Awesome dealership! I have purchased several vehicles from them and will continue to make them my preferred dealer for both sales and service. The sales staff is always very helpful and able to find me exactly what I am looking for! The service department is more than amazing maintaining my vehicles and is extremely knowledgeable with any repairs I need for my teenagers preowned vehicles! Highly recommend this dealership!!

Highly recommend Thomas. He went above and beyond for us to get the vehicle we wanted. We ve bought several vehicles at different dealerships over the past 10 years, this was by far the easiest and didn t feel pressured at all. We re very happy with our new Cadillac and our experience with this dealership. Thank you!

This review could have went two different ways. Purchased a 2019 Ram and after picking it up and driving it home, the check engine light and low coolant warning icon came on. Texted Todd the salesman and he told me to bring it in tomorrow and not to worry as they would look at it. All I can say is Todd, Leonard in Service, Larry the Sales Manager, and Richard Karr stood tall and made this truck right!! By doing so, I am sure they turned a small profit into a loss to their bottom line to keep a satisfied customer. Where can you go and have this kind of customer service? My wife is looking for a new SUV and I can assure you Richard Karr will be where we find it. Thanks to all involved. Paul Mundy

Wonderful faculty, all of whom are patient and helpful throughout the difficult process of getting and choosing a car. All staff are knowledgeable in all areas of the dealership and are consistently friendly. Overall a great experience for those who are as indecisive as I am.

Worst experience I've had at a dealership probably because they're only associated with Cadillac not an actual Cadillac dealership by themselves. The service itself was quick and efficient. However, the gentleman I dealt with when I picked my car up wasn't courteous at all to me or to the cashier that was trying to help. I literally felt like I meant absolutely nothing to the company. No professionalism at all. Very disappointing

Ordered a xt6 from another dealer and they got the prefer so screwed up we walked and went to Richard Karr and ordered the car how we wanted it and got factory confirmation the same dayThe car was delivered exactly like we wanted and we are please working with Jennifer.
