Gonna roll back my review just like they rolled back my odometer. Pretty scummy service. You can t sell a truck with a broken odometer without disclosing the fact. $1000 dollars in repairs later. Okay great. They didn t even change the oil before selling it. Thank y all so much for helping me to stay mobile. I d say not much better than thieves here. Do yourself a favor and buy from a private seller. Oh and that Native American grinding stone or Mano as some call them that you showed me yeah it s just a rock. I may have lost the battle over the truck at least there s that

Bought vehicles twice from this dealership, first in 2004, then in 2019. The vehicles were everything I wanted at a great price. Good, clean vehicles, no pressure tactics. The vehicles speak for themselves.

Just bought a 2010 Ford F-150 from this business. They were very friendly and answered questions we had about the vehicle. I definitely would do business with them again.

Russell and Bob were both great to work with. I purchased 4 trucks from them for my business, and I can say that these were the easiest transactions I have ever had. From the first phone call until the delivery of the trucks, a complete 5 star deal. I would buy from Northcrest Auto again without hesitation.

My husband and I drove from the DFW area to buy a van on their lot. Russell was very kind and gracious as my husband and I mulled over the decision. He never put pressure on us, and I was so grateful to be able to look at the van without a salesperson hanging over us. We are excited about our new van and will definitely check this dealership next time we are car shopping. If you are looking for a no pressure dealer, this is your place!

Went for a Kia test drove it was asking almost 1500 over priced and the guy there was rude once I said I'm going thru my bank for the vehicle will I ever go back nope

Very impressed with the customer service!! We bought a used 2014 Honda Odyssey. After purchasing noticed a minor issue contacted them and they were willing to listen to our concerns, had us bring the van in, fixed the issue, and even went above and beyond what we asked them to do!! We will definitely use them to purchase vehicles in the future. Fast, dependable, honest!!

UPDATE: 3 years later we go to trade it in and this car has structural damage and was NOT disclosed at sale!! Very sketchy for so many reasons. Would NOT purchase a vehicle from them.We purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey just 2 days ago. We had to make an appointment with an auto shop for it to be looked at due to an issue. Bill the owner stated he would look at the vehicle and repair routers or breaks if needed and was willing to sit down and listen to our concerns

Bought a 2012 ram from them in 2016 (I know it's been a while but still want to complain about it). I test drove the truck before closing the deal and it didn't seem to have any issues. I asked if the truck had any issues they said no, nothing wrong. Does it have a clean title? they said yes. 2 months after the purchase the truck started making a loud rattling noise. Took it to the mechanic and spent around $800 dollars to fix the issue it had at the moment. In 2017 I went to a Ford dealership in Houston to trade the truck and when they pulled the carfax it showed that truck had FRAME DAMAGE as a result of an accident it had been 4 months before I purchased the vehicle from Northcrest, went to a Dodge dealership and the carfax report showed the same thing. I don't understand how they were able to sell me the truck with a "clean title" to it. Never did call Northcrest to complain about it because I could hear them saying "you agreed to buy the truck in As Is condition" just like they told one of the customers that complained to them. The owner of this car lot needs to man up and recognize that he is not transparent with the customers, he sells faulty vehicles and then jumps and denies it when someone puts him on the spotlight. At least have the decency to let customers know when the vehicles have been in an accident so they know what to expect.

I absolutely cannot say enough about my amazing experience with Northcrest Auto. I drove to Waco from Houston to potentially purchase a vehicle for my sister, based almost solely on how nice Stacy was on the phone. She gave me the sales price, including TT&L, before I ever left Houston, and I was pleasantly surprised when that number didn't change at all when I arrived in Waco. My credit union doesn't have branches anywhere near Waco, so it took them a little while to get the paperwork faxed over to Northcrest, during which time I talked poor Stacy's ear off (Sorry, Stacy!) and played with Russell and Stacy's sweet dog, Bo (sp?). Once the paperwork had been finalized, I was able to go next door and rent a u-haul trailer to tow the vehicle back on. One of the tires was low on the trailer, and Russell filled it up for me so I could make it back home with no problems. Yesterday, the plates arrived, along with a navigation Sandisk that Russell ordered to replace the one that was missing from the vehicle. I am so incredibly pleased with everything about my purchase. The vehicle is amazing, the price was a steal, and everyone I came in contact with at Northcrest Auto was so nice and helpful. It really made for a seamless transaction. Northcrest may be a small lot, but every vehicle they have appeared to be in excellent condition. It is well worth your time to go take a look at their inventory, especially since they'll be straight with you and have no hidden fees. My family buys a lot of vehicles for work, and I will absolutely be back to Northcrest Auto for my next purchase. Thanks again, Russell and Stacy!

