Came one evening to get an uncommon specific sized wrench to assemble something with after looking at several other stores to no avail and they had it in stock, but only in a large pack with several other parts I didn t need. Would have liked if they sold specific things like that separately but I doubt they had any others on hand so I m still glad I was able to find it. Nice employees and overall great service.

Nice selection of auto goods, some not available at other parts stores but the staff was not what I would call helpful. Acted like they were doing me a favor just to check me out.

Bought the wrong size ratchet head and made the mistake of losing the receipt. They would not exchange it for the right size and would not look up the receipt for us. Looking up past transactions is a pretty basic customer service feature for retail. That wouldn t have been the end of the world, but the clerk was belittling and rude during the interaction. He was very dismissive and unfriendly. Between bad service and rigid policies No thank you, we ll go elsewhere for parts.

Great store. Not super busy, so the employees are always able to assist you when needed. Prices are good and if you have to return something, it's easy and hassle free. Anytime I needed help the staff were willing to take all the time needed to help and answer any questions I had. A special thanks to Scotty who works there. Thank you for going the extra mile to get the part I needed for my car. You didn't hesitate to call around and spend time looking for the part for us. Most ppl would have gotten frustrated and probably sent us someplace else. But you even came outside and got under the hood and helped us figure out what was wrong. O'Reilly's should be proud to have a representative like you. Thanks again.

I have never had a bad experience at one of these stores. The staff are always friendly and willing to lend a helpful hand with what ever issue I may be having. They always seem to be very knowledgeable or have someone on had that does. Keep up the good work guys.

Been going to this store since Riley Auto Parts closed. With all the relics I have owned there has not been a part they have not been able to find for me at one of the many stores in Waco. Oil is just as cheap here as it is at Walmart.

Foremost, the customer service here is awesome with a "Family Feel" about it. Only on one occasion was I forced to shift my automotive needs at another establishment.. Which, in their behalf it was a TRUELY "Out of the ordinary" item.. Other than this single occasion, O'Rielly Auto Parts in China Springs get ALL of my Automotive business..

Came during a mini rush, 4th in line, two people at the counter greeted the customers and served each customer personally and professionally. I believe they would bend over backwards to get you what you need.

Good ol' Oriellys nice store that was clean and well stocked but the blonde young man working tonight was extremely disrespectful and turned me away from the counter. I know Oriellys doesnt offer tune ups but his attitude needs one.

I just went in for 2 quarts of O'Reilly's 10W 30 but, I am not tall (4'-9") so had to ask for top shelf help. Lol that was my only problem with my visit.

I purchased batteries for my Honda CRV @ another O'Reilly Auto Parts store. They said they couldn't put them in for me and I was ok with that. I went to the dealers only to be told I was sold the wrong batteries. We were in China Spring and stopped at O'Reilly's the sales person E'Karre was fantastic. Not only did he exchange for the right batteries he put them in for me! This young man was polite and very helpful.

My car would not go over 40 this morning on my way to work.Pete was very nice and helpful and got me going with a minor battery terminal fix. Thank you so much and I would definitely recomend this parts store.

The young man that helped us was very knowledgable. He checked the alternator and battery on my daughters car. Ended up being the battery. He even installed it for us.

Basically had to do his job for him. The assistant Manager was not helpful, and barely talked. Was going to sell me the wrong power steering fluid until I asked him to double check.
