I was impressed with the friendly and efficient atmosphere of the guys that waited on me. They answered all my questions, went over bill item by item. And oh yes, car drives like a new one and it s far from new! Will certainly go back

I live outside of Fort Cavazos and I was here in Waco for the monster truck event. When I started driving my car about 3 minutes before 10 pm (close up time), I noticed that both front lights didn't work. I pulled over and checked and sure thing, both front light had burned down. I was hesitant about going to Oreillys at this point because they were closed but I figured I'd give it a shot and prayed to God that someone would still be there and have mercy on me and help me get those 2 lights. I stood outside for like 3 minutes until Erv was about to leave the shop and I asked him to please help me. He said that they were closed but I begged him to help me because I live 80 miles away and I was in my car with my wife, 2 children and a newborn. I asked him to please help me out and he said everything had already been shut down but I could pay him with cash and he'd put the money in the register. I paid him with cashapp for the lights and he gave them to me.ERV, from the bottom of my hear, my family and I thank you because thanks to you we will have a safe drive home.Management, I'm a retired veteran from the US Army. I truly thank you and your employee for helping me out in this time in need. Thank you!!!

I went to autozone for a high beam bulb and told me it was 104$ and I didn t believe it because I only need to replace my bulb so I get up today and head to O Reillys and I m not sure his name but the gentleman found what me and my husband were was looking for for less then 18$ I say that to say companies just higher people that don t have the qualifications but I would definitely recommend this store and location to anyone

Check engine light came so I went by there to have them check it. I need to have a mechanic look at my car. It's only 3 years old. They said it looks like the main computer. I really appreciate them checking for me. No charge. Nice people

Part was not on the shelf that online showed they had but they did have it in the back. 2 guys working seemed to both not want to be there and the guy who helped me was worse. Store looks run down, in disarray and staff seem to want to be elsewhere. I just ask that the employees act like my wife does and pretend to be happy to help me.

I tried to ask the man if he could make sure I was purchasing the right things for my car I told him the year make and model. I felt so embarrassed when he told me they can't look that up. I needed to get my owners manual and look it up. So I guess when we bought a alternator, brakes, thermostat, spark plugs etc we had to have the owners manual?? Cause I remember someone there looking it up. I asked my dad who used to be a manager at a different location he told me that it could be looked up, that they obviously didn't want to help me. Truly sad, was it because I am female?? Or maybe he thought I was a total air head?? Either way it's bad customer service. I advise your customers as long as he's working there to take in their owners manual so they don't look stupid, and can tell him maybe you can show me where it lists all the replacement parts what sizes exactly I need.

Why people just cant do there job?? Put in an online order for pick up around 730pm for lug nuts for my car to put new rims on my car, site said to give them about an hour to get it together. So about 845pm still had not heard nothing back or got an confirmation email so i called the store. Order still was not ready it was just for simple lug nuts, nothing big, nothing heavy or difficult. So i gave more time didnt hear anything back, so I drove over to the store just to see what was going on. Just as I thought doing everything else but filling my order. So much for customer service and convenience. Its like 915pm so I canceled the order and the clerk gives me attitude cause i want my money returned back to my account. Believe me I will be calling corporate to report the location as well as have a few words with the manager in the morning about his lazy workers. This is why Im taking my business back to Autozone. If you can not deliver customer service but choose to work in it, you need to find you a diffrent line if work.

I ve had to visit these poor people about four times in the last two days and while I spoke with different people, each one of them has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They never make me feel embarrassed to ask a question. Wonderful place!

Place is ok but I bought a bottle of Lucas high mileage stabilizer and when pouring it it came out like water and looks like water was in it. So be careful of what you buy and make sure it s sealed before you buy.

I accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot. William from O'Reilly's was able to get my phone number from my rewards card account and he called me within twenty minutes. I was very grateful!

Location is hard to get in and out of sometimes. Staff is nice, store is clean. Helpful even when my husband and mechanic send me to get something I'm not totally sure what I'm getting.

Yes. Bring all vehicles here. They are great. Staff great. They also keep everything you do to your vehicle in the computer system. Warranties and all.

I cannot say enough about the kindness and the helpfulness of the people working in this store. I have experienced this many times and today after being treated very rudely at Autozone down the street where i went on accident, I am particularly thankful for the people at O Reillys.

Just a fast and easy stop in for oil and then I broke my oil dip stick in the reservoir so they let me borrow some needle noise to try to remove it. Only thing I notice about O'Reilly's is that I can't get the same brands that is sold at Wal-Mart. But it's always a good experience.

Best staff there ever was or will be! Best mechanics and service in Waco, based on more than one visit, they will not jerk you around or waste your time, and if the job isnt all that time consuming or laborious, then you may get your shop fee discounted from what ive seen! Just go here first! They do it right the first time!

Its 815, 1 person in the store was told he had to wait for the mgr. A stock person was working the back, so i asked the front staff to run a diagnosics, which we all know takes less than 5 mins. He said he couldnt because he was the only one. To come back after 11. Sure that makes sense, come back when 2 people work the desk and 20 people are in the store. How lazy are the staff for gosh sake. Poor customer service.

Today, 10/02/16, my husband went to this O'Reilly store and had an awful experience. He was treated so badly by a white male employee. The name of this employee is unknown, but his behavior will not be forgotten. The employee was so rude to my husband, abandoning him completely without asking him if he needed anything else. My husband had to go to a different O'Reilly store to get help. We will definitely not be going back to the store on N. Valley Mills. It almost seems like the customer service is conditioning where customers can shop based on race/ethnicity.
