I lived in Waco since August of 2015 and I went to multiple places to get oil changes and state inspection and I never received the treatment I get from these men! Service is quick! The service is great! Great customer service! Very reasonable in pricing! Friendly! Did I say QUICK?!

Stick to the basics when you go here. They are great for the basics. Super fast and super efficient. Owner is on site most days. Good crew, and most of them have been here for quite a number of years now, so they work really well together

Have always come here to get my oil change and have been very pleased with how quick and nice everyone is. This morning, I went to see about inspection getting done, a man I haven t seen before came out to my car and when I asked about getting an inspection done the guy went on a rampage. He told me The guy wasn t there and they were getting rid of the service and he was just tired of people asking. He then started telling me I can stop driving or I can continue driving and just get pulled over. Then he had the audacity to end the conversation saying, I m not trying to be rude, but . Well, sir, the tone of your voice and the way you just went on a rampage was very much rude. You could ve just left it at the guy wasn t there And I would have been on my way. Because of this employee, I will not be returning for any more services. I thankfully got my inspection done and the people who did it were so nice I Couldn t ask for better services.

This place was amazing. At other places it takes 30 minutes to 2 hours to get simple stuff done like an oil change. They changed our oil and checked other parts of the car within 15 minutes at a great price. Super friendly and honest people working here!

I just got my oil changed, and really appreciate Paul for being so kind, personable, and professional, while the other gentlemen completed it fast. I was in the checkout line at Aldi's and discovered I'd left my wallet at home. The man in front of me offered to pay for my groceries. Of course I told him no, but thanks anyway. But he insisted. So I asked him how I could get hold of him, and he replied that he owned the Valvoline Express Care down the street. So I let him pay and later mailed him some cash ($20) for reimbursement. Then I started taking my vehicles there for oil changes. They're fast and don't get your floor mats dirty. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need like some other shops do. But they do inform customers about things they need to service, such as changing a dirty air filter. Their techs can also perform some mechanical repairs. My car is a high mileage vehicle, so I use conventional oil instead of synthetic or synthetic blend oils. Oil and filter change is slightly over $30. They offer another service--performing state safety vehicle inspections. It's convenient when your oil change and vehicle safety sticker/registration renewal come due at around the same time. Call ahead to ensure the inspector is on the property, since he sometimes picks up his kids at school. I recommend Valvoline Express Care to others.

I love taking my car(s) here! The people are so nice. It's clean and professional and fast. I took my giant transit for it's first oil change and safety inspection and they were awesome. I'd hate to go somewhere else.

Staff, service, and time was efficient and excellent. I literally was there for 15 minutes at 9:00am on a Saturday. Very impressed. I will be going there every time for future oil changes in Waco. They also reset my oil life gauge which is a plus.

I had my oil changed today. They were very professional and explained everything. The customer service was fantastic, which is hard to find now a days. This will be my go-to place for my oil changes.

Paul and his team are outstanding. Polite, professional, and to the point. All my vehicles are brought here because you get fair and honest assessments of vehicle issues without any pressure. I have always had good experience with Valvoline oil change centers until I went to this place while traveling through Waco. I actually traveled almost 20 miles out of my way to come to this place and arrived 15 minutes before the closing time they published on Google. The service person closed the garage door on me and rudely told me they were closed.

I am always impressed with the honesty of the mechanics at this location. They have always made sure that only the work required is what's done. They don't try to trick anyone into getting unnecessary repairs. I always bring my vehicle here when I am in Waco visiting my in-laws, even if it's just to get an oil change, like today. Definitely give this place a try!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get an oil change in February and all was fine until I needed another oil change. I went to a different place and low and behold there was no oil cap on my car. The people here FORGOT to put a simple oil cap back on and I did not know until I came for my next oil change. I called them explaining the situation and asked for a refund for the oil cap that they had carelessly forgotten to put on that cost me extra money I didn t need to spend and they refused to give me a refund. They also refused to claim responsibility for losing the oil cap and blamed it on someone else, claiming that they would not have done that. I would ve believed them had the proof not been right in front of my face. Not only is this a simple thing to fix and a simple request for a refund, but missing my oil cap could have done a lot of damage to my car for no reason. It is disappointing that they were not only unwilling to refund me $9 for my oil cap but they were also unwilling to accept responsibility for something they should know how to do. If you go here, please be careful, especially if you are from out of state.Service: Oil change

I just stopped here because I needed an oil change and it was the closest to my location. They were very nice even though I really had no idea what I was doing. They also didn't try to just make money off of me since I was woman with limited car knowledge. I also spilled my drink all over their floor and the graciously cleaned it up for me. Then he pointed me to a great car wash because I needed one and had no idea where to go. Thank you for your hospitality! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This is my new go to place. They've done a lube oil and filter change and a state inspection for me. In and out quick. Even when they're super busy. Great friendly service. From what I've seen all the guys work well as a team to get the customer in and out as quick as possible. I recommend this place because of their great service.

Fast and friendly service. If there's no other vehicles in front of you, expect to be in and out in 15min. They do a basic inspection and top off your windshield washer fluid too! The longest I've waited there is 45min.... but I had 3 cars in front of me. Prices are comparable to any other place in town.

I road with my sister, her husband passed away 2 months after mine did and never had oil changed before, the guy there was very polite and help her get the oil changed experience, and as ALWAYS they were very helpful.

Amazing! In and out for an oil change in 10 minutes without leaving the seat of my car. Super friendly staff made everything smooth and easy. No way I ll go anywhere else from now on!

Came in to the place.. What nice people.. Richard was the one who help me. Very good price on my conventional oil change. I normally change my oil myself, but on this particular day my driveway was muddy and it needed to be done. When I went to change my oil here they did not change the filter. It is only accessible from the top of the engine bay and not once did they reach in there with the tools required to unscrew the filter housing. Never again will I come here for any services.

We had to go here due to being in the area. Will never return. We always go to a different Valvoline. They tried to upsale our oil change and tell me if I didn't get what they wanted we were responsible for messing up our motor. Called another location while I was there and they said it was just them trying to scare me to pay more money. I would not recommend. And we will not return to this Valvoline. We will stick to honest good quality service. We love Valvoline but not this location.

These guys are amazing! I ve been going here since I was a freshmen at Baylor (7 years ago) and they have always treated me with respect, kindness and been efficient and professional.
