We came in today to get a patch on one vehicle along with a balamce. Also new tires and alignment on another vehicle. This place is amazing. On par customer service, knowledgeable staff, all around professionally operated business. They will go above and beyond to help you out and make you feel comfortable. Not to mention they are quick and efficient. Will definitely return over and over and highly recommend

I stopped in to have a blown tire replaced on my 5th wheel. The team helped me immediately and I was so pleased to have been referred to this shop. Not only did they get my tires replaced, they checked the other ones and had it all done in under an hour. I highly recommend this place.

Got my front brakes replaced today, both service desk members were very nice, even over the phone. They made the process very easy and simple. The prices were very affordable and service was quick. Highly recommend!

Come in one day with a tight budget and these guys really did helped me out. Sold me all four brand new tires with mount and balancing included. Tire house and the whole crew are very respectful and professional and fast. Had my car back on the road under 30 minutes and even reset my tire sensors for me!! I well be back very soon for more tires.

The Tire House in Waco is literally the only place you should be going!!If I had 30 pages I would fill them all up with all the glowing reviews I have for them but since I only have one, I will keep it simple.They are fair. They are reasonable. They are knowledgeable. They are simply the best. My favorite part is the customer experience. You feel safe that they re doing it right they work with you and you are not just another tired to them. I feel like family now. I've taken my car here a couple times and each time the staff has been extremely kind, caring, helpful and quick. The tires I bought were inexpensive. Ladies and people like me who don't know much about cars can feel comfortable coming here!

I had a great experience at The Tire House. They were very helpful and quick to patch a leak I had in my tire. I only waited around 30 minutes when I have waited hours at other shops before. The guys working were kind and helpful in getting my tire fixed. I would definitely give my business to them again, and recommend them to others.

I will be running over nails with my car more often because of these guys. The service was friendly, down home, cheap and impressively fast. I felt like I was in my family s tire shop and my family has never owned a tire shop. Especially if you re a Baylor student looking for a kind, easy place to get your car serviced, this is it.

If you haven t been to the Tire House (formerly Jerry s Tires), I highly recommend them. The entire building has been improved and the waiting area is very spacious and inviting. Service is great as were all of the individuals that I came in contact with. Good guys. Don t hesitate to give them a try.

So I recently bought a 2017 f250 and it needed tires. I was on a budget and looking to have tires shipped to my house. I found a good deal on line but when I tried to order the web site wouldn t allow the order to go through. So for some reason Jerry s tire house popped into my head and gave them a call. Caleb was a big help. They could even get the tires I was trying to order online that very day. Well I couldn t get there till the next day(Saturday) but he would have them ready when I got there. I showed up and they had them mounted in no time. BUT when I went to pay the price was $100 more than what Caleb told me. Well Caleb was off that day and the gentleman at the counter didn t know what was going on and I payed the price and left happy with the tires and timely manner the work was done in. Fast forward to this morning(Monday) Caleb got to work and saw my ticket and the price and called first thing to tell me they made a mistake and would make it right with tire rotations or oil changes. Surprised the heck out of me. I wasn t mad at the price I payed because I know things get over looked sometimes. But he made it right and that impressed me. I am a first time costumer and will be returning to Jerry s for my next set of tires. Bet money!! Thank you Caleb and staff at Jerry tire house, y all gained a new customer!!

Went in bright and early (7AM) because had a flat and they got me in and out as FAST as I got IN, greatly appreciate the attention to service and to customer this local business bring!! 5 Star Plus for this location and the staff that help out

Have been going here for years. Was always the fastest place in town to get tires purchased and installed. Now they have a waiting room. The same guys still give good service but I can go anywhere and sit and wait for tires. Now I have no place to go when I need it fast. With multiple crews on the road it was nice to have a fast in and out. I don't need a comfortable place to sit.

These guys are great! Very helpful and informative of all my vehicles needs. My most recent need was for tires and they beat everyone in town on price. Had the tires installed in no time and balanced to perfection. I highly recommend The Tire House!

Cory jumped through hoops to find a specific tire I needed. They were also the only place in town that could find it, or was even willing to try. When the tire finally arrived from California it was put on my truck in no time it all. Every person I talked to was very friendly. It was a great experience dealing with them. I recommend going there for any tire need. Great people amd great service.

Called up and spoke with Jeremy about some tires and he took great care of us. He went and picked them up, called us when he had them back at the shop so we could get them on the same day. I would highly recommend!

I had to have a screw removed from my tire and then plugged. I stopped at 2 places before I tried this place. The other places said a 2 or 3 hr wait. These guys got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly and efficient guys. I will be using them again.

WOWWWWW! The best service I ve ever gotten from a car service place. I had a flat, and unfortunately for me I have a very uncommon tire. I am very particular, and I needed to have this tire by the next afternoon. Instead of telling me to go somewhere else, Corey and his associates called their over 30 warehouses to get me exactly what I needed. No dealership nor other tire shop did what The Tire House did. See, The Tire House is different than the average tire shop because they are a wholesaler. Think of it like Costco without the membership requirement, in the sense that they have a LOT of access to resources. And NO, you don t have to buy in bulk.I won t lie to you, my bill was expensive, but it was absolutely worth every penny. My tire is ridiculously expensive on its own, but the labor itself wasn t too bad.The Tire House is the ONLY tire house I will ever go to.

Jeremy, Kaleb and Amanda are so dang cool. They helped and went way over above and beyond. This is a badass team and a badass Business, they are about helping not just dollar signs. Thank you doesn't begin to cover it. The absolute best!!!

Got a flat on I35 and needed help fast; absolutely nothing to look at (old warehouse building with faded signs and muddy parking lot) but do not be fooled. Really clean inside, you pull in, (actually stayed in the car) they jack up the car and in minutes had us on our way. Prompt, professional and fair priced. Highly recommend.

Bought Mud Claw Extreme MTs this time. Great tires and great service. Had a problem with locking lug nuts with no key. They went beyond what they had to do to get them off. Also best prices in Waco. Awesome