We just bought our daughter's first car from Northcrest Auto. Their attention to detail was overwhelming! From helping us locate the perfect car for her to ordering the big red bow to put on it, Northcrest Auto didn't forget anything! We have bought several cars from Northcrest and have had wonderful experiences every time. But this one may top them all! Thanks, Russell & Stacy Kramolis! You guys are the best!!!

Great people! I have purchased from Northcrest several times over the years and always been very happy with the vehicles I purchased and the service. Just recently we got a great deal on a Lexus there. I would encourage anyone to give them a try. They work hard to earn and keep your business.

Bought my first car here just last year as of posting this review, 2007 Kia Sorento, sure it needed some fixing up, but everyone's first car usually does, owner was great and helped me find the car I needed, definitely plan on doing any further business in the future with them, thanks again, and the car still works great!

Just bought three more vehicles from Russell and couldn't be happier. We have begun purchasing all of our company vehicles from Northcrest and are very pleased with the quality of vehicles being delivered. Nice to buy sight unseen and have them delivered to Dallas just as represented.

I live in Indiana and was looking for a very specific vehicle which Northcrest Auto had. I spoke on the phone with them and had email correspondence, all which was personable and professional. I was leery of purchasing from a long distance away, but put a deposit down anyway. Stacy agreed to pick me up at the airport. Once I arrived, I inspected the vehicle and found it to be exactly as described. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and with the way they went out of their way to help me through the purchase. I highly recommend doing business with Northcrest Auto.

Well I had the pleasure of dealing with Staceyand when I pulled up I had the pleasure of looking around without all that standing over me. When I got ready to check a couple out went inside tasked and she gave. me the keys. Take a drive well be here. Drove them and came back wanted one but it was sold by the time I for paper work t together. Next couple days she had 2 more same prices and low miles. She told me what to do for them to holds it. It worked and I'm loving my 2016 Nissan Sentre for life. They were awesome and my buddy Beau( the dog)was awesome. He barked with happiness for me. Now understand he gets visits from me before this. Thanks Stacey you're awesome. Will recommend you to others. My 2nd car with them.

A+++++++ in my book. Bought our 2nd vehicle from these folks and couldn't be happier. Great vehicles at killer prices!!! Latest purchase was $5000 below blue book which allowed us to get financed at zero down. Northcrest Auto will always be my go to place for vehicles!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE.I would give less stars if possible.If you're looking for a new car in this lot DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE HAND. I went to purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger R/T off of this lot, my family knows this man, my girlfriend bought her car from here and we had no previous issues. I trusted Bob and went to test drive this charger and ask a few questions. Everything seemed fine and I was told it was great and had a CLEAN Texas title so we made a deal. I had all the paperwork finished through my bank and had everything set up, only to find out I was mislead for better use of a term. I got to my insurance company to put the car on insurance so I could go pick it up and this is where it went south. Once my insurance pulled the VIN number to put it on my insurance for me to drive it was pulling a RECONDITIONED TITLE meaning it had once been salvaged and rebuilt. I canceled everything once finding out it did not have the CLEAN title that I was promised it did. I notified Bob of the matter and he still has yet to modify his listing of the vehicle. It's still listed on AutoTrader inventory with no notification of a reconditioned title. So make sure to do your homework before buying here. Horrible buying experience from someone I thought I could trust.Update as of Monday March 20th, 2017 @ 4:48pm: I spoke with multiple insurance companies and received the same response of "Reconditioned" however the title does not reflect it. This car was sold in early March of 2017 at an auction where it was stated that the car has STRUCTURAL DAMAGE meaning the car has frame damage. It was also reported fully stolen during the lease period before it was recovered and sold at auction with the disclosed STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. However it seems that Bob is not disclosing the STRUCTURAL DAMAGE information that was disclosed to them when the vehicle was sold via auction. Please be aware of this shady business tactic, multiple reviews before mine stated the same thing. 1 specifically being a Honda review purchased from Northcrest Autos. Please be aware and do your homework before purchasing any vehicle from this car lot.

