I worked with Paul Ash and he made the process super smooth for me! I came here back in January. Just trying to get a feel and see what prices were. And I told that to Paul and he seemed very happy to help me still. Even if I wasn t going to be purchasing a vehicle that day. I know some salesman would probably not even try to waste their time w/ me if I told them that. But Paul still helped me! I came back about a month later and finally purchased a vehicle with Paul! He was awesome! Very down to earth and made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy for me! Bart also was very helpful with getting me to understand some of the documents I was signing. I highly recommend purchasing vehicles from here. The process was also super fast for me because I had all the documents I needed! I also traded in my car with them. And that process was even easier! Greg May is amazing. We traded in my gusbands truck and Lawrence was amazing. He is very knowledgable with Honda and is not pushy at all. He allowed us to pick the car that fit out budget. John at finance was absolutely amazing, took his time and made sure everything was explained in full detail. I can not express enough how they made our car buying experience pain free.

The pricing for repairs here are absolutely ridiculous. I had to pay over $500 for a remanufactured Honda Alternator for a Mini van. Yes that is just for the part, then another almost $400 for installation. Also force to replace the Spool valve entirely when a gasket replacement would have been much cheaper. Yep that was another $500. I do not recommend for service here.

Recently purchased a 2015 Infiniti Q50 from Greg May Honda. I have to admit after getting off to a little rocky start with miscommunication on fees Kyle was open to negotiate and make the deal happen. AJ was extremely professional and carried through on all promises. I was able to put the car on the lift and inspect it after the test drive! All around it was a pleasant experience and I wouldn t hesitate to work with them again!

Shout out to Dalton Turner for being an ethical salesmen and not just saying the typical lines to try and make a sale. I appreciate not having my time wasted and even though we weren't able to make the deal happen on their Charger, I will happily recommend doing business with this dealership and with Dalton. There were no surprises or last minute add ons like I've had to deal with at other dealerships in the past. Just straight forward answers which is how I like to work. Thank you sir

I bought my car a year ago from Greg mahonda. That experience was pretty good. I did take it back the next day because I had window issues. Choose, they assured me that everything was fine. After leaving and then moving to Missouri, the window got stuck down 5 times I took it back to Greg mahonda and they did fix the issue. But I also had them change the oil. I was charged $80 for an oil change that. I felt that they could have at least compt me for because of all of the issues over the year with the window. They could have compbed me, but they refused to.

In 2017 I brought my car brand new, on a recommendation, from Greg May Honda -with my car and having less than 30 mi on it. Over the course of 5 years my family and I have made payments on the car and paid off the car and never missed a payment. I now own the car. The car has been great and reliable.Despite the fact that the car has been great, the past couple of weeks I have had some really disrespectful experiences with their service team. To top it off, I was calling to get my tire pressure monitor system fixed -on a second attempt of fixing it- and I had some scheduling issues so I had to get it rescheduled- and the manager of the service department unpromptedly brought up a survey that I recently completed for them. He complained to me about the score that they earned from me honestly giving my feedback that THEY asked for. He said that my survey score for him was too low and that I would not be sent any more surveys. What a horrible way to show good customers that you don't care about them or their vehicles. Now I've traveled around the country and I've had my car serviced at different Hondas, but I've never had such a horrible experience as I've had with their service team in the last couple of weeks. I've also never had such a horrible experience at Greg May Honda (although it's been a while since my car was serviced at this particular location) I told the man on the phone that since he is complaining about my survey, (when I haven't even brought it up) that I would have to put that in the next survey and he told me that I'd probably never get a survey after getting service with them. So unfortunately instead of me using Greg May Honda, the Honda that I actually bought my vehicle from brand new five years ago that's in town, I'm going to have to wait until Greg May is actually back from vacation -because apparently I can't trust that their staff will treat their good paying customers with respect.Hopefully when Greg May is back, the staff will have better oversight so that they can treat their customers with more respect.I expect better. Most businesses would apologize for whatever caused the low score and try to do better by their customers instead of escalating it and being rude.

Amazing experience with Greg May Honda, our sale consultant Lawrence was great communicating with us about the car we were interested in and John helped us get the car ready for final purchase before we made the long drive. Amazing staff work recommend checking their inventory before somewhere else!

