I'm writing this review to sing the praises of Trinity Mechanic Shop! They truly went above and beyond for me and my car, and I couldn't be happier.I was new to Waco and facing a stressful situation with my car. After a frustrating experience at another shop, I found Trinity through a quick Google search. From the moment I walked in the door, the team was incredibly friendly and helpful. They didn't pressure me into unnecessary repairs, like the other shop. Instead, they took the time to thoroughly check my car and explain the situation honestly.My mechanic, Sean, was fantastic. He didn't just tell me what needed to be fixed; he discussed my options and helped me understand the situation clearly. He even advised me to hold off on some repairs until absolutely necessary, which saved me a lot of money!This level of honesty and integrity is what makes a business truly special. Trinity has definitely earned a loyal customer for life!A special shout-out to Sean for his exceptional service and expertise. The best mechanic shop in central Texas! Their work is always high quality; from a simple headlight replacement to replacing a motor they are the best! The job is always done in a timely fashion and they communicate with you every step of the way instead of having you sit around wondering if and when the job will be done. Try them and I promise you won t be disappointed!

Staffs were friendly, helpful, and the service I received far surpassed my expectations. You helped me to understand the problem and walked me through every aspect of the repair. You made me feel comfortable with the process. I m very glad I followed my gut feeling and came to you instead of going to other expensive repair autoshops. I will never take my car to any auto repair shops anymore but Trinity Auto Haus.

Let's talk about Trinity Auto Haus.It's the first time I've taken my car to a place other than the dealer.I have a BMW 328, and although I don't consider it a luxury car, I know that not everyone can handle the mechanical aspects of it.I called to make an appointment, and on the call they treated me with cordiality.Then I arrived at the place and the customer service was to be admired.I left my car, and the days began to count.I didn't have any status on my car for like 4 days, and that scared me, as I said before, I was already nervous.I called, and they told me they would call me back in a few minutes.When they did, they told me that they had had problems with a part, that they were waiting for it to arrive so they could make the repair.After that moment, every time something happened with my vehicle they called me and gave me the status of how everything was.I think they should have done that from the beginning, since I didn't have a rental car, and the nerves of leaving my car in strange hands caused me anxiety.They released the car to me, and I quickly realized the difference.Besides communication at first, everything has been in order so far.I would trust Trinity with my vehicle again? Of course I would.I also save myself the trip to Temple every time I have to do any service on my vehicle.The evaluation system, and being able to enter a link and see everything that has to be done to the vehicle with price, details, and the opportunity to choose what to do at the moment or later; I think it changes the game.All in all it was a good experience.

I was amazed at the level of professionalism shown by the staff at Trinity Auto Haus. Starting with my initial call to set up an appointment, to bringing my car in, to walking out with my keys in my hand after my car was repaired. James and Shawn were courteous and friendly. They communicated with me and updated me as my car was being worked on. The waiting room was comfortable, and complimentary drinks and snacks were available. When I was invited into the garage to show me my car s mechanical issue, I marveled at the cleanliness of an area that, in many mechanic shops, are oil stained and cluttered. No one likes to spend money on car repairs, but I felt that Trinity Auto Haus was fair and up front in their billing. They have earned my business and I highly recommend them for the repair of your vehicle.

I ve taken our vehicle in a few times now to Trinity. Each time they have been great. Communication about what is going on has been good and the price has been very reasonable compared to others on the area. We will continue to take our vehicles here!

All I am going to say is they did give a good first impression. This was my very first time utilizing this automative shop. Their prices were a lot cheaper than the Mercedes dealership. The overall charge seemed a little pricey. However, I did like my experience, and I will come back in the future.

