I've been buying cars for over 40 years & this was by far one of the best overall experiences ever. There were no hidden fees, bickering or lengthy negotiations. Krystal Marshall was great to work with & we did most of our negotiating over the phone & via texts. The finance guy was great too when it was time to sign papers. I got a fair price for my trade-in too, which was great. I would definitely drive 3+ hours to buy at Jeff Hunter Toyota again.

Highly recommend working with this dealership. This was my first car buying experience, and this was the first dealer that didn't seem to be sleazy. They didn't add a bunch of bull*** dealer add-ons to their cars so their cars didn't have a useless extra $5000 tacked on for nitrogen tires and tinted windows (like a lot of other dealers within a 2 hr radius of the metroplex), and that's apparently really difficult to find these days!Krystal and Bart were awesome and made what was originally an extremely stressful situation one that was exciting! Thank y'all!!

We were viditing from out of town and need to have scheduled maintenance performed. They were very helpful and scheduled us an appointment the following day. We arrived for the appointment on time and they had our maintenance completed in about 30 minutes while we waited in their very nice customer lounge. They couldn't have been nicer. It was a real pleasure doing business there. We highly recommend their outstanding service department!

I Went in to get the oil changed on our 2018 4-Runner and waited from 1:30pm to 4:00pm. They did not charge me for the service due to the wait. However, two days later I noticed oil in my driveway. After further inspection the tech did not tighten the drain plug as it could be turned with my fingers. Luckily I caught it early or it could have caused major issues. I Would not recommend getting service here, at least for oil changes.

Incredible experience with the whole team who assisted me with finding the perfect car for my budget. I was able to get even more features than I thought was possible within my budget. After a whole day of shopping, I really appreciated how efficient everything was. No frills or pushy sales tactics. The team really listened to what I was looking for and showed me many options that fit the parameters. Fastest check out/paperwork process I ve ever had by a landslide. I looked at all the Austin, San Marcos, Cedar Park, etc, options and am so glad I decided to hold off and make it over to Waco to see the options here. Save yourself some time and start at this dealership. Ask for Cody!

Great service from Steve and Trevor. This group was such a breath of fresh air. They didn t try to hard sell us. We came in bought what we wanted and left. We did research before and we re armed with pricing and trad-in value. They said in the future when we buy a car they could bring the car to us. The staff was very nice every employee greeted us and asked if we had been helped. Clean restrooms.

We were looking for a specific model and make. I honestly did not want to buy local. We visited different Toyota dealerships not only they could not locate the vehicle I was looking for, but the experience was horrible! So through our insurance agent he recommend Jeff Hunter , set us up with Cody Beard. Cody Beard was super fast in finding the vehicle we were looking for. I was impress in how fast he found the vehicle. The service overall was excellent. Although Loren is a bit Sassy, but ok. I hope if we ever have to use service area, that it is just as great as the experience we had with Cody Beard.Thank you!

Justin and the service department are fantastic! I ve taken my car in for service 3 times, and every time they ve been friendly and thorough. The waiting are is clean and stocked with water and morning donuts. James the shuttle driver is professional, courteous, and a great driver. Their website scheduler is easy to use. I do recommend them to Toyota owners or those considering a Toyota.

My new favorite dealership! I recently bought a 2020 Ford Explorer with Cody W. in the Used sales car department! Very pleasant dude who will try to get you best deal and fair price for your trade in and new car! Very reliable at dealership - whole process of car was VERY simple and easy!!! They make it so easy there!! You basically just sign and drive! Could not be any more pleased. Again, could not recommended this dealership enough!

The service department is very knowledgeable. I also bought my car here and they don't charge you just to be charging you they quoted me one price but when it came time to pay I was informed that it was alot less. Very honest. Recently I bought a 2023 hybrid Sienna, from a man named Cody. He works in the used car lot. He is the best he ordered the car I wanted and it came in about a month. He is the best and I recommend going to him if you need a car. I am sure he can find you anything you need. Please go there to buy your next vehicle you won't be disappointed.

