I had a wonderful experience at this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. I brought my vehicle in for some issues, and they quickly checked and assured me that my compressor was fine and my car had sufficient freon. Although they didn t have an updated scanner for my specific vehicle, the woman at the front desk was understanding and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their professionalism and helpfulness.

My daughter took her 2005 Lincoln ls here due to heater blowing constantly. Dee was rude to her on the phone and when I called to see what the problem and cost was I was told $680 card $650 cash to get the DCCV changed. I ended up paying $170 for the part and had it changed in 20 minutes. One bolt 3 hoses and an electrical connection had to be removed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because one of the guys up there was polite and helpful. Besides that I feel like they pray on gullible young women and they lack the courtesy required for good business (I m talkin to you Dee) I wouldn t have someone like you at my business. You was also rude to my wife on the phone. I hope the people reading this review take what I say seriously because businesses with poor customer service do not care about their customers. Price gouging is another indicator of poor customer service. Her air conditioner works fine now thanks to Ol Dad. I appreciate the helpful gentleman, you should go work somewhere better than Rick s.

They were extremely nice and professional. They fixed my problem in less then 2 minutes and extremely affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE ASKING. The lady answering the phone was so helpful and polite, she was very caring for my kids in the car. The man who worked on my car was very helpful, FAST AND PROFESSIONAL! Rick s A/C replaced my radiator and thermostat in May 2023. My car had reached 10 years in age and the radiator had been slowly leaking and built up corrosion all over the cooling columns. The job required both taking the front end body off the car and recharging the A/C. I took the car to Rick s around noon Tuesday and he had the new parts installed and service completed by Thursday at noon. He was very reasonable in his charges and I am happy with his service. I would not hesitate to refer friends and relatives to his shop that need radiator replacement or any service related to the cars cooling system. He has been in business at this location over 30 years.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

This shop is amazing! They diagnosed and fixed my AC issues in half the time I was expecting. The last shop took 3 weeks to tell me they couldn't get the part to fix it. Ricks had it repaired in 4 days! Also their customer service was amazing. I'll definitely be using them again. First time customer and we are highly impressed. They replaced the clutch on our truck, quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly, especiallly the young lady running the office. We'll definitely recommend to friends and family.

Was looking for someone who reliable, an trustworthy, was recommended to them by a friend, was not disappointed. They were friendly, and explained to me what was going on with my truck, turns out it wasnt the transmission. Will definitely go back to them.

Took car for my AC not blowing cold. They found and fixed the problem within 3hrs. Crew friendly and helpful front desk lady was amazing, will return. Sry bad with names lol

Rick and his team has always treated me fairly. They take the time to give me the diagnostic, they offer very competitive prices (and I do a lot of my own work), and they have been nothing but honest and fair with their work. On top of that, Rick and his guys talk to you with the respect and service that reminds you of what integrity is all about. Good people.

They genuinely care for their customers and do great work! We have been bringing our super old Dodge Ram to them for a while now, and they have been so helpful in diagnosing, explaining and repairing the problem each time. Highly recommend!

Not from around here so when I was experiencing problems with my a/c didn't know where to go.After talking to someone at the hotel I was staying at she recommended Rick's.I'm very happy with the service that they performed on my mini van.

I have been taking my cars to Ricks for the past couple of years. All the work he has done has been quality work. He has never once charged me to take a look and tell me what it's going to cost to fix. His rates have been very fair, and he is always willing to give you advice on keeping your car running like it should. I had an issue with my 98 escort where it would not start. I had it towed to Ricks and he did some engine testing unfortunately there was nothing that could be done as the repairs would cost more than the getting another used car would. However, he didn't charge me a dime. He is always the first person I call when there is something that I can't fix on my car. He has also done some work on my wife's 98 contour that has been top notch.

This place is incredible! The work is done when they say its going to be done. The bill is what they say its going to be. Rick replaced a serpentine belt tensioner for just a little over half of the estimate from another provider. Rick was recommended to me and I gladly will do the same!

Excellent experience. After another mechanic botched the repairs, Donald and Rick fixed my car in 3 hours. Ladies, they're honest mechanics who will explain the why and how of the repairs needed for your car. They've got my business for life.

Amazing mechanic, great shop, excellent service. They stay busy, but make you feel like a priority! Very helpful and always reasonable. I can't say enough good things about the service and care we've received over the past 10 years. Wouldn't consider another repair shop!

I would highly recommend this place. Very professional and they really know their stuff. I even made it back home and my A/C started blowing hot again. I was able to bring it right back, they stayed late and found the problem and fixed it.

I have taken my personal, family, and company vehicles to Rick for the last 4 years. He is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I know. When I take a vehicle to Rick I know he is only going to fix what is needed and not try to sell me unnecessary repairs like places I have been to in the past. I recommend Rick to all my family and friends for their vehicle repair needs!

First Id like to say THANK YOU. I was driving around in 100 plus heat wit no working ac. thought I would die was soaked dehydrated frustrated and afrai needed an expensive part.. however 2 concerned women who knew I was frazzled reccomended this place at least to get honest answer to problem. so I called they told me to come right away have me directions took a look �nd hooked up aomething to c�r. After �bout 30 min cold �i blowing hard �g�in. All fixed very cheaply by caring p�ople . i highly reccomend.

Honest and Dependable! Two words you don't often associate with an auto repair shop, but WITHOUT A DOUBT two words I can say about Rick's A/C and radiator service. They're much more than an A/C and Radiator shop with the skills necessary to repair most makes and models today. What's best is that they don't charge for a simple diagnostic and estimate. There is always SOMETHING that can be repaired, replaced, maintained on most vehicles today, but rather than simply telling you that "you have a problem, let's fix it", Rick takes the time to explain various issues and help decide what issues are truly problems that need to be taken care of vs. repairs that will need to be done in the near future (but not necessarily a problem that needs to be addressed immediately). Rick's is my first call or stop when I have a car question, and they always take good care of my vehicles.