Had my 2018 Pilot service done at Greg May Honda. They performed the oil, filter and transmission service. They even did a tire rotation for me. And replaced the cabin filter. I really like Greg May s service points system where you earn points towards discount services depending on the service performed. I ve always felt well cared for and have had good results at Greg May Honda - Waco

Response to REPLY Please stay away from this dealership! Sold me a car with mold and they covered it up with fabric paint . Spoke to BART, which was not any help at all. Won t compensate or help with anything . They were notified about the mold the same day I received the car! Didn t even tell me it had mold , then tried covering it Absolutely horrible stay away. Tony R. Was the s.m. If I could leave 0 starts I would. Health hazard !- response to reply TONY was texted about the mold the SAME day I received the car . So for you to reply and say it didn t have it before I financed it is crazy. It took 5 hours to get to my house , your saying it happened in 5 hours? Also my car stays under a carport and is dry at all times. So no , there is absolutely no way . After trying to clean it up because it s too expensive for a professional detailer I noticed even more of it covered up. This is absolutely horrible and I wouldn t want anyone else dealing with such a thing ! Greg may Honda Please take accountability! That would be absolutely crazy for me to make up. So here s proof ! Please stay away from this dealership!! I also had to pay out of pocket to get my radio unlocked! Something that should have already been unlocked and I WAS NOT COMPENSATED. He completely ignored me after I told him I had to pay out of pocket . Just greedy!

Mediocre purchasing experience, it was smooth but the dealership has not come through with their owed to you paper. We requested the spare tire and jack be replaced since they were missing completely and we would be using the vehicle to travel 80 miles daily. Neither have been replaced. One of the door speakers wasn t working and we asked them to look at it. We were told that they pulled it out but couldn t figure out was wrong and to take it to a car audio shop and bring them the bill . Once home I did actually pull the speaker out to find a loose wire . Very simple resolution and clear evidence that the dealership did in fact not pull the speaker out and check but my merely said they did. All in all I would not buy from them again and recommend looking for a different dealership that may actual fulfill their promises.

Service is misleading.They advertise Express Service, which at other local dealers means you don t need an appointment for routine services like oil changes and tire rotations. When I stopped in Friday for an oil change, was told it would be the next week before they could get it in.We bought a new car here expecting service to be tailored to the customer. From time to time they send email specials like a free wash and vacuum. Again other local dealers have this standard. When I tried to use this with my appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation, was told that it takes a minimum of FOUR HOURS for a car wash and vacuum.Absolutely ridiculous.Also the waiting area chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I ve ever sat in. Buying a car should come with perks. This place is low on keeping customers happy after the sale.No complaints about the car, but the service department is a joke. Just food for thought if you re thinking about using Greg May Honda.

Response to comment belowThat's a pretty immature response coming from a representative of Greg May and I did purchase my vehicle from Greg May and it was sold to me with straight pipes.I really hate that they make you give at least One Star they do not deserve that this was By far the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership had a nightmare of a time whenever I signed my contract for my car I purchased thought that nightmare might have been over until I go to sell it today to find out Greg May Honda sold me a car with no Cadillac converter it only has straight pipes and because of that I could not resell it so I go back to Greg May to speak with general manager Kyle bitters who completely blew me off and would not even check into the matter even though it is highly illegal to sell a vehicle like that in the state of Texas I would recommend going on Franklin to purchase a vehicle where at least you could get a hold of the owner if you needed.

I took in my 2016 Honda Pilot with 186xxx miles to have fuel injectorsReplaced and a tune up. I got my car back the low oil pressure light came on and it was knocking. After speaking with Greg May himself, he told me he would have an oil pump put on it not because his mechanics did anything wrong but to help me. So I obliged and allowed them to do that. I picked up my car, left headed home. Before I made it to Reisel, my engine threw a rod. I contacted them and they said we didn t do anythingThat could have caused that . However, all my belts were changed as was my fuel injectors. I was toldMaybe it was myCatalytic converter. I have some knowledge of cars and how they operate. Now, I have spent an additional $5000 to get my car running so I have a ride after paying them close to $3000. Thanks Greg MayHomda for puttingMe deeper in debt.

