My husband took my truck to NTB in Waco last week for a simple front end alignment- which we have had done before with no issue. Truck sat unused until today when he drove it to town and the cruise control wasn t working and the truck was still pulling to one side. He crawled underneath to see why that was happening and noticed both sides of the tie-rod were loose in addition to the alignment not being correct. That is super dangerous and could have resulted in serious problems. He called to ask them to fix it and the response he got was that since it s been over a week they are not willing to fix it or refund even a portion of money so we can take it elsewhere to be fixed. They stated that they do not warranty or guarantee their alignment. Would not recommend after that experience- they did not seem to care they would have put myself in a dangerous situation driving with loose tie-rods as it is apparently not their problem they did poor work.

This place was fast and professional! I came in for new tires and an alignment. Big shout out to Vinny for walking me through everything. He really helps you understand the mechanics of a car. He is a very knowledgeable employee and really made the experience so much smoother.

Brought in my moms car for an oil change. The last place she took it to messed it up. These guys were able to get the damaged drain plug off and replaced it free of charge. These guys are the best

I have generally been a "go to one place kind of consumer( Discount Tire 20 plus years)". However, that ended yesterday. My experience with this particular Discount store led to overinflated prices and poor customer service. Which led me to Eric and Vinny at NTB Waco.Go meet these guys. In one visit with these 2 gentlemen, they met my expectations of price, knowledge, honesty, and Outstanding customer service. Thank you. Satisfaction is a very valuable commodity these days. NTB/Mavis Eric and Vinny demonstrated they believe in this commodity also.

This place has terrible customer service!!! The alignment technician here is horrible. Told me my 2021 4 runner was wrecked because he couldn't get it into alignment. Left out on my road trip to Mississippi and stopped at the ntb in Gulfport where I use to live and the technician did my alignment correctly assuring me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Avoid waco ntb. I've been using ntb since 2015 and this waco store is the first problem I've ever had . Gulfport got me fixed though thankfully

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and had such a great experience i had to share! I've been to NTB's in the past but this one is TOP TIER!! The store was very clean the worker's there were very polite with my wild toddler.THANKS NTB!

Came in for a set of tires on my only day that I had off. Eric and his guys made sure they got me in and out very quick and made sure I didn't spend the whole day like some of the other tire places

I bought a set of tires for my 2019 Tundra. When I left, the tires were completely out of balance. I took it back and it was a little better but not what I would have expected from a new set of tires. My mistake, but I went back and got a new set of tires for my 2021 Avalon and I had the same problem with it. I took it back 3 times and the balance still isn't right. It clearly shakes going down the highway. After about 4 months, I took my Tundra in to get the tires rotated and have the balance checked again and they don't even have record of me purchasing the tires. So now I can't even take advantage of the free rotation. The guy just told me I'll have to find my paper receipt. And to make things worse, every time I go into the store they act like I'm inconveniencing them. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Such a waste of time and money. Never again!

My car kept making weird sounds so I went here to get my Toyota up and running, had really great service. Eric helped me understand what I needed to fix without big words and had my car working. Super grateful.

Eric was very helpful and went out of his way for me. Very professional and diagnosed a problem which could have been a serious issue later. I recommend NTB of Waco because of Eric's service! Wish more people cared like him. I will continue to use this location because he was so wonderful. Thank you Eric, and NTB you have a loyal customer for life!

Brought my car in for tires. Service was done in timely manner, much faster than other shops. The sales guy Vinny was friendly and help make the process easy.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I think NTB Waco honestly deserves this rating. I took my car to get it looked at in mid February and I was told that it needed a new wheel bearing, work on my lug nut / bolts, and more. I agreed to the services and paid a little over $1,600. I took my car in the morning and I got the car on the same day in the late afternoon. Six days after I get the servicing at NTB Waco I hear abnormal noises and talk to the store manager Brian, he's very professional and tells me it's normal and that when I get my next oil change I just need to add some lucas oil. I take the store manager's feedback and continue to use the car until it breaks down on the sixth day after I got it serviced. I opened the hood and noticed a tool that the mechanic(s) left in my car! I had to get it towed to another NTB locating in DFW and it took 15 days for my car to get fully serviced again. I've supported NTB for the past couple of years but after this $1,600+ incident it's made me reconsider.Long story short: Took my car in to get checked at, payed $1,600 for the servicing. Six days later my car broke down, I found a tool from the mechanic inside my car! The NTB in DFW took over two weeks to fix my car.Customer Service in NTB is good.Overall Satisfaction 2/5

One of the workers by the name of Eric was extremely helpful when I brought my car in due to sputtering and jerking, he immediately figured out what was wrong with my car and got it back up and working, Thank you so much for amazing customer service!!

