Matt and the crew at Triplett are always helpful to myself and the ranch. Had a turbo replaced and ordered numerous parts from them. Super fair priced and always easy to get a hold of and deal with. These guys are awesome.

Well I sent my truck to these guys about 54 days ago. Spoke with Aaron in person twice he is very knowledgeable and takes his work seriously which is great! I got a call several weeks ago on a Friday saying they lost my information and asked me to update them which I did. I've called several times within the past 3 weeks with no return phone call or anything. They said they got the truck running and they asked if they wanted me to have them check over the injector job I did myself and I have not gotten anything back from them

These guys are great. I had used them years ago to rebuild a injector pump on a VW TDI and more recently I sent them a John Deere 301A injector pump (Roosa Master) and injectors for a rebuild. They are quick to respond to any questions that I had. They were also quick to call with an estimate. Very knowledgeable staff. Upon installation of the injectors - I had accidently broke the top off an injector. I sent it to them and they fixed for no charge. Impressed!!! The tractor runs great and no more annoying smoke. Thanks guys

I found the owner to be quite personable and helpful when I was needing my husband s truck serviced. He explained things in detail in a way I could understand that made me feel like I was leaving my vehicle in good hands. Pump and injectors not yet installed, but experience both on the phone and in person regarding the rebuild of my pump and the cleaning and calibration of the injectors has been great. More to tell as I get tge tractor back together and running.

Called about some injectors for a ford f250 and wanted to get prices on rebuilt injectors and first thing out of the guys mouth was no such thing in a very condescending attitude and felt like I was bothering him I continue with ok my bad I mean remanufactured then or remans and he said all they deal with are new motorcraft injectors, $300 a piece again really arrogant and rude, since I kept asking about if there s no such thing as reman injectors what about Holders or Warren they have you ship your injectors to them they rebuild your same injectors and then send them back, he continues to say there s no such thing as rebuilding an injector since there s no specs to rebuild them with lol. I believe rebuilding them is replacing worn out parts and seals and o-rings that are on the injector itself, he then says this is what I do I work on injectors and and there s no such thing I asked about holders again and he claims he s never heard of holders or warren. I mean as a company that specializes in injectors would think to look at google every now and then instead of acting like they know everything about something when in fact knows nothing, they will never touch anything of mine especially if your looking to build for performance or just better towing I wouldn t trust this company at all. Based on pure arrogance and ignorance says a lot about a company like this.

They charged me $1700 to change the stock lift pump and change out some fuel lines on my 12v Cummins. Prices of stock parts were triple what they were online I guess that s why they re called triplet. Hilarious. Lost a customer.

They may know how to work with trucks, but they don t know how to work with customers. Called them for an install on a lift pump, which I had previously purchased, yet hadn t installed. All I needed was an install. I asked them how much it would cost to install the lift pump. The response I got was, Let me call you back CLICK. So I waited 45 minutes and they called me back. They quoted me $650 for the pump and install. I told them I already had the pump, they then blamed me saying they have been Jumping through hoops trying to figure this thing out . Well, that made me real confident in their abilities. First off, why wouldn t they ask me some questions first before just hanging up on me? There is some things any professional would have asked. Like, I don t know... maybe what type of pump are you wanting? Have you already purchased a pump? Any question they could asked would have solved the headache they put themselves through. They then asked me how much I paid for the lift pump, so I told them I paid close to $700 for the pump. They then claimed, Oh, you should have ordered it through us. We could have saved you money . First off, they don t know what model I bought and the quote they originally gave me could have been for a less expensive product, therefore their claim isn t necessarily true. They didn t ask me what model I bought nor did they tell me the model they quoted me for. So after 10 minutes of blaming me over the phone, I simply ask, How much would you charge to install the pump? They then beat around the bush saying, Well, we can t offer you a warranty on a part that we didn t order. I said, Ok. I m perfectly fine with that, I don t expect you to. Then I have to ask for a quote again. The phone goes silent, as I can imagine whoever I was talking to was asking all his workers how much to quote, I get the response of, $400 . I was blown away. They originally quoted $650 for product and install then they are gonna charge over 50% for just an install? Outrageous! After being extremely rude to a wishful customer for 15 min I get a ridiculous quote. If they quoted me $650 for part and install and then $400 for just an install, that means they were figuring of putting a $250 lift pump on my truck. Real great quality. These guys are supposed to be the best in Waco? No wonder people drive to Dallas and Austin for diesel service. Absolutely asinine.

After calling all over the area I got Triplet's name and number. I drove an hour to get my injectors tested. He brought them back to the front and informed me that #3 was clogged but they upped the pressure and blew it out. And now they are all good. He also gave me new O-rings and copper washers. Oh Yeah. No charge! I won't hesitate to recommend Triplets and I'll be back.

My experience with this company was GREAT! The problem with my truck was fixed and the price was reasonable. Every person at Triplet Diesel was courteous and professional.My truck intermittently lost power while pulling my trailer near Amarillo. The Chevrolet dealer told me that it needed a repair that would cost $15,000 -18,000. I declined their offer to do the work or sell me a new truck and made it back to Waco. My long time and trusted auto mechanic in Waco referred me to Triplet. The Triplet mechanic listened to my story, opened the hood and showed me what he thought was the problem. He was right, my truck is fixed and running great and I saved my $15-18K. I have only positive things to say about Triplet Diesel Injection in Waco and will bring my diesel to them again without reservation. Jim Schampers

This is a great place to do business with. They rebuilt my VW PD injectors, I damaged two installing them.I sent them back and Steve redid them, and sent them back to me at no charge ! Who does that anymore? These guys do, and they ROCK!

Steve provides Quality Work, a Fair Price, with Responsive and Pleasant customer Service. I Had 2006 Ford 6.0 EGR problems about 18mo ago. Triplet installed a Bullet Proof EGR cooler and I have had no problems since.Better Yet Steve and Aaron have patiently provided honest advice on my trucks that has saved me thousands of dollars.

I had a problem with my truck and they got it fixed the same day and were SUPER nice and professional! I just moved to the area and this shop was recommended to me by one of my customers and I feel like it was a blessing! I will never take my truck any place else! I am a customer for life!

Great mechanic doesn't BS around does what he says and when he says it...don't go in there telling him what you need go in there and tell him what it's doin and let the Dr. work...highly recommend triplet for all ur diesel needs.

This place saved me $4,000. Got a bad diagnosis from Autonation in Waco, so I brought my truck here. They know what they're doing, and got me back up and running quickly. I'll be bringing my work trucks here from now on.
