Of 3 men working in the store, NONE of them could tell me what part I had(I knew) or if they had it. I had a Saturn Ion that the battery was actually in the trunk. The piece I had was a splitter for the ground wire. I ended up leaving the splitter out and able to start my car. Sold it 3 weeks later.

I just had the most unpleasant experience, ever, with O'Reilly's. I bought a car battery a year ago and it's already gone bad. I tried to take it back and the female employee said it shows my core being accepted but not the battery being sold and said she couldn't do nothing for me. When I asked for a manager, she went to cussing and threating me and my father, so I left and made a police report. This was at the 18th street store in Waco, TX. This store is so unprofessional and disrespectful too. I knew that she was incorrect so I called the Franklin store and found a man named Harlan who was the most respectful professional person I could have found, and he knew what he was doing! Within minutes he found my battery and got me and my family back on the road. O'reilly's is a great store and I shop there often, but the girl that's working the 18th street store should be terminated for cussing a customer out just because my issue was making her have to put her phone down and work. There is NEVER a good reason for an employee to get so hostile, especially when she could have EASILY just asked her manager for assistance. Thank you to Harlan for being great in all areas of his job, and then some! I vote Harlan for president!!

The folks that work here are always knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have what you need in stock, they will direct you to a store that does.

Really great service! Needed a screw tightened in my door since I DOORDASH a lot and the early morning opener Chris I think it was fixed it for me. Now I don t have to hear that annoying noise anymore when I open my door. Thanks again!

Not very useful! Clerk allowed me to see how floor mats would look in my BMW but made a joke about me not running off with some $30 mats. He was joking! Asked if he joked with everybody? I didn't come into O'reilly's for a comedy show...do what they pay you for and I'm positive...you're not funny!

Worst customer service received on refunds. Purchased two brackets to see which one would work on my vehicle at the house. Before I checked out, I asked about return policy on unopened item. They said I could bring back the one I didn't need. Paid with a credit card.An hour later I returned the one I didn't need and they wanted my drivers license to authorize return. Because of Identity theft, I do not give my information to be typed into a computer. They had the supervisor on speaker phone as she began to ask the clerk if I had a receipt, if the item he's returning is on it, and whether I wanted cash or returned on my credit card. Clerk really wanted my Driver License even after I stated twice about where I stand. 10 unnecessary minutes later the item was returned and amount refunded to my card.I will never shop at O'Reilly again.

Super friendly, fast, and helpful staff. Every time I have gone to this place. I never had to wait in line for over 5 minutes. Also any questions I had to ask. They either had the answers, or found the answers to my questions.

Awesome place. Manager is great guy and staff is helpful. Promise you if need windshield wipers they won't ask if your car is automatic or standard lol

Just got this months oil change in the bag and headed home to getter done.! Changing out the oil sending unit, also. Remember, sometimes that little spot of oil can become a very costly problem. When the sending unit goes you're left standing with a ruined motor, or getting towed to your mechanic.. So ,beware and next oil change have the technician check your sending unit, and especially when you start seeing that telltale spot every time you move your vehicle. O'Riley's will have what you need and can get the right part for you... not like Auto Zone who will sell you the wrong part's just for a commission.Get your parts from O'Riley's where they treat you like a friend and neighbor.!!!

O'Reilly's there always quick to take a return even if you don't have a receipt I just look up the phone number in the computer and Bam there it is and you get a return get your money back
