Reputable tire shop but the tire they gave me blew out 3 weeks after I bought it. I looked at the tire and it was almost bald. I haven't travelled more than 100 miles on it. I like the tire shop. The service is good and the employees are helpful. However, the cost to repair the tire at 6 o' clock on a Sunday was way more than the price of the tire.

To say the least, I'm disappointed with the service that I received. I went to grab a used tire and soon after install I inspected the tire and told the tech right after that the tire had cracks running around the entire edge of the tire, I was told 'the tires are sitting in the sun', regardless, the tire has cracks around it. Okay, this was near closing time and maybe that's the reason for this hasty mistake. I call the next morning early and was told to come by because I had an out of town appointment, they were busy so I had to hit the road. I go up there the next day and ask if I can get it swapped, Oscar tells the tech, no and Oscar was the one that picked and installed it. The tech goes to pull out a better tire for lesser than the cracked one. Crazy! Tire had more cracks in it than a strip club. Won't be going by there again.

Probably the worse place I've ever gotten a tire from. The man over tightened my lug nuts , did not balance tire, I asked what the price was to mount n balance the tire n they acted like they couldn't understand what I was asking, ..I was on vacation. N had a blow out n no spare so had no other choice now the whole front end of my truck shakes cause they did not balance the tire like I paid for! Stear clear of this shop n the one across the street from it their both same shop. When I went to get the tire balanced in my own home town they told me "the person who put the lug nug on did not kn ow what he was doing or he was trying to snap a stud so I would haft to replace. There was no reason for them to be impacted down that tight n then torked down also" he couldn't even get the lug nuts off with the impact had to use tools with a pipe to bust lug nuts loose. Do not get a tire from these crooks!

We were in Waco from out of town on a Sunday, when we got a flat tire. I brought my car in and they saw me right away. The tire needed to be replaced, and they gave me a great deal on a new tire. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Lone Star Tire.

Went here for the first time today ( a Sunday) as place where I got tires was closed. Alejandro was nice, tire was fixed quickly, and I was on my way back home in no time. Great customer service, tire repair was $15 but it s Sunday and after covid inflation so no complaints here. Customer waiting area was clean enough and had a vending machine for drinks. I didn t use it as i had brought a drink with me. I waited outside by the huge tire. Though Alejandro did say I could wait inside my car or in the lobby, I just prefer to wait outside. Here s a pic of the big tire lol

My dad used to go to these guys when he ran a dump truck. Over a decade later, we still use them for tires. Not going to lie, I personally get the cheapest tires they offer for my car. So far they last for a very long time. Definitely worth what I pay for them. Especially considering that I'm usually in and out of the garage within maybe 30 minutes max.The most recent trip was for a busted stem on a very old wheel. They knocked it out in maybe 10 minutes and it cost me ~$15.They aren't a super clean and "professional" place like Discount Tire, but I guess that's why I don't have to wait over an hour for a simple service. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

Referred to dis place and thank Jesus, they hooked us up. Got a great deal on some tires!!! They really busy but took care of us...on a Sunday as this was kinda an emergency

These are some of the honest and most trustworthy people within the tire repair / replacement industry. They will give you honest pricing with minimum upcharge. Turn around time is very fast. Order tires on Friday, most likely in hand Monday. The owner passed away recently and was a really nice guy. I would recommend going here versus other places in Waco. They are the best in town.

Best tire shop! No matter if you need new tires or one fixed. Best prices and a job done right. Employees are always friendly and professional!! These guys know their business and always do a fantastic job! You will most likely have to wait a bit-because they are usually busy and they do their job very well. If you re in a hurry you may want to go somewhere that performs a lesser quality of work.

I had four tires put on this morning, and it took about 20 minutes, to be installed and balanced. They are friendly nice and fast as can be. I recommend them to anyone.

The fact that this place was open on a Sunday until 3:30 pm really saved our butts. On our way back home from a weekend getaway we popped a tire just outside Waco. Being that it was a Sunday wvery tire place was closed. Luckily we found this hidden gem! Great tire, great service, great staff! Highly recommend!

Hit a flat on i35 while traveling and Lone Star had our tire in stock and replaced it on a Sunday! Grateful for these guys and how helpful they were!

I've been here a few times, with something unique each time.Very friendly folk here who will get it done.I've personally had a number of small tires mounted here that just wouldn't cooperate at home.

Went to get a nail out of my tire it took a hour because they were more interested in the big jobs that kept coming in. Then they didn't balance my tire. It's just better to support the big guys I guess.

After having problems with another used tire place, we decided to come here. Awesome staff, went above and beyond necessary duties to try to fix a TPMS sensor, wasnt able to unfortunately, but the tire was repaired really fast. This facility comes highly recommended. Thanks guys!

They had a 205/65 trailer tire in stock when dozens of other tire and trailer stores did not. The tire and mount cost was reasonable. The service was friendly and fast.

I've had nothing but a nightmare from this company. Every time they come to fix tractor tire it goes flat within a few days. Or I can park my tractor somewhere come back to it a couple weeks later and the tire is flat. And it's not going flat from punctures it's the tube failing. And it's like they want to refuse to do the warranty work!

Always come here for tires new or repair. They are fast and efficient. The guys are all awesome, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
