Went into this place with a small chip smaller than a dime. It had been that way for months and I thought I d get it fixed. 30 minutes later I had a crack that was well over 12 inches long and out a $500 deductible on my insurance. Not at all happy with this place. Should have gone with my gut and went to a real glass repair shop.

Went to them less than a month ago and they sealed a Crack we had in the windshield. Informed me there was a warranty if it cracked anymore. I went back today and they said they were just going to give me a refund cause the heat will probably just make it crack again. So now I have to hope the crack doesn't get any worse before I can get it replaced.

Austin was really sweet and helpful.. however the chips in my windshield did crack when he started the drilling process.. fingers crossed it won t spread any more

DON T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Patrick (The owner) is very rude, attempts to turn employees against each other and expect you to be rude to customers to get their cash. As if that would somehow work. He does not care about how the job looks, he cares about the customers money.My grandmother passed away a week ago. I had to miss due to that. I missed the funeral to return back to work to get his sales. He then proceeded to cut my hours in half basically and when I tried to have a conversation about it, he was very rude and decided to fire me, blaming me for sales on a day that I was not there, as well as insulting my character.Josh, the technician at the Waco location is very professional, friendly and great at his job! I recommend him to anyone needing a rock chip or crack up to 24 inches fixed!

Wonderful job I've been using them for years they've repaired several windshields on my vehicles josh repaired my windshield today wonderful customer service from him and did a perfect job on the four chips in my windshield

I called around 10am to make sure they could fix what I needed and to make sure they were going to be open. I was assured they would be so I left work early. When I arrived nobody was there. I called the main number and a woman said oh yes the technician decided to leave early today.

I called them after applying for a position and received back a very rude exchange/conversation over the phone. Was asked why are you talking to us After I told him I was working but was looking for a higher paying job for better living. Then was hung up on. I m in Waco, idk if that helps. I d definitely like to report whoever is the recruiter or person making contact with those looking for work.
