LMR is my Mustang parts go to place, been ordering parts from them for around 6years. During that time I ve never had an issue with the parts ordered. I ve interacted with their support team several times with questions and parts that I wanted more information on and the support team as well as customer service was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Over the years ordering I didn t take photos of parts received until recently cause there lots of competition out there some with prices out this world but LMR has always had great prices and service. I will be posting a few photos of some recent parts ordered will try and stay on top of that as well as to continue to update my review. LMR really lives up to there name being the Mustang Enthusiast. Oh almost forgot to mention about my wishlist always enjoy browsing their website. I would highly recommend this company for your automotive needs especially Mustangs shipping is always great, fast and well packaged.

LMR proved time and time again that they are the best place for mustang parts.Their customer service has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions, even helping me out when they technically didn't have to.AmericanMuscle has always left me out to dry in terms of customer support and shipping times.Never with LMR, shipping is always excellent and a lot of times early, customer service is not outsourced to India either.Go with LMR!

Purchased a couple items here in the past because the prices where comparatively cheaper than other sites. During my last purchase on LMR I spent over 5K in upgrades. And after taking my newly purchased Brembo complete break upgrade to my installer, he found that the rear rotors were missing from the kit. When I called LMR to inform them of the issue, the rep made it out to be my problem for not discovering the missing parts earlier. However, eventually after a couple days, the rep decided to send me my missing rear rotors. Then a couple days after that issue was resolved and my new Brembos break kit was installed, my mechanic found that the rims and tire set I also purchased from LMR would not fit over the Brembo brakes as stated on their web site; even after confirming with the sale rep over the phone prior to making my purchase. After informing him of that issue, at the time he refused the except the wheels and tires back due to their return clause on the tires and rim kits. Now I have a 2K set of wheels and tires just sitting in my garage collecting dust...(Updated post 12-22-18)Since my previous post, a rep at LMR (Jason) unaware of my wheel fitment issue regarding the Brembo brake upgrade kit, reexamined my problem and found that this wasn't an isolated issue. Apparently, the false fitment claim was a result of a manufacture mistake. And since then, they have updated their site description to specify the correct fitment. Unfortunately the issue wasn't discovered until my purchase. This being the case, he personally built a set of rims and tires that WOULD fit the Brembo brake kit installed on my vehicle. He then expedited delivery for the new set and excepted return of the previously purchased set at no additional cost. That said, I'm a VERY happy man. And until now I never believed in Christmas miracles. The new set looks great on my car and fits perfect. Thanks Jason!

5 stars to LMR & Truman who helped me out with a part failure & went above & beyond to take care of me this is why 99% of my parts are from LMR only time I order anywhere else is when LMR don't have what I need wich is very rare ill continue to use LMR as I restore Mt Foxbody

Bought "new" spacers for my mustang but they gave me this used ones... if youre gonna send used parts might as well tell the buyer or give a damn discount... thx to this, now im going to buy more parts from American Muscle website.

Incredible experience. I ordered some brackets for my bumper and they were of very great build quality. Shipping was super fast and came way before estimated time. Overall this is a great company and it is really easy to find exactly what I need on their website for a reasonable price.

With the amount of positive reviews, I'm very surprised and taken aback by my very poor experience with Late Model Restoration. LMR refuses to work with any wheel vendors, dealers from Canada. First time I've heard of a wheel company turning away business. They simply want you to order from their website. They're also not in favour of you providing your own labels for shipping. The cost ends up being significantly higher, and very poor value.I let the LMR rep know that they are throwing a lot of prospective clients, and business down the tubes with this policy. He advised that he's aware, and had a very rude attitude during the entire phone call. Really seemed like he didn't even care.Our customer was very displeased and we ended up recommending another option for his wheels.

Truly amazing service! I am restoring a foxbody mustang and discovered a part was missing entirely from the car. After ordering the part from LMR, I realized that I m missing the associated hardware. I couldn t find the hardware anywhere on the site, so I called LMR to inquire about what I needed. I was fortunate enough to get Neal on the phone. I can honestly say I ve never received such amazing service! Neal explained that the hardware I needed wasn t retailed, however he was familiar with what I needed. He explained that he could find the hardware and include it for me if I gave him my order #. I was astounded that he would go out of his way like this to help me out! True to his word, he included the hardware. After this experience, I will always use LMR! It s a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that allows their employees to carry out such tasks. Neal did an excellent job, and as a client, it s good to feel like the company you entrust with your restoration cares! Well done LMR! Truly amazing service! Thanks again Neal! Cheers!

