Horrible. Would give zero stars. Doesn't stand behind his work. Had my car for over a year. He said it was fixed, picked it up, and it was not! Took it back. Now, over a year later, we have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed correctly. Paid him $3600. Definitely will be consulting a lawyer.In response to your response...No, we brought it to you to have the timing chain replaced and were told it needed a new head as well. Paid for that work. The clean out of the metal should have been done at the same time as it is very common when a timing chain breaks. Wow!

Best in Waco, they are very efficient and very well priced. They even let me keep my car in there lot overnight after they where done working on it, while I was at work.

Had my radiator fixed by them. They were honest about pricing and didn't over charge. They also picked up my car within an hr. Very reasonable priced for the work done. Best part was i only had to wait a day! Mike thought my mother in law wrote a bad Review on his business, which she is phone/computer illiterate and Mike felt the need to get rude. I don t know any review sites that give out anyone s phone number that s giving a review Mike. She was trying to address in person the issue about her car that your business damaged and is taking no accountability for. Instead you wanted to discuss a bad review you thought she wrote. Well, Mike she is currently without a car and thousands of dollars for a car you just put a motor in.

On the Sunday of Memorial weekend the water coolant and thermostat went out of our car. The nice guy from Waco Tow truck said he knew of a place that could get it done on Monday. We re from out of state and on a road trip. Mike had us back on the road by 1:30. When we got home and spoke to our trusted mechanic he said we were charged a fair price and everything looked good.

They been having my car 3 weeks and keep lying about when it's going to be fixed. I paid them the $1858 and they keep making excuses. They said when they get my transmission in they would start on it but they lied. They got it Wednesday and my car still sitting in the same spot. They said they would be working on it today but they closed. I can't go to school and have to cancel my birthday plans. I would not recommend them.Service: Transmission

To start it off I paid $1200 for a fuel pump and the car still doesn t work when I called him about the car he gave me the runaround for a week. This dude is a real scam artist and needs to be shut down.Now he refuse to work on my car and dropping it off at the gas station real professional Mike I wouldn t refer you to my dog Service: Auto maintenance

I like Kingdom Automotive! Mike and his crew are really great guys plus they know what they are doing. Its hard finding good and honest mechanics so they are a blessing. I have been going to them for years and each time they took care of me. They always have time to check my vehicle when I bring it and they are quick when it comes to diagnosing the issue. Kingdom Automotive is my go to when there is something wrong with my vehicle I wouldn t go to anyone else I trust them!

Very dependable and meticulous in their work. Their shop was very clean so I knew that they would be taking extra care of my vehicle. I had priced brakes and a fuel pump at several places, not only was it the cheapest in town, it was done on time and right the first time!

If I could, I would put zero stars. This company outright defrauded us. They were supposed to rent us a U-Haul trailer. We went to pick it up and instead of helping us, they said, go put it on your car yourself, it is down the street. We went to do so, but could not get it because it was wedged between two other trailers. Then we went back to the office to tell them and they had closed and left, over an hour before the time listed. We were forced to spend hours trying to locate another trailer at another rental shop, which we finally did, but it was smaller and did not work as well. not great, but that would have been OK, however, they then charged us for the rental anyway -- when we never were able to hook up the trailer. Furthermore, they lied (in writing) about it to our credit card company. I would not trust this place for anything. Absolutely not the type of place I would ever want to do business with again.

I have been going to Kingdom for the last year and a half with my 20 year old car that frequently runs into problems. As a young, single woman it can be intimidating going to auto shops I have had multiple experiences in Waco where I have been talked down to or perceived as too young to understand. But I have NEVER had that experience here, from reception to the mechanics I have felt heard and taken care of! They go above and beyond and I send all of my friends here. Having an auto shop you can trust and build a relationship with is so important and I recommend that you do that with Kingdom Auto!

I have had multiple cars and trucks worked on at kingdom, they have always been friendly and done great work and on time. I have bought a car from kingdom. While it WAS a $900 car and not perfect, ( I only bought it to drive to work and back ) it far exceeded expectations and 40k miles later still running great and cold Ac. Havnt done anything but change the tires, oil and put gas in it....

Mike and his team are very friendly, and they get the job done! Took in a car to get the oil changed, and they took care of it so fast that I went back and got my other car and had its oil changed there as well. Highly recommend!

I have know the owner for several years and have come to call him more than just by name (Mike); I call him friend. There is a family atmosphere at Kingdom which implies the true meaning of the company name. I am always met with a smile and a sense of genuine compassion that filters down to all employees. Give them a try if you seek optimal service and sensibility of connection.

Mike ( Hot Rod) is the best, service was excellent Prices better than anywhere else I was quoted (by a long shot). Cars been running great ever since!! Highly recommended

Mike land kingdom auto did an amazing job on my wife car.. got it in and done in a very timely matter very kind and friendly service felt like I was at home not at a shop. Thanks again the service... nightly recommended them for your auto care needs

Well needless to say, I read the reviews and had a completely different experience. I guess this was partially my fault as I felt that I could take their word. My advice, if they say something get it in writing. Could not believe it when their response, well that is when I was finally able to get a return phone call, was "Well we didn't promise you that." Even though they did, or why else would they ask me for my contact info for when the part came in. It is a very clean establishment, but make sure that whatever they tell you is written down. It's sad that companies are like this in today's society.

Don t bring your car to the Kingdom automotive! I wish I could give a zero star. They are not doing their job carefully. My wife and I almost ran into a serious accident due to their mistake.I came to them having the steering rack replaced. During the process they took the front tires out. Two weeks later (this car was driven less than 20 miles during this two weeks), on our way to New Orleans, the left front wheel almost fallen off with 3 lug nuts lost and another loose nut. We almost ran into a serious accident. A week later, I luckily found that one lug nut on the right front wheel was gone and another one was loose. In both cases, kingdom automotive is the last one who tighten the lug nuts. And the most common reason for a loose lug nut is undertorquing or overtorquing! They tried to blame on my car is old and the lug nuts are unfitted. However, the only two unfitted nuts before the accident was got from them two years ago! They are definitely not trustworthy for doing their job carefully.By the way, they give 25-dollar off coupon for those who leave a five star review here.Update 6/12/18On our way to New Orleans, all the five lug nuts on the left front wheel were original. Four of them were lost during the accident. The mechanics there replaced with the problematic lug nuts. When I came to Kingdom Automotive, Mike was keeping persuading me that the newly replaced lug nuts was the cause of accident. HOWEVER, THOSE LUG NUTS WAS NOT EVEN PUT ON MY CAR DURING THE ACCIDENT!!!!!!! I was keeping explaining to him and he insisted the lug nuts was the cause. Well, I understand that Mike just want to find some defects of my wheels so that it's not his fault.

Awesome and friendly staff! Michael helped our family get back on the road to make it to our family vacation to SeaWorld! Michael took car of our AC problem and didnt even seem bothered by our 2 little ones being a little rowdy in the waiting area.

used to be great with previous owners & those in charge. Currently this place is complete trash ! they are rude and careless and claim they fixed the issue on you re car and come to find out you ll have same issue if not worse a few days later! Don t go this place you will waste time and money.

Very fast and easy to work with. My clutch gave out on Tue right before my drill on Saturday. They worked on it til Friday and had it done in time for me to make my drill weekend.

I come here for any mechanical work I need to get done and Kingdom Automotive always gets the job done quickly, for a great price. Mike is a real stand up guy and is my go-to person here in Waco!

I had a oil change, tire rotation, car inspection.The owners were very nice, knowledgeable and cute. I was in and out very fast, I will be returning to them.
