I just want to say how good Uriele was with communication I filled out the form online & the next day 8 am he called & said he was ready to put me in my car everyone there was so warm & welcoming & made me feel so comfortable asking all the question & as a first time car buyer they made it so easy quick & simple I m definitely referring all my friends here. I had a great experience yesterday 02/03/2024 at Volkswagen of Waco my name is TaShayla my sister Taniesha and I had such a great experience with Frankie, Michael, James and Caleb these 4 are the best I swear I had a the best experience I ever had going to buy a car. I had so much fun, I had a hard time putting up a review so I m using my son to be able to do so, I just had to leave a good review I love all the knowledge and the friendly experience with my sister really needed a car and these 4 helped us they all listened to our needs they were very straight forward no wasted time, they ended up helping my sister get into what she really wanted and needed with an affordable car note Just look at that smile. Thank you Michael, James, Frankie and Caleb we truly appreciate all your help, and enjoyed every moment.

I went through the Service Center to get my back tire replaced. The first person that helped me was very rude to the point where I drove to the Sales side to get help. That's when they introduced me to another guy, his name is Juan he was nice and very professional, and he was ready to replace my tire asap. (If you have any problems with a rude employee at the Service Center I highly recommend you ask to speak to Juan)Thanks Volkswagen Keep Up The Good Work!!!

Hands down the best experience buying a car we have ever had. Friendly down home staff that are absolutely fantastic. Cole Scranton and Cole Binder are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Caleb Cavasos the finance specialist is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He made doing all the paperwork a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend Volkswagen of Waco to anyone needing to purchase a new vehicle. A wonderful place to do business with.

Jorge was great! He was so kind & informative about everything. The vehicle we picked out has been such a blessing, especially since our last vehicle left us stranded. The environment of this dealership is awesome, everyone was so nice and down to earth. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone & as well has Jorge for their sales person.

Great experience and that isn t something I normally say about buying a car. Kristian was friendly and listened to what I wanted instead of trying to pressure me into anything. I was offered what I wanted for my trade and got a great deal on my new Tiguan.

I had a phenomenal experience here! From my salesperson, Mr. Blunt, explaining all the bells and whistles of my cross sport, to the sales manager, Marisa, disclosing all payment options transparently. I will definitely be shopping here again when I am ready for another VW!

The buying process was fast and amazing. Jorge our sales guy was very informative and helpful, we were able to find what we wanted. James in finance was incredible he was great and getting us the deal we were looking for. Would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

My experience here this past weekend with Brianna and Caleb was amazing !! If it wasn't for Brianna's persistence I honestly don't think I would've took the inquiry serious(And please don't confuse persistence with nagging or bugging she was so warm and polite through the entire process). I got there told her the features that were a must have and she went to work, wasn't there 10 minutes and she had my numbers and terms in front of me! Caleb was so welcoming and informative he just put the cherry on top of my experience there. He explained everything and I really appreciated that!! You guys rock!!! Thank you!!

Thank you VW Waco for the efficient service I received today in the services department. Juan was very helpful and explained the options I had for my vehicle. After the decision was made and the job was completed, I was back on the road in 45 minutes or less. I appreciate the transparency!

My wife and I stopped in to look at a used car. We were very late. It was after 7 pm and they were closing at 8. Salesman still offered to let us see the car that we were interested in. Long story short, we walked out by 8:49 having purchased the car we were searching for. Sales team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! They were willing to stay late to get the deal done. Will definitely go back for my next purchase!

Kristian Segura helped us get into this beautiful new Cross Sport, my husband called him looking for a specific 2024 Atlas Cross Sport that was in route there to Waco. He let us know as soon as they got it in. He gave us all the details on it, all we had to do was drive in from San Angelo to pick it up. Kristian was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with this car buying process as well as the other staff. The ladies that worked the front desk were so sweet and very helpful with keeping my toddler entertained. Thank you to Kristian and everyone at Volkswagen of Waco, I noticed all you of you work great together as a team and provide great customer service.

Erwin and binder were super helpful in helping me find my new vehicle. It was an easy process and I left with a vehicle I am happy to drive with. They were honest and I did not have to worry about being lied to about the best price. They showed me other cars in the area and compared prices and helped with insuring I got the lowest price for the best vehicle. I would recommend this place to others who are nervous about finding a new vehicle.

In January, took my wife's Jetta TDI in for an oil change. It was cold out and I didn't feel like doing it. I was impressed starting with the first phone call. Initially they couldn't get it in on Saturday but I dropped it off anyway. Turns out they could and did complete it. They gave it a good look over with a list of needed services. They sent a video as well which I found extremely cool. The advisor, Harrison, was very professional and knowledgeable. It was almost closing time when I picked it up. While he was preparing the bill, I was able to mingle with 2 of the techs, which is unheard of anymore. All in all, great experience. Everyone was friendly. I'll be back again when I need them.

Uriel and James went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted! It was one of the quickest car buying experiences I ve ever had. We called from out of town to inquire about a new Jetta they had. We drove from Dallas with our trade, and they were honest and transparent. No funny business. Kristian was a great salesman, and the management team was top knotch. The F&I manager was quick, efficient, and had us in and out in minutes.

My husband and I went there a week ago. We had a fantastic experience. Cole Binder called me several times trying go get us to come in. Our schedules are busy and we do not have great credit. I finally answered. Cole was up front and honest with me. I explained our situation and he listened. We were able to get finance with a cosigner. They really work with you. The whole experience was great from start to finish. We love our new Tiguane as well. Cole Binder, James Swallow, and the rest of the finance team were amazing.

James from the sales floor was super helpful and generous with his time. I submitted an inquiry late last night and he was on it two hours before they opened! Before I could get out of my car he was already on his way (almost jogging) to get my the keys to test drive my now GTI. Caleb was very patient and let me recalculate everything as many times as I needed before signing the papers. I was in and out in a few hours. All of the staff was super courteous and kind. If you live in Austin or Dallas, it s worth the drive to work with this team. Did I mention my GTI didn t have any dealer markups despite being special edition?!

I needed a new vehicle to replace my failing 14-year old. I walked in and stated I was interested in a Tiguan. Cole was very informed about the available inventory. He asked all the pertinent questions. We discussed new vs used. He found a model that would suit me and that was pretty much that! Great experience!Took about 2-3 hours! I drove home in a new car.

They helped me get into the right vehicle for me and were more than happy to fulfill any and all wants/needs I had as a customer. If you go shopping here for your next car, ASK FOR URIEL CRUZ!!! He truly excelled at making sure I knew what I was purchasing, making me feel confident in my purchase, and was very direct and honest with any and all aspects that comes with purchasing a vehicle.Again, I couldn t be happier with VW of Waco and hope everyone has the same experience as I did!

I just find it quite ironic the day I'm suppose to pick up my 2023 GTI 40TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION that the salesman calls me and tells me that it got sold. Due to the fact this guy has been calling me for months and I finally saw something I liked. Then it's sold. What happened to customer service and satisfaction. You get a man hopes and dreams up just for disappointment. Have a happy Saturday Volkswagen of Waco. Good thing your dealership licenses are still good.Guess I will be sticking with my old schools after all.