LMR is a great source for foxbody mustang parts. I spent over 6,000 dollars in parts for my fox. I had a few hiccups with shipping damage on a cobra wing and LMR went above and beyond to make it right. This is what good customer service really is. Thank you.

Bought quite a few parts from LMR and half of my order came very quickly and as expected. The other half fed ex seemed to lose, I tried my best to be patient with fed ex and deal with them directly but as a last resort I reached back out to LMR, they shipped out new pieces to me within a day of calling them and they arrived within the week to my house. Unfortunately they were out of stock on a fender I ordered but they returned the amount of it to my card right away. Great company with great customer service!

I had originally ordered a part, and after following up I found out that the third party fraud protection company had an issue with my credit card vs address correlation. After a very informative return call from the customer relations manager I have to say that I am blown away with the care I received. Thank you for being a company that actually cares about the client in a world that seems to have forgotten who it serves.

These guys are the best in my book, I have purchased a lot of parts for one car and every single time I call they answer and they give the best advice. I ordered everything for a coyote swap on a new edge back in November and started my build due to missing parts in march-April I was missing some small parts out of a control module that I had purchased from them, I contacted LMR spoke to Chance and he along side Neal resolved my issue within a day THANK YOU GUYS you will always have my business.

Tried to get a K Member and A arms for my SN-95 unsuccessfully from others (starts with a C and ends with a J). After 3 months of back order, shipping failures I pulled the plug. Ordered the same part from LMR on Monday, and got it on Thursday. Amazon like speed. Very happy I used LMR. Will be back for more.

Negative points awarded to a site that filters out negative reviews against their company's products.Both a friend and I recently ordered parts from LMR. Disappointed in the quality/price ratio. We both left reviews, no obscene language, just objective comparison of their prices versus competitors, etc.Refreshed the pages, the reviews are gone. Resubmitted them. This time we were required to verify our email addresses. Did so. Several days later, reviews are gone again.This isn't a browser issue. The reviews were posted, then verified...then removed.This is disappointing. All the other products/support I have received from LMR has previously been excellent. But when you discover some of their parts are SIGNIFICANTLY marked up, and mention it in a review....nope, that's dirty laundry they don't want you to share. Or that it's okay to share 1-2 star reviews on products that they don't offer directly...just can't criticize their own stuff.Dishonest.

Ordered wheels and tires from LMR. The products shipped quick and were perfect. Scott @ LMR was extremely helpful and really just made my day, we are a military family and I had asked if they offered a discount. Scott sent me a code promptly and stated their appreciation. They will continue to be our go to for all things mustang!

No issue I had with LMR I haven't bought a LOT of stuff with them but they handled it like champs! I got an immediate response to my problem in less than 24 hours and they went above and beyond in taking care of the issue. They are definitely a model for other companies should follow when it comes to taking care of their customers. The guys were courteous and prompt in their service and information they provided.

As always LMR has great customer service. I sent an email with a question about an item that was on back order. Mr. Sandoval actually called me to let me.know it was in stock and request permission to run my credit card to complete the purchase. I was very impressed with the phone call alone but what was even more impressive was Mr. Sandoval's courteous and professional attitude. There is a reason I've spent thousands of dollars with your company and that is the customer service is top notch. Thank you and I wish you all a happy holiday.

Purchased 2005-2010 Flywheel Bolts and package invoice was marked inspected 3 different times and arrived missing 2 bolts, however the customer service department was great and got me another set shipped out right away. Great Customer Service!! Not so great inspectors.

Love this company. I have ordered a bunch of parts to get started on my 91 5.0 build and I am very happy with the service I have received. Had a problem with a manufacturer defect on a part but the guys at LMR handled it great and took care of me very well and will definitely continue using their website to get the parts I need. Highly recommend and truly appreciate this company. Keep up the great work!

I've purchased from the online from time to time. They have always had quick shipping and fair prices. I forgot to purchase a few parts while that Black Friday sales were going on and was traveling close by. I thought I'd stop into the showroom to check them out and ask a few questions in reference to the parts I needed. They have a nice showroom and very knowledgeable employees. I was impressed with it all. Wish I had taken a few more pictures to share.
