Took my 66 Ford F100 to Perales Brothers for Toe Adjustment about 3 weeks ago. Their customer service from my original call to finish was amazing. Very nice shop owned and ran by Chris and his brother. Greatly appreciate the great service and experience Chris! Gabriela in the front desk was very very nice as well and on top of every detail.

Great experience and amazing communication! They fit me in and got my car fixed within two days. They had great communication throughout the entire process of explaining what is going on with my car, what my options were, and pricing for everything. They were very thorough and I felt like they truly cared about my service. Perales Brothers Automotive is top notch, very affordable When an owner of a vehicle such as myself has a Truck with over 230,000 miles it nice to know Service Shops such as Perales Brothers Automotive go out of their way to make sure my truck is running good as new: yes my Truck runs good as New: GREAT WORK !!!

A local oil change shop rounded out a bolt on my skid plate.Perales Brothers was an awesome find. They repaired my truck at a fair price and performed some routine service at no extra charge.Thank you Perales Brothers.

You don t ever see an auto shop with these kind of reviews. This is the best car shop I ve ever been to. If you are an out of town parent looking for a place for your kid to bring their car look no further. I watched them help several folks who didn t know anything about cars while I waited for mine and they were both Honest and Kind in their dealings with everyone. 5 stars all the way!

Perales Brothers came highly recommended from some friends in Waco, and they did not disappoint! Immediately I felt seen and welcomed by Alonso and Chris when I dropped my car off. They listened to my concerns, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and finished as quickly as they could, knowing I was struggling to get around without a car. I trust them and have already shared their info with other friends which is huge considering all the past times I ve had mechanics try to take advantage of me. I definitely will continue to use Perales Brothers as long as I live in Waco!

Work on my starter...which got done for the second time. Not the 1st with them but the second (their 1st time working on my car) . And they fixed it with no problems and warranty it out for me. So happy thanks guys =)

I have been to the Perales Brothers Automotive shop numerous times and never had a bad experience. From scheduling the appointment, working with you to plan the services, to picking up the car they are helpful every step of the way. Their services are the best prices in town and they make you feel like family. Could not recommend this place more!

My young daughter was on a road trip when her car began to run really rough. I am out of state so we were in a pickle considering it was 7:30pm. We had her stay the night at a hotel while I worked to find a mechanic that could see her first thing the next morning. I searched the Google Maps and came across Perales Brothers; they had some good reviews so I gave them a call early the next morning at opening and got Alonso (Owner) on the phone and explained my situation. He explained that they were very busy but to bring in the car and he would do his best to get right on it; he did. The price to fix the vehicle seemed very fair and they had her back on the road by midafternoon which was amazing. The car is running great and my daughter is safe. Thank you, Alonso and staff, for taking such good care of her and the vehicle and being so professional. Alonso even called the next day to check on her. I've taken all of my vehicles to Perales Brothers. Just recently they fixed the AC on my 2012 Dodge Avenger. They also replaced the actuator doors that have been making noises more and more lately and I knew would eventually give out. They give me options (when there are options available). Friendly, helpful and competent with superior customer service. We were in Waco for only a couple of days and discovered a loud noise coming from the wheels. We were on a tight schedule but they took the vehicle in immediately and found the problem. They were able to fix it quickly the following day. They offered to give me a ride and pick me up but fortunately our hotel was within walking distance. I'm Grateful we found this shop allowing us to reach out next destination safely.

Perales Brothers is and always will be my go-to auto shop as long as I live in the Waco area. They do excellent work at a reasonable price, and that alone would be reason enough to make me a regular customer. But on top of all that, they provide incredible customer service. They are kind, friendly, helpful, and generous far beyond what one normally would expect from an auto repair shop. I took my Tundra to Perales based upon favorable reviews, and I was not disappointed. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service is outstanding. Alonzo definitely goes above and beyond on customer service. Even though he was extremely busy, Alonzo took the time to go over every repair item in detail, and even showed me the faulty parts that were replaced. I was in Waco on vacation and had a problem with my rental car. I was so upset that I d have to waste a day of vacation waiting to get my vehicle repaired. I called Perales Brothers and Chris told me to come over right away. I was in and out within the hour. Very reasonable pricing, great customer services, and an awesome experience. Alonzo and his team are absolutely terrific. I used many places in Waco before I found Perales Brother s for oil changes and anything my car needs. Everyone at this location goes above and beyond with customer service and will always make sure you are happy. I ve also recommended to many employees I work with and they love Perales too. Once you come here once you will never go anywhere else!

Perales Brothers is an incredible place, and I wouldn't get my car serviced anywhere else in Waco. They've got excellent service; they take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle, and their plan to fix it. Their prices are reasonable, and they're incredibly trustworthy. You won't find a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff anywhere else.

If you are having car trouble, need an oil change, or just need a tune-up, this is the place to go in Waco. Alonzo and his team are exceptional. They are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. From your first phone call to the time you get your keys to your car back, they treat you with respect and dignity. Several times, Alonzo has beaten the price of multiple competitors on a job I ve needed done. I am always pleased with the quality of work done here. Great service and even better people, you can t ask for much more in a car place.

The service was incredible. Beginning with the office assistant to the finished repair. Albert stopped what he was doing to help us with a damaged skid plate to quickly get us back on the road. He was professional, efficient, and had a positive attitude. We were back on the road in no time at all. Great auto mechanics. Owners are very honest and straightforward with the problems of the vehicle and costs, very honest. Sometimes are very busy and cannot get your vehicle in quickly for the necessary repairs. Would suggest hiring more mechanics and possibly installing another lift for oil changes or small/quick jobs.

My experience with Perales Bro is that they are honest, polite, on point and Godly people. If they have fixed your car and you have a warranty on the repair they are honest enough to tell you and will repair your car. Me personally will always use them and recommend others to them. They were recommended to us 3 years ago and they have become our regular goto mechanic. We also bring them here for preventative/ regular maintenance as well. They are honest and fair in their pricing. They are really knowledgeable and explain to you and show you what is wrong with your car. I trust them completely with my car. If you want a mechanic that will actually take care of you bring your car here.
