Best price on an alignment! I didn't feel like they were blowing smoke at me or taking advantage of me being a female in need of assistance. I'll happily be a repeat customer.

I unfortunately have to admit I was very disappointed in my last visit, there have been occasional issues building over time but this last visit was a bit too much. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and it is doubtful I will return. The story is long so I'm not going into in depth details. Something has changed and I've noticed a deterioration in Jessie Britt's service. I work in medical, I am not a mechanic and only know the absolute basics. I rely on the experts to take care of things I do not feel knowledgeable enough on and for that to work there has to be trust. My trust in Jessie Britt's has been severely damaged.

Go see Thomas, we're not from area, ran into trouble, this place was recommended after making 2 other stops. Really glad we ended up here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and absolutely went above and beyond. This is how a business is run. Congratulations!

Excellent place to get your car fixed. Great people. Great prices. They even have a shuttle to take you where you need to go while your car is being done and will come pick you up.

Hey everyone! I just spent three hours at the best automotive care center around Waco! Being a single mom, I was very nervous to take my new used vehicle in to have checked out. Chris and the whole team are fabulous! Great personalities and very professional. Jesse's Automotive is very friendly, I knew they would take care of me. Jesse, Chris, Thomas, Amanda... and the two guys that refuse to wear the heart head bands, kudos to you!You're the best!!! Thank you!!!

We were on a roadtrip for a nonprofit and had an issue, so we stopped by to see if they could help. Not only did they help, but they also had absolutely amazing customer service! Took great care of us, fixed us up perfectly, and were super friendly! They also have amazing prices! Will definitely go back the next time I'm down this way!

Just bought a used car that runs good except for the alignment. Chris, Amanda and others were all as nice and helpful as can be. They are very busy but there is a good reason why. Their service was also excellent even though there prices are lower than any other shop. I will be going there from now on. Thanks to everyone at Jesse Britt's!Service: Wheel alignment

My family has been using them for 10+ years, and they always get the job done. The price is right, and the service is Top Notch. When I check out they always go over my vehicles current condition. I appreciate that so if I need to plan for needed repairs in the future I can prepare for it. I would recommend for anyone who would like to go to a shop where they are Honest, and Fair on Pricing!

The number 1 spot in town that I can trust to educate me and give me the best deal for the services that I need. The staff is amazing and trustworthy. They provide excellent service and really go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need and done right. I highly recommend Jesse Britts!!

Today I went in to Jesse Britt s to ask about getting an oil change. The workers was very professional and very knowledgeable. They made my experience so much easier. I highly recommend them. Best automotive shop that I have been to. Thanks again

I took my 2010 frontier in thinking it was burning oil.they had a system that usually works 1200 bucks, it didn't, my luck .so I took it back and I was told the main guy Jesse would look at , they recommended a new motor , I didn't have that kind of money .so today went to O'Reilly's for oil and a check engine light ,and the clark pointed out that I had a rear main leak , no one looked under the truck. Highly disappointed

When I picked up my car after an oil change, I had a flat tire. When I called to tell them, they were unsympathetic and offered no apology or resolution. I had an air compressor in my car and put air in my tire, no problem since. It was the "I don't care" attitude.

My name is Robert sinkler I went to jeese Britt's to fix my car . They were polite and professional they got to the problem called me and went through the problem in detail. They worked with me on my warranty ordering the part and talking to the warranty company. They took care of everything the part came they installed in the same day . I hope that I can continue to do business with Jesse Britt's for the life of my car . The best place in Waco for your automotive needs ... don't go anywhere else ..

Jesse Britts is a great place to bring your vehicle. They are not the cheapest in town but they re also not the priciest either. They provide excellent service and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need done right. Used them for many different fixes and have always been happy. Highly recommend

Brought vehicle back 4 times, paid $1,096 for a heater core replacement. When called to pick up my car the first time, had a flat down to the rim. I was told by one of the workers that after maintenance like that my car will never run the same. Also confronted by one of the employees for giving a 1 star review. The vehicle was in great condition before brining it to them. 1/10 I strongly DO NOT recommend anything other than a wheel alignment.

Shady mechanics trying to gouge people for money. Charge a much higher parts markup than industry standard and change their labor rates depending upon you bringing your own parts. Wouldn't trust them to work on my kids bike. Too bad I can't give negative stars because I certainly would. It's sad because I have heard great things about them but after 1 visit I'll never be back and I'll let everyone I ever meet know not to go there.

Not only are they fast when it comes to solving the issue the service is top tier. Everytime my car has troubles and I bring it here I m always in and out with the issues resolved.

i went here because i had a coupon for a free oil change, they close saturday at one i get there close to 12 and ask are they still accepting oil changes the guy at the desk says ehh its late let me see what we can do and which i understand im coming in last minute.. he comes back and he said they can do it i give my keys describe my car and he walks away minutes later i see the guy speeding my car into the shop and gets it on the ramp but has to back it up and get it back up there.. my thoughts were thats weird but he knows what hes doing so it shouldn t be a problem.. let me tell you i go there and my car has ZERO problems no noises no nothing when im hitting 80 on the highway well i leave here hit 80 on the highway and im hearing noises so i get scared and pull off well the plastic on the bottom of my car has been broken .. and now a zip tie is on my front bumper?? i call today and the manager is busy was told he would call me back never does. first time and last time ill be using this place.Service: Oil change