Went in to dealership back last July had issues with alignment due to hitting a pothole. Car was serviced and full alignment was done along with replacing splash guard. Had some issues this month on January the 2nd noticed rear driver side tire was wearing out uneven so I took it in to the dealership and was advised by Christina the service advisor that the car needed alignment again because it was back the same way from when I first took the car in back in July but she didn t have time to get it in to be serviced due to busy week and advised me to take it in a week later . Decided to take it in 2 weeks later and had diagnosis done on car to find out the car needed rear strut replaced due to tire wearing out uneven. But that was not guaranteed to fix issues with alignment . She stated that in order to fix issue she would have to replace strut first $800 with labor and if it didn t fix the issue she would have to check other suspension parts . Over the phone she said I would have get it done to pin point the issue. Honda called the dealership and talked to Christina and she provided a different statement regarding my issue. Such a disappointment having a Honda dealership not treating their customer having issues with their vehicle.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Our sales agent was helpful for the most part, until it came time to talk numbers. Was not willing to negotiate and kept making it clear that was the best they could do . They definitely lost a customer/sale as we went to Douglass Nissan right down the road and purchased a vehicle within 2 hours. They were phenomenal. I also have a friend that had a terrible experience with Greg May, as they sold her a vehicle with oil troubles that turned into her having to get a completely different one! This was my first and last time there. Not impressed at all; definitely disappointed. Oh, and I almost forgot the part where we were told we could get the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle cheaper if the "Certified" certification was taken off!! Umm... what?Edit to add to reply: I find it interesting that you all are telling me that I "needed to be looking at a much less expensive vehicle". The point of my review was missed, just like my point when trying to purchase. Financials were NOT the issue. Customer service was. There were multiple things wrong with that Pilot, which we agreed would take it as it was for a lesser price, to which no negotiations were made. One thing I will agree on is the fact that it isn't 1999 anymore. Salesmen(women) were much nicer and had much better customer service. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my review but not taking the time to understand my wants & needs while there trying to purchase a vehicle. Once again, will not be back and your response solidifies just that!

Very disappointed. I had just bought this Honda Crv and the center back seatbelt didn t work.. we only use that seat belt when we have our grandkids so it was over a month before we found the broken seatbelt. I brought the car to y all and you looked at the seat beat and said it had external damage. It looks like the retraction wheel caused the damage. . Not a dog or something chewing it up. I bought the car from ford Dallas and they gave me a 3 months warranty.. I called them and they said it was working when I bought the car wrong. They probably never tried it.. who would suspect a seatbelt would be broken. So I have a car that does not carry 3 people in the back. Will not be able to take my 3 grandkids at one time. I love Honda and I searched for a used Honda I loved and I could afford. But am terribly disappointed in ford and y all.. it was internal not external that caused the damage. The seatbelt does not come out enough to be usable. It is internally stuck.

They came back with a car and so I was asking genuine questions because I didn t know but I was meet with laughter straight to my face. Please don t go here and definitely don t go to the guy next to that blue Honda type-R because I have never been so disrespected ever.

I bought three cars through this dealership. The last car I bought from them was junk. They tried to hide the fact that the door to the van would slide open out of the blue. I drove off the lot, it slid open and they ran to close it saying they didn t close it properly. I drove it on I-35 with my son and the door slid open on the highway, endangering my son s life. I paid extra for a warranty but they refused to honor it. Do not do business with these crooks.The name was Laramore. You will NEVER get my business again and I will tell everyone I know not to do business with you crooks. Do your homework, you lying jerk.

*****BEWARE***** I should have read the reviews prior to taking my car in for service at this dealership! There was a noise that caused me to take the car to the dealership for repair during my visit for the holidays. After looking at my car, then driving my car, the technician told me that the noise was coming from my front right tire and once that was replaced I d need to get an alignment to fix the issue. After the estimate of $1300 for a set (which is typical but I know I could get a better deal outside of the dealership) I ended up going some place else for the tires but came back for the alignment, which Im thinking, based on the diagnosis I was given would fix my issue. BIG SHOCKER the noise is still there. After expressing my concern with the service manager, there was no accountability for having me go through buying tires and an alignment outside of they were trying to diagnose the issue (which cost me a set of tires and an alignment). Because the money was already spent on the tires which I didnt purchase at the dealership there was nothing that could be done outside of taking some accountability for giving me information that wasn t correct and at least acknowledging that there may have been a better way figure out what was causing the noise. Instead they gaslit me and attempted to make me feel like I had done something wrong by trusting what they told me would fix my car. The reviews add up! Rethink this dealership if you re planning on going there!