No pressure buying experience. I went to see Josh Smith at Jeff Hunter test drove the Tundra. Found the color I wanted at Cedar Park but the sales team was high pressure and aggressive. I called Josh and asked if he had a new blue 24 Tundra on the lot and when I arrived he had it pulled up and ready to drive. I had second thoughts and left. Josh told me the deal they could do and it was agreeable. Josh is great and Brandon Bonge in finance was fast. It was the quickest buying experience I ve ever had. Thanks Jeff Hunter Toyota

I was too late trying to buy a current model Toyota Tacoma but Jeff Hunter Toyota made every effort to help me just the same. My point of contact at this dealership was Gloria Martinez. My experience working with her was very positive. She would make contact, giving updates, when she said she would, at no time did I feel she was pressuring me into purchasing a Tacoma currently on her lot and when all efforts had been made to find the exact truck I wanted, she did not try to sell me a different vehicle. I will return to this dealership and to Mrs. Martinez once the new model Tacoma has been released.

Wasn't planning on buying a new car, but, my 2011 Camry was totaled after a wreck and decided to go brand new this go round. I knew I wanted another Camry cause let's be honest they're amazing cars. I submitted an inquiry on their website, sales guy Josh Smith worked with me on what all I wanted - I just wanted the basics, don't need all the extras so told him I wanted specific colors exterior and interior. He found one within a few days, I was able to reserve it on March 7, then picked up the car and signed the paperwork on March 18. Also, shout-out to the finance officer, Loren who was AMAZING. Their customer service was astounding. Thank you all for helping me get what I wanted. My boy Sterling (the car) and I will have a long life of driving together. I 100% recommend Jeff Hunter Toyota for your car buying needs. They don't treat you like just a customer. They treat you like family.

Service is terrible. I wouldn't take a bike here, let alone our car at this point ! 2. 5 months and still have not fixed the problem with our car speakers. Now the radio screen is out. Bought New GR86 June 2023 for our son to take to College. Even after sending an email and calling, Service does not check the vehicle at all.... the car has been in for Service 4 -5, Sean will state they have the parts then they don't & they give the run around and nothing gets done ( thanks to the vehicle app they don't even check the tires even after requesting). Big waste of our time !BTW it's a Fact that the service department gets more money for warranty work but this is ridiculous. We will take our car to another Toyota dealership. The one reason we bought a Toyota was the fact that their is a Toyota dealership in Waco .... lesson learned. If this is how the Toyota warranty works, then we will never buy another Toyota again. Seriously if they can't fix speakers and a radio then what will they NOT be able to do for something more serious. Never have we dealt with such bad service. We have a 2012 Ford, 2023 Chevrolet, 2001 Honda & 2012 Toyota truck. You have been warned. Stay away from Sean he can't even show up on time to work...yet the client is their on time and early.

Worst dealership around. I went to go see about a trade in plus had cash down. They ran my credit and told me that it was in the high 500s. Well it's not it's well over that it's closer to 700. Thanks for knocking it by a few points. More so they asked for 5k down on a 10 plus year old car. I gave them 3 stars because they did over me 5k for a trade. But hey the next dealership will take care of me especially with cash in hand and a credit score of near 700 plus my trade in.

If you have money, and you can afford a car, you can get one here. My wife and I purchased a 23 Toyota here. I never got the name or business card from the salesman, but he was adequate. When I attempted to reach him after the purchase, the only information I had was that he was the number one salesman at that location. I was told they all say that and transferred to sales. It was the high side of fair, and my wife wanted to stop looking, so we made the purchase.

Look no further if you are missing the pre-COVID car shopping experience. That is how Jeff Hunter Toyota/Krystal makes me feel. Hands down, the best Toyota dealership in Texas. I contacted numerous locations around Texas. But this is the only dealership that does not charge for nonsense and truly wants to win your business, which they did.Krystal Marshall I really appreciate you being very professional, great communicator; always respond quickly, promptly and more importantly, you don't beat around the bush like others. You now have a loyal customer for life. Thank you.

They falsified documents. I ve bought 5 vehicles there. all from James Franks. He is awesome. However Brandon the finance guy will sneak on Gap and Tire and wheel after you signed documents he says oh this one doesn t take re sign. As I had a trade and equity why would I evere need gap and he knows I change out my tires and wheels. . 100% in ethical. I had to go up and have them take it off. Now I ll be paying interest on it for years. I ve asked for Amy Hunters email several times as well as called. Not to get a return call or ever get a email. Be aware of there way of doing business. I ll go get my service at Don Ringler in Temple and do business there