Everyone that I spoke with was very kind. They took great care of my vehicle. I am especially a fan of the online post-visit summary that includes photos and progress notes about my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Took my vehicle here to get major repairs done , the experience was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop ! They made the process smooth and easy . Also kept me updated with the process, so i knew my car was in good hands ! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs repairs or maintenances done !! EDIT: Got my car serviced this morning. Super pleased with the ease of booking, service provided, cost, wait time, and even the waiting room- clean, with snacks and refreshments. Also- the entire staff here is exceptional. From the front desk, technicians, owner. Will be a returning customer. Needing oil change on my Mercedes Benz. Called a few places around town, Trinity Staff (James and Sean) were friendly and happy to provide me an estimate over the phone.Based on reviews and the customer service I received over the phone, I chose to book an appointment with Trinity. Taking my Benz in Friday.Looking forward to updating my review after the oil change, and hoping I found a 'home' to take my car for service and maintenance needs.

We scheduled our vehicle for full diagnostics due to some concerns. They were very nice, helpful, thorough, and fairly price. We let them know our initial goal was purely diagnostics, and they let us know the fee for that right up front. No hidden costs or surprises. All communication was detailed. They emailed the details of the diagnostics complete with photos included. Overall I was very impressed with how they do business. And then...to top it all off, they called a few days later to follow up with us on our experience of their service. Highly recommend! 5 stars, and plan to keep going here for any other mechanical needs for our vehicles.

Always happy after my car is returned to me from a day in the shop at Trinity Auto Haus (Franklin and Valley Mills Drive location). I know it is in good hands with the mechanics there and the service writers who have to coordinate it all. Thanks again!!!

The team at Trinity is great! I finally found an HONEST shop in Waco! I really appreciated their kindness and personalized service. Along with my A/C recharge they performed a courtesy vehicle inspection and included a print out with detailed photos and descriptions of other things that needed to be addressed. Not pushy, not making me feel like my car will fall apart if I don't take care of them right away. They provided the info and details and it wasn't a sales pitch.I just really had a great overall experience with Trinity and will be bringing my cars to them for service.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Trinity auto haus is a great shop.I took my hard to work on mini cooper to them for a fuel pressure problem, it only took them 45 minutes to figure out the problem. These cars are expensive to fix but they gave me a good deal on the repair. Everyone that works there are very nice and helpful. Thank you James for taking care of my car. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle repair needs.

I had an interesting first experience with You guys . I asked an employee when I would know anything about my car and I was told that when they found out information I would know . This was not the case . My car stayed overnight and I wasn t told anything . This was very inconvenient saying that I do not live in Waco, Tx and I was just left in the dark about everything for an entire day . The fact that I had to reach out multiple times in a day just to hear anything was very inconvenient and made the situation worse than what it had to be . However , the mechanic did share an easier way for me to make payments which I was very happy about .

Did everything my 2005 Dodge Cummings needed. Fast turnaround. Good people. The engine bay was twice as clean as when I took it in.

The fa ility is very clean and the staff very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Return calls are somewhat slow, but they are busy. Overall outstanding. I won't go anywhere else.

I went in because my oil cap was missing. They realized it had just fallen into the hood, gave me a free oil change, and didn t charge me for service. I come here regularly and will continue to do so!

They are definitely not the cheapest shop in town but neither is the service and care you will receive at Trinity Auto Haus. You pay for what you get. Because I still chose to bring my car here even though it was more expensive a problem no one else could explain or fix is now taken care of and it is because of the work ethic of this high class shop.. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. As a woman it can be scary going into the mechanic and they were so nice and calm. Very affordable and they took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I was in and out within a few hours. I highly recommend this place.

I have nothing but accolades for these folks. My car sat for ten months at a dealership in Killeen waiting for a new electronic control unit (ECU). When it came in, they said they couldn't program the $2,000 part because of a short in the car's wiring. Repair would entail an additional $6,000 wiring bundle. This for a car worth $10-$12k. I was about to send the car to salvage and try to recoup the $2,000 ECU I was compelled to buy as best I could. Instead, on a whim, I trailered the car to Trinity Auto Haus. It took their technician little time to figure out that when the tech at the dealership installed the new ECU, the power bundle plug in the adjacent transmission PCM and the ECU were backwards. Once put right, the short circuit "vanished". They were then able to reprogram the new ECU and had the car running "right as rain" in no time. They not only saved a very nice car, but saved me from a significant financial loss. Not only are they good at what they do, they are genuinely nice folks. Highly recommended and much appreciated!
