Had such a great experience here! Got a flat tire along I-30 and the first place we got towed would not touch a Mercedes. Called Texas Tires 45 min before they closed on a Sat night and they told us to come in they would take of it.All the folks there were so nice after having a long travel day complicated by the flat tire. If I lived in Waco, would absolutely go back! Highly recommend

Was here about two weeks ago right before they closed and I had my tire plugged up somewhere else and by the end of the day my tire was already going flat so I stopped here right before they closed and asked if they could actually patch it up and since it s a longer process they initially told me that it was late to do that since they were about to close and all they could do was plug it up so I had no other choice, as me and my wife were waiting inside we noticed they were taking quite longer then we thought so went outside to check and they decided to go ahead and stay late to patch it up. Really grateful they were willing to go out of their way and stay late to get it done especially since I had a 3 hour drive ahead and on top they didn t seem upset they had to or anything, that s customer service in my opinion!

I had a nail in my tire and was in and out in 10 minutes tops! The service was great and the prices are even better. Would recommend this place to anyone who has tire problems or who wants new tires! If I ever need something again, I WILL be going back here and no where else!!

Worker was very helpful and patient with my husband. We are satisfied with our new tires and rims. When we are ready to get one of our trucks lifted we know where to go to. There is a lot and of traffic around this business but their parking lot is easy to pull into and there is plenty of parking space on the side.

I went in the store on Monday, February 19, 2024. I asked for a price of a specific wheel and tire combination for my jeep. The guy could not find me what I wanted and said he would text me options and Price and took my phone number. I never received anything so I called on Tuesday and he gave me his number and told me to text him a picture of what I wanted and he would get back to me so I did. Again, never got any information, so I text him again on Wednesday still with no reply, I will never set foot in there again.

Came in after work kinda late, close to closing. Just needed my tire patched. Wasn t expecting for them to swap my spare with my now fixed one, super sweet of them to do that! I had my kids running around & I appreciate them doing everything I needed quickly! Super nice people up front :)

We got a flat tire on our rental car. It was from DFW Airport. No time to go and exchange the car, we stopped at Texas Tires of Waco. They took took us right in and patched it. Thank you for helping out a couple of senior citizens on vacation. No charge and polite staff. It was on Memorial Drive.

They we so quick and helpful! I got a flat and had to go to work. I got off at 6 and while they closed at 7 they still told me to come in and they would look at it. They were very kind and took care of it right away! I left feeling better than I did when my day started

SUPER helpful staff! Came in extremely confused about what was wrong with my car but they were super fast and friendly! Reception is also very attentive and sweet. If you are looking for a reliable place with perfect service this is the place to go!

If I could give Texas Tires 10 stars, I would. These guys saved me on an Austin to Dallas roadtrip. As a woman traveling alone, it was worst case scenario to have car trouble far from home. They had me back on the road in under an hour. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.

I was out of town and what a convenience to have one of the many texas tires closeby. Straight v.i.p treatment at a busy location and everyone attended my questions right away and got straight to it. Quick service all for a reasonable price and DONE RIGHT!! Boss lady Elaine was on it!!! Recommended no doubt for your wheels and tire needs!

I would not recommend this place,my son bought tires and wheels from them and had a lift kit installed,the problem was for the size tires the installed he needed 4in. lift and they installed a 3 in.lift needless to say the tires rubbed on the fenders. They told him it was ok they would fix it,yes they cut out part of the fender.He took the truck to another place to have the wheels rebalanced and the management said they couldn't let the truck leave the premises unless it was fixed or it had to be towed,it had faulty parts and could cause an accident. Please read the contract very well there is not much guarantee that things like this will be fixed . Bad experience.

I just needed a tire fixed and they was going to patch it. Then the guy came in and said they couldn't patch it because the nail was too close to the side, so they had to plug it. He didn't charge me anything for the plug, either! I really appreciate them being honest with me, and didnt patch it, becauase it still could've blown out or went flat before I got back home. Thank you Texas Tire!!

Got a flat just before I was heading out of town to dallas to catch a flight. They were the only tire shop open and It was just before closing. They found the nail in my tire, fixed it up and added more air to all tires. Very friendly and efficient service, nice to see that there are still helpful and kind people in this world. Highly recommend.

Best tire repair!! So grateful I am for the team at Texas Tires. They saved me from having to cancel a vacation! Loved the fact that they re open on Sundays, super helpful, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. In and out with zero headache and quality care. I will definitely be back!

Thank you Texas Tires! They were helpful in inflating all my tires to the proper pressure and reseting the tire sensors. The staff was kind, informative, and the overall customer service was great! Highly recommend!

Texas Tires of Waco is the first place I ve ever encountered that doesn t give any kind of warranty on their products!!! This place is ridiculous! I got tires and rims from them and something is wrong! They ve balance them various times, then they told me I needed an alignment on a 2021 truck, then I had another place do a balance on the tires and they still have my truck shaking. Those people said after our balance, if they re still shaking, it s the tires! And it s still shaking. The manager drove my truck one day and felt it shaking and said that s not that bad, you went from 20 inch tires to 24 inch tires I said it s still shouldn t be shaking like that! He said I ll take it back and we ll try to balance them one more time but that s all I m doing for you!! At that point I told him I didn t need them to do anything for me because apparently they don t know what they re doing! So I guess Texas Tires of Waco would rather allow a family to crash on the highway than to do the right thing!!!! Please Don t buy from these people! They won t back their product!!!!!!!!!! They have their workers in the garage area playing around and not paying attention to getting their customers satisfied, and then to have the gall to say there s nothing they can do! But believe me! I m on it! I ll give an update!

They scrapped my rim and blamed it on the fed ex guy then wouldn t help resolve the issue don t waste your money here unprofessional people and just want your money really don t deserve a star not even a half

Great group of guys. Always willing to help when I (or family) need air in my tires. Yesterday I had a flat and it was fixed for FREE. The service guy even showed concern when I asked if the tire was ok for my weekly trips to Dallas. Go check them out!