Northcrest Auto is AMAZING!!! We buy several cars per year from them and so easy to work with. Just purchased car for our 16 year old- and they put big red bow on top. Talk about our daughter beaming with happiness. I would refer Northcrest above any other!!

I visited about 20 dealers in town, and everyone seamed to be for themselves. After a couple trips to Northcrest Auto I realized there was only one dealer in town that i will deal with. This family is homegrown, down to earth and the only dealer in town worthy of my business! I will recommend them to anyone who ask!!

This is the kind of upfront no hassle Car dealer you want to do business with ,wish they were all this way. I have had bad bad experiences with other dealerships. I have bought several cars from the Kramolis family and it has always been a wonderful experience. I like the fact that they offer Carfax and extended warranties through their dealership. We will definitely buy from here again.

Northcrest Autos provided a superior experience to any manufacturer-affiliated dealership with which I have interacted. Their pre-owned inventory looks like and is treated like new cars, the sales interaction was no nonsense and no drama, and we were in and out quickly once we made the decision to buy. We'll be back.

The owner of this business Russell is dishonest and has very shady business practices. We agreed on an amount for a truck so I took it to my mechanic and spent $60 bucks getting this truck checked out. When I get back and start doing the paper work, I am informed that they are going to make my receipt for less than half of what I am paying for the vehicle, so that they won't have to pay taxes on what I actually paid. When I informed them this wasn't okay, I was told the price would go up nearly $400. I walked out. I am a business owner and have bought one truck here before and buy three or four additional trucks per year. I will never do business here again.

It is so nice to have a used car dealership in town with Knowledgeable and ETHICAL ownership! They have been in the business forever and their experience shows! They truly care about their customers and treat them as friends. They also make sure to have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and fit most any budget,

Sold a truck with a major safety problem that was discovered within 15 mins of driving it off the lot then refused to make the sale right by repairing the problem. If I could give NO STARS I would but had to give at least one unfortunately. Very unsatisfied after spending hard earned money here and will make sure no one I know purchases vehicles from this company ever!

Russell is a BIG FAT LIAR ! He is the owner of this dealership and puts up a front like he is doing good business but he is the biggest con artist Ever!My husband and i purchases a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour from him and paid $19,000 for the car last year May. We were suppose to move overseas and so we did not have to pay taxes on the car. The move fell through and so we contacted Russell In Jan of 2014 to help with the taxes and registration which he did. I then decided i did not want to keep the crosstour. The car was taken to Carmax, Texas Auto Direct, and Mac Haik for appraisal and we were told the car had FRAME DAMAGE. We were very upset because it was never disclosed to us by Russell that there was a frame damage.I decided to contact him and he swear that it was impossible that the car had frame damage but we had it assessed even at Honda and they said the same thing.Russell then proceeded to forward me (in my mind) Forged Carfax report that was totally different from the other reports i received from Honda, Carmax, and Mac Haik that was pulled up on Auto check that showed the car was reported to have frame damage before Russell sold it. I called him about it and he told me that auto-check is garbage.He never once apologized for the lies he told which included that the car was bought from a dealership and the sold to us (whereas the car was bought from an auction).My Advise to anyone who doesnt want to get ripped off it RUN . Northcrest Auto does not do honest business and Russell is a THIEF !!!

Russell is very shady. Sold my brother a car with frame damage and didnt disclose that in the sale, just said had minor damage. Then they agreed to give back $750, but changed their mind and stop paid the check. Will never do business here and suggest no one else does either
