I recently embarked on a journey to purchase a car, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. From the moment I spoke to Pablo on the phone to the moment I drove off in my shiny new vehicle, every step of the process was smooth and enjoyable.Pablo was the salesperson I worked with he was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain all the features of the cars I was interested in and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.Overall, my car buying experience was incredibly positive, thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the dealership staff. They made what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and enjoyable one, and I couldn't be happier with my new car.

Pablo and the rest of the team did an excellent job in making us feel welcome. I recently had the opportunity to work with MB of Waco for my new car lease. I drove from Georgetown TX, and it was well worth it! Everyone I worked with there was very professional and more importantly, they listened to me. I also found them very responsive (we communicated via text and phone over a few weeks before I drove out there) and they were able to put me in the exact car I wanted. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Waco.

Always professional with quality work. I like the video updates and receiving my car back clean. I have had zero issues with repairs or services completed, and only one job that needed to go to Austin, which was for a Hybrid-related issue that MB of Georgetown could repair sooner.

Outstanding service provided by Mercedes Benz of Waco! My service advisor Wallace Fletcher is the best that I've seen in over 10 years of Mercedes Benz ownership. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and the technician looked into every one of them. After the completion of service, I was provided a detailed report with photos of everything. Everyone at Mercedes Benz of Waco were very friendly and accommodating. This is the type of service that I expect from a Mercedes Benz dealership. I traveled an hour to get to the dealership and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Waco!

We took our C300 to get the sunroof repaired and man, did they deliver quality service!!! I am very mechanically inclined, so I went in knowing what to expect. Our Service Advisor George was top notch...explaining every part of the process. Zach, our mechanic/technician sent detailed videos of the process so we knew exactly where he was in the repair. Sunroof works like brand new, couple other things repaired as well. All TOP NOTCH! I know the importance of trusting who you work with. We've dealt with other dealerships that couldnt meet expectations...Mercedes Benz - Waco met them all...They have my business going forward!!

I brought my wife s car in and George was awesome. He demonstrated fantastic customer service skills and helped us with our problem. He did an excellent job of communicating and letting us know what all needed to be fixed. We will be going back for all of our vehicle needs.

Getting my Moms car to the dealership was easy. I was told by the service manager, it could be up to 10 days. Then at day 12, I called and was told it was being pulled in that day. 2 days after that, my husband called and was told it was business days . I felt like I didn t get the truth. Then I was given the absolute worse case scenario before I could even really ask questions. It was a simple fix, but I was told it could cost thousands of dollars. I didn t care for that.Some of the suggested repairs had already been done at another dealership less than 2 months before.We took the car home and didn t do anything to it. It has not given any additional problems.I will say that the video the diagnostic technician made was a good video! I appreciate his awareness. But the service manager was not very comforting to the situation.

Making appointment was super easy, helped out with tire warranty claim, shuttle service for drop and pick was punctual. Service advisor was very helpful in fixing my tire and put new battery in fob. Great experience!

It is really wonderful and exciting to have experienced great professionalism and service by Mercedes in Waco. I am happy to have a GLC300 now and this would not have been made possible with the great sales manager I met, Ernesto Lopez. He really made me comfortable and was able to get me an amazing deal in trading my E-class in. Even in the midst of the storm (literally a storm), Ernesto made sure I got my papers and drive home a happy man. Needless to say, he assisted in helping me transfer my items from car to car. In a nutshell, my service I got by each representative has been great and I'm enjoying the rides so far. Way to go Mercedes at Waco, and special Thanks to Ernesto.

Tracey facilitates my lease and additionally assists me in other areas of maintaining my vehicle. Tracey makes herself available to assist clients with friendliness and hospitality on behalf of Mercedes.Carlos, greeting and assisting clients, offers a professional and friendly welcome when coming and going.George, Mercedes client service provider, works effectively and efficiently, keeping you appraised of your vehicle s service status and bringing your service project to a successful conclusion.Wallace, new to client service, joined the Mercedes service team after 15 years as a highly trained Mercedes certified technician on the actual vehicles themselves. Back surgery decreased Wallace s range of motion and he transferred to client service. Wallace s tremendous mechanical knowledge affords him deep insight into diagnosing and understanding service issues.In sum, I highly recommend Waco Auto Nation. Details matter. The service team checks all of the boxes to deliver the client a top tier service experience.

