5 Stars for sure! I came in for a tint brow and the guys paid attention to the little things and were very friendly and helpful. They even had me come into the shop area to specify exactly what look I wanted. Also great pricing and within an hour of just calling for a price they got it done and everything settled. Great experience!

I got my windows tinted in July and my passenger window peeled a little during the freeze. Took it in at 15 min before they closed (I know, I can t help it, I m a teacher and I don t get out till 3:45 in McGregor) they happily took it in and got it fixed up good as new no charge !

Omg!! If you need your windshield or tint replaced, Run don t walk to Heat Wave! Don t even think about it just do it! They are the nicest folks! They offered to come to my job and pick up my car because I had a weird work schedule. They even brought it back and the work is AMAZING!!! Thank you guys so much!!! I ll be coming back! Oh by the way I found them on Locals Love us!!!

Had my windows tinted here, and they look great. If you have any issues with anything, these guys will do their best to remedy that issue. Satisfied with the work done .

I chose heatwave because it was recommended by 2 people I know. It was convenient at the time and they both had good experiences, but I did not. I called before I headed over to the shop. The guy said it would be about an hour to do the back windshield and front eyebrow. No tint was on the rear or front. I was waiting for nearly 4 hours. The guy that was working on my car was continuously distracted and clearly not worried about getting the job done. I drove almost an hour to get a simple tint job done and it took nearly 4. On top of of the wait, pieces of my vehicle were carelessly laid on the shop floor, the rear spoiler was scratched and interior pieces were damaged as shown in pictures. The interior was left a mess with muddy footprints, water droplets and streaks. The front eyebrow was also not aligned correctly and is slightly off. I wanted a professional job, not a quick tint job. As a guy that admires quality work and attention to detail, this place is not the place for a nice job. Carelessness work. Also I m not sure why it was 150 bucks for a back window tint and eyebrow, that is ridiculous. I definitely will not be returning or recommending this business. Awesome place! Super friendly,down to earth,non beatable prices,staff really knows what they're doing,and you get a warranty! They did my nissan windows and tinted them! They came out awesome. Thank you!! But JUST A HEADS UP FOR NEW PEOPLE WANTING TO TINT THEIR VEHICLES. REMEMBER,TEXAS STATE LAW SAYS,YOU NEED 25% MINIMUM IN THE FRONT WINDOWS IN ORDER TO PASS INSPECTION. IN THE PICTURE IS 20% IN FRONT AND 5% IN THE BACK.

John took care of us. My car took a pretty bad hit from a tree falling when the ice storm came through Feb 2023. He replaced both my front and back windows in less than a day, was the lowest priced between waco and killeen, and the only one that was willing to fix my windows despite the damage the car had, he was able to get it done. He also tinted the windows he put on and the tint looks great. All in all 100% recommend! Every time I need glass work I'm definitely going here. Thanks John!

Sent my 21 year old daughter to replace her back tint on 06/30/21. I was not able to go with her. When I took a look at the back glass on 7/09/21 there were air bubbles, one with a hair. I called and made an appointment for Monday, 7/12/21 to have it looked at and fixed. I was told it would take two hours. I did not get the car back until 4 pm. When I picked it up there were still air bubbles in the tint, one rather large(quarter-sized), as well as the wave (which I was told would dissipate). The employee said the larger air bubble was her responsibility and attempted to remove it, but when she was questioned by my friend about the other bubbles she said it was clear she would not be able to make me happy and took the tint off. I was refunded the $120 that was paid.This business provides a service, one in which bubbles are not acceptable, and attention to detail is important. Where is the care and attention to detail in your work? I have no doubt these people were working hard all day long but, come on! Check the quality of your work before pulling the car back out to the lot and calling it good. That responsibility lies with you.

I came here with my sister to get the windows tinted on her brand new Fiat. The price was great and it took slightly longer than they had given us, however, the work done was excellent and I did have some weird windows in the Fiat that they had to 10 so it was understandable that it took a little bit longer than they quoted. The waiting room is small, but comfortable, and they do have a TV for you to watch. The staff is friendly. And the work they did was really good. I would recommend them for sure.

Young lady greeted me and was very polite. She did an excellent job on my truck. The price was great and the job she did was super. I would highly recommend this business if you need your windows tinted. One think I forgot to ask her was if they did home windows, because if she did I bet she would do a fantastic job on that also.

As far as the physical window tinting they are good. The service on the other hand not so much. I called and made an appointment for 10am and was told the price would be 140$. When I arrived I was told it would be 150$. 10 dollar difference no biggie, honest mistake. I sat in the parking lot for 2.5 hrs seeing car after car be taken before mine. I asked twice why my car was being pushed to the back of the line. All I got was "your car is next". I counted at total of 7 cars that arrived after mine and got done before mine. I decided to leave, my wife picked me up and we went home. It wasn't until almost 2pm that I got a call saying my car would be ready. I called the manager/owner and got a text back saying he would call me back, still haven't heard from him. If only one or two of these issues were present I could understand. But all of these issues were due to lack of customer service and that is what makes this rating a three star to me.

This is the first time I have brought a vehicle to Heatwave and I am impressed. The people are friendly, they did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time, and have great customer service. I will definitely bring all my vehicles back to them for the rest of my tinting needs.

Awesome experience! I didn't even have an appointment, called to see when they had an opening and was told to come right in! They took care of me and had me out of there in no time. I am totally impressed with the workmanship and quality. They did exactly what I requested and I'll definitely bring my other vehicles back!

Had 3 of my cars tinted here. Great work every time and they give me the tint I ask for every time. They have forgotten to put the eyebrow on 2x, but as soon as I mention it on pickup they fixed it instantly and apologized. Prices are very fair too

Excellent customer service. Excellent quality work. Did not take long at all to do so no long waiting time. Will definitely take our other car to have it done. Really good price. Highly recommended!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called and got a price of 600 to tint my 5th wheel rv. Scheduled appointment for Thursday and had to reschedule due to manpower shortage. Rescheduled for first thing Monday morning, guy said he would call me first thing and never got a call. So i called and talked to a guy and he also said he would call me back soon and yet again no call back and he knew nothing about my appointment.....hmmmm. So my experience suggests you find someone else cause they don't keep appointments and they don't call back. Poor customer service, possibly worst I've ever dealt with. Very disappointing to say the least. So I found someone else that was more than happy to make an appointment, keep the appointment to get the job done. There is absolutely no excuse for this, it was simply the ball being dropped and letting it keep rolling down hill.

John and crew have done so many of my cars its nuts. From a quarter million dollar Benz to my daily work truck he treats them the same and they always come out perfect. Never had to return a vehicle once! Tint quality is superior and you really want to spend the couple extra dollars for ceramic. The difference in how cool your car stays is AMAZING! I had a black on black Corvette that he took the new tint off I just had done elsewhere, redid it in the same level or darkness just with ceramic and the car stays over 20* cooler inside parked in direct sunlight! I can get in and touch the steering wheel without melting my hands! Excellent service, excellent prices and just a great group to work with.

Called for a quote mid day and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Very well priced. Very professional. Did an excellent job tinting the front windows on my truck. Will definitely be back with more vehicles in the future. Thank you!

John and his crew are AMAZING! Had issues with a wind shield but they were willing to try everything that they knew to get it fixed. Every time I called he was willing to listen and go above to exceed expectations! Will definitely recommend!
