I got there and to my surprise found they had washed and vacuumed my vehicle for me.I felt like royalty. Mike and his team deserve gold stars and an "atta boy". Donna Klein. 2019 Hyundai Sonata.

The service I receive everytime I come in is excellent. I always get greeted with pleasure and whatever the issue is I'm always taken care of. Had a squirrel chew up two wiring harnesses. The Service Department says it might take 2-3 days to get the new ones in. Surprise!! Wrong parts! They have to reorder the right ones. Now... TWO WEEKS!! Good luck getting your service here. Once they have your car, no rush at all to get it repaired and back to you.

I took my car to a different dealership for the oil change (where I bought my car) and the guy was so rude, I told my husband "let's try Hyundai and see if they are nicer." So we left that dealership and drove straight to Hyundai and WOW!! Such a difference. They service intake man was so nice and helpful. We will be back for our next oil change. Thank you for being happy to serve your customers!

I was happy to be greeted this morning by Hyundai staff even though, I was late due to a sick child. I didn t have a wait time. (I was exhausted) I didn t have time to clean out my car the previous night, I explained the importance of keeping my vehicle locked and it wasn t an issue. Unfortunately, I was late picking up my vehicle. I called, I was told it was not an issue. (I felt bad). I was greeted with the same friendly hello by all the staff. I wish that I had the names of the three individuals working in the service center this evening a special thank you I truly appreciate each of you!I would like to also add that, I stopped to by the front and a sales gentleman was walking by (I m sure he was headed home again they were closed) he asked, if I needed help or had any questions . Thank you for taking the time. I will certainly come back to speak with you about a 2024! Also thank you for letting me know Hyundai has current incentives being offered. I m truly impressed and I ve been coming to Hyundai for the last 3-4 years everyone is nice but this was an exceptional service visit.

Stellar customer service! Tim walked me through the whole process and went to bat for us with an extended warranty claim. He laid out what needed to be done and made sure we understood the items that were necessary to keep the vehicle running well and safe. I've had bad experiences at this service department in years past, but now HIGHLY recommend Waco Hyundai service dept.

They weren t pushy at all! They gave us the numbers that we asked for after we test drove the vehicle. They texted us once and never called or bothered us. That s the #1 reason we went back? We appreciated it so much!

We interacted mostly via phone and email because I live quite a distance from Waco, TX. Waco Hyundai dealership was great at communication and making sure it was a pleasurable transaction. Internet Manager Justin and Steven Kirkpatrick (Sales) answered all questions and followed up as requested. The sales representative, Steven Kirkpatrick helped us through the entire process for the Tucson SUV 2024 recently. I specially recommend Steven, He was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Worst experience I've had. Trying to buy a new car, agreed on price and payment was good. Once we got into finance, they tried to add another $3k plus. That was not what we had agreed upon. When Tony came into the room, he got upset and raised his voice at my wife, so we got up and left. Only to have someone yell at us, "Don't come back idiots!" I work with customers on a daily basis, and no matter the situation, I would never treat anybody like that.

I had to have my car towed in and all the people in the service department were very helpful and kind. The service manager came and spoke to me 4 different times with updates. He was extremely thoughtful. It was a pleasure to be there.
