I was looking for a good place to take my car for an oil change, and decided to give Master Lube a try based on all the positive reviews.Happy with the experience! We arrived about 30 minutes before close on a Saturday, and they were very busy. My family was able to stay in the car during the entire service, and despite there being a line we still received very fast service.Waiting in line, getting the car serviced and driving out of the service bay to leave took about 25 minutes.I was very impressed with the friendly attitudes and the clean appearance of everyone working there. We could hear the workers talking to each other, and all the language was clean/professional with good clean joking as they worked.I value clean and professional service, which is exactly what I received at Master Lube. I will be back next time I need service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I gave them 5 stars because they re the best! The guys there provide the best customer service in town (and they ve all been there a long time and know what they are doing!). Be sure to ask them about the wiper fluid they have. It is the best ever when it is raining!

The service is amazing and the staff so friendly.They always check everything for you and used to vacuum your car but since COVID well, is kind difficult, the price is very affordable, being a client for almost 9 years now and no a single complaint.

This is my go-to place for an oil change. I've never had to wait in line and they're done in about 15 minutes. They do some basic cleaning of the car and check more than just the oil. Very professional and friendly. The price for all of that is $40 which is on the higher side but the quality service an peace of mind is worth it for me.

I started using Master Lube back in 2010 or 2011 and been using them since then. They are professional, friendly, with amazing customer service and does the best oil changes hands down . Fast, friendly, thorough, great price. They found a small leak in my radiator while checking my antifreeze level, even showed me the location. I'll be a repeat customer.

I think I found my oil place for life! Super nice, super friendly, and the little lobby area was so clean! I'm so used to places where it's nothing but guys have a bunch of oil hand prints everywhere I admit lol. But seriously, they did what I wanted, had found a few other things but asked me and showed me before even doing them. You can see everything they do from the lobby. And super reasonable prices! For warnig they do not take american express.

My go to place. This place is so good and provides such great service that I travel 15 minutes to get here even though there's another place 1 minute away from me. They are very trusting

5 stars! This place is great. They're quick and friendly. Honestly it's faster than Jiffy Lube. At least the jiffy libe I've been going to. Not even ten minutes I'm out. Great place

Great place. It was extremely fast and easy plus they checked on all sorts of aspects of my car. The service is good too. I highly suggest to anyone and everyone!

Not only are the fast but for 40$ they do a full check! Staff is very friendly, greeted as soon as you pull in! Will be back & recommend to family

Highly recommend. I use to go to Wal-Mart, until Walmart ruined my engine by failing to screw my oil cap on properly. I've been going to MasterLube for a while now, they do great work, get you in, get you out, are always courteous and helpful. It's nice to go to a small business and see the same faces working there every time you come in.

No respect to women. I enjoyed the convenience of getting my oil change and my fluids check until the day I got a lecture for calling the brake oil wrong in which I wanted to have check since my brakes were feeling bad. I did not need a lesson, just a simple oil change and fluids checked. Still looking for a honest place to take my four trucks for repairs and simple routines such as a tu ne up or oil change.

The cost is $40 but they do a full check. You can watch and they actually check everything out in 5 minutes or less. Full service. I will go back every oil change I need!

Worse place in waco tx. This place will not service newer vehicles with protective shields. Just needed an oil change.

This is a very fast and friendly place to get your oil changed.. It says 10 minutes but I'm not sure it takes even 10 minutes
