Took my vehicle in for small maintenance issue, walked in and Olivia, took excellent care of me and made sure I was taken care of while i waited for my truck. I will continue to take my truck to Allen Samuels in Waco Texas for all my service and maintenance needs. Thanks again Olivia.

I always have a great experience here. The only thing is their staff turnover seems pretty high. Quality service for me though.

Very disappointed. I've waited 4 hours for the recall to be fixed on my car. & someone just now told me it would be another 30 minutes. I should have been updated on the progress periodically.

Needed a small part for my Jeep. Parts dept took the time to research and found the part I needed. Ordered and will pick up in a week. Very pleased

Not impressed with the Sales Department. It took them two days to repair the three recalls on my 2013 Ram 3500. I was was told half a days work....go figure

It's alright. They are the highest price vehicles around so if you like over paying then i guess this may be the place for you.

Went there to clean up with my brother and when we was done I went to start my car and it wouldn't start so now I have to get battery so I had to get a new battery for them to put in so I can get my car off the lot but they helped me by putting it in for me thanks

This is not Waco Dodge sales. They went out of business in 09. This is Allen Samuels DCJRF and I highly recommend them.