I took my car in to Mercedes-Benz of Waco for a scheduled service and several issues were discovered. Parts were ordered and a loaner car was provided. My friendly service advisor, George Pelonis, could not have been nicer and kept me well informed on progress of repairs. Upon completion of service, he thoroughly explained each repair item and addressed future needs. Needless to say, I m very pleased with the service provided.

I own a 2006 SLK convertible that has low mileage. It had been sometime since I had brought it in. George greeted me at the and was terrific. My car was put in the shop, analyzed and then fixed and washed. I was very impressed not only of the work but how I was taken care of.

I recently took my Sprinter Van in for a few minor issues and was totally pleased with the experience. George was my service adviser and he took great care in explaining the steps of the service and when I would be able to pick the unit up. I couldn t ask for better service quality and turnaround.

Great service! Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Tracey Allen provided exceptional service and made my car buying experience amazing! I can t thank her enough for her help during the entire process! I hadn t purchased a vehicle in over eight years, so I was somewhat apprehensive about how arduous car dealerships can be. To my surprise, that wasn t my experience at all at Mercedes Benz-Waco. The entire staff s pleasant demeanor immediately put me at ease as soon as I arrived!

Let me just say I bought my Mercedes in Georgetown and currently on a business trip in Waco. My car battery notice kept popping up and Mercedes Waco was able to get me in instantly and with the best attitude and service ever imaginable. I m so grateful for George -for his exceptional care and professionalism as well as the service guys he works alongside. Pablo was very informative and friendly explaining about the new models available. Everyone went above and beyond and that is very rare in today s times. Thank you Mercedes Waco.

It's auto nation so price is price. worked out trade in value before arriving and close to other estimates. staff are professional. detailing of van was a bit lacking but it was rush job since it was recent trade in and still filthy. only big complaint is I never got a build sheet I requested which should be simple thing to run and send. they did order a missing plastic trim piece that was missing.

Service Center Review-Experienced a recent issue with a flat tire and used the Mercedes Roadside Assistance for help. The service rep who returned my call (guessing from a call center) was very helpful and polite. She assisted with contacting a tow truck service, who showed up within 20 minutes to take my car to the Waco Dealership (Monday evening). I had an appt scheduled with the dealership already due to feeling a vibration when driving, and then ended up with the flat. This was a new set of run flat tires purchased through the dealership just a couple of months ago. Dealership sent a text for notification on Tuesday to contact them with service questions. No loaners were available and a tire was going to have to be ordered which wouldn t arrive until the next day (Wednesday). I am guessing you would need to find other means of transportation if you work, since still no loaners are available. It wasn t until late Wednesday that my car was going to be ready. Service rep texted my husband that it would be ready around 5:30-6 . I had no idea that the service department closed at 6 and arrived at 6:07 to pick up my vehicle. Thinking this will give them more time and be on the later side to avoid having to wait. I get there and the service rep is just leaving. Saying everything has been turned off and it is past 6. Reminding me that they close at 6. Acting completely like it is an inconvenience that he will need to walk back to his office to turn everything back on so that I can pay and get my car. This pissed me off because there was a total disregard for the fact that I had been without a car for the last couple of days. It should have been like this I am so glad that I am still here. Let me get my computer turned back on (cause it took less than 5 minutes) and I will get you on your way. Why would you say it would be ready around 5:30-6 when you close at 6! Really?! The website says 7! I wasn t aware that the service center closes at a different time. Maybe that should have been specified in the text. Hey, by the way, our service center closes at 6 .I LOVE my car, but after dealing with subpar customer service from this luxury car dealership, I am in the market for a new car from a different dealership. I am not saying a red carpet should be rolled out but I think there needs to be some lessons learned in good customer service. I am a nurse and having to miss work for so many days due to a flat tire is ridiculous, on top of having to deal with people who lack customer compassion. 5 stars to the Mercedes Roadside Assistance representative, as she was very helpful in a time of frustration.

Had a great experience at Mercedes of Waco this time around! Tires replaced cheaper than anyone else. Repairs were covered 50/50 even though car was just out of factory warranty was covered for 6 years!)