I brought my vehicle in for a oil change, tire repair service & alignment. This location treated me like royalty & got my vehicle in & out with no problems. Vinny was really helpful and walked me through the whole process from A-Z. Definitely will be bringing my vehicle back for future service or repairs

I came in to get my tire checked because I was losing air on my way to Dallas. They found out my valve stem was leaking air and changed it out without hesitation and had me back on the road.

These guys got me in and out quick. I came to this location after getting my car jumped when I found out the battery was dead after getting out of class. They had a few cars in but Eric got me and and checked my battery and got me a new one put in with no hesitation. It was my first time here and it was a good experience

We have always taken both our cars here to have the oil changed and even sent my daughter here as well. My husband charged the oil himself this time and noticed NTB stripped the threading and used silicone to seal it. They never even had the decency to let me know they just covered it up, they could have at least told me. Now I have to get it replaced. NTB lost all of our business.

If you want precising, if you want speed, if you want to be able to go 150 in that clapped out Honda without your car shaking like a leaf in the wind.... Go here. They'll make sure that pos is perfectly aligned, tires are balanced within NASA specs, they'll even go as far as supply you with the caffeine you need to stay awake during that street race even though you're gonna be seeing nothing but taillights because well... You drive a Honda. Good luck.Only problem I had was they rotated my steer tires to the rear so now it's a little goofy making turns, not used to the back end turning instead of the front.

I called to see about getting my alignment adjusted. The FIRST thing the person that picked up the phone started saying (More than likely because he heard a womans voice on the phone) was that I should be prepared to also have to pay for ALL of these other issues "that I dont need done". He said " be prepared for if we find any other kind of repairs that you could also need. Nothing is wrong with my car at all. I just needed alignment. I did not say anything that should make him think I might need anything else. Seemed like this is the kind of place that tries to stack a bunch of other uneeded "work" just to UP YOUR BILL. Poor listener or they scam women here. I will never call them again. And guess what? I went to my dealership and they said I just needed a slight adjustment and THAT WAS ALL. So my instincts were correct. WOMEN BEWARE of this location!!!! Go somewhere else.

I bought tires from them and when I have issues with the tires I m always told he doesn t have enough staff and that there is only one guy working and that it will be a long wait, just a bunch of excuses. I m actually tired of hearing that you never have the time to help me. So needless to say I won t be buying tires or anything else for that matter. I will take my business elsewhere to someone that actually cares and is not so rude!!!! Step up your CUSTOMER SERVICE and do BETTER!

I have always bought at that Discount Tire place. Never really had a bad experience with them but two situations landed me at a NTB. First experience was pleasant. Second experience was too. I also compared the prices and they re comparable. NTB likely wins on time to wait before getting work started. On both NTB visits, I had near emergency tire needs. NTB wasn t too busy to answer the call! Thank you guys! We appreciate the professionalism, prompt attention and quick turnaround!

They were my go to place for oil changes 3-4 times a year up until earlier this month. I went for a simple oil change and was told they couldn't do it because I had several leaks and some more nonsense. I decided to get not only a second, but third opinion as well including going to my own mechanic. Both shops I had no leaks coming from anywhere and my oil was easily changed in less than 20 mins and my air filter. They see a woman with her baby coming in and decided to take full advantage! I'm not gonna say I don't recommend, but if you're a woman don't go in there alone bc they will try to get over. I will never go back.

Manager is always honest and straight forward with me. When I have an appointment scheduled my vehicle is brought into the bay promptly after my arrival. If I have a part out such as a wheel bearing or ball joint they show me first hand what the problem is so I can either repair it myself or let them do it. No complaints, will continue to use them for my alignments/rotations/balancing.
