Fantastic experience! Brandon, Victoria, and John worked very hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the tires and the installation. Because I was going up to a 285\75\17, (new lift and suspension)I had some clearance concerns. They did a test fitment and confirmed that the tires fit without issue. They gave a very good price on the tires and made sure I would get the $200 rebate from Goodyear. Over the years I have purchased a lot of tires and these are the best people I have ever dealt with. I will be a Goodyear customer for life. Great service and fantastic product.

Awesome service! Victoria coordinated both of our cars urgently (yes, both had tire issues at the same time ). Not only was it a Saturday, it was the day before Easter. She was so helpful!

I was in a real bind but Brandon and his staff came to my rescue. I was on an RV adventure & blew a special tire so he ordered a new one for me and found that the my tire was still under warranty and he was able to apply a warranty discount to the price for me. I wanted a matching set of new tires and he discovered I was on the verge of another tire event. Good thing I had my problem in Waco because I m really glad I found this store and Brandon!

This is my first time taking my car here for maintenance. I had my check engine light on for about a month. I had taken it to a few places to get a diagnostic and they all said the same thing but couldn t work on my car. I took it to Goodyear, and they were able to fix my car and give it back to me same day. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were also very honest with their work, which is hard to find. Brandon was the technician that worked on my car and did an excellent job. I will be coming here to get my car worked on in the future.

I had a late day tire problem. I drive back and forth from Waco to Dallas daily M-F and needed to get to work early the next day. I got there before closing and they assured me my tire would be looked at and hopefully fixed. I sat down in the waiting room and was kept informed how my job was going. Despite my job keeping the employees there 20 minutes after closing they were extremely helpful and I would recommend Goodyear Waco to everyone. Thank you Victoria and crew for making sure I was at work the next day.

I made an appointment and they got me in and out, knowledgeable staff . They took care of my needs watched how they handled customers previous and new and seemed very accommodating to their needs. Will use them again.

Were quick and had good customer service but realized afterwards they did not but my upgraded hub caps back on and did not inflat new tires evenly

Good and through work but bring a sleeping bag a days worth of food and make sure you have A LOT of data. Because this was the absolute SLOWEST oil change in the history of man ( maybe just a small exageraction) but the are Sloth Slow. And we had an appointment.

My tire light was on . They fixed two flats and rotate and balance my tires. One hour and ten minutes. All was done as a walk in costume. Saved my 4th of July. I could spend the day waiting somewhere else. Thanks the guys at Goodyear for service

I had an amazing experience at Goodyear, thanks to Victoria! Not only did she provide great service, but was extremely attentive and treated my service as a priority. Her professionalism and kindness was truly appreciated and the service techs did an awesome job and were able to get me taken care of in a timely manner! I will definitely be back!

The manager Brandon is absolutely amazing. He showed concern and took the time to address all of our concerns showed us all of our options, and worked with us even on the price to make everything in our repairs manageable.. Also checked all fluids and topped off it, free of charged, where applicable.

Its difficult to find trust worthy mechanics sometimes (mostly). Brandon and his team are hands down, the best place I have ever taken a vehicle to. They are honest, upfront and do not oversell unnecessary fixes. They worked with me on my truck issues, and informed me what was wrong, showed me if i asked and let me make the decision. I watched Brandon interact with other customers and he never overstated any fixes needed and works with customer to find a quick, affordable, easy fix. I highly recommend them hands down. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, honest and work to get the job done no matter the time (since they stayed two hours late on a Friday night) to get me back on the road. Highly recommend!

Have had the pleasure of doing business here numerous times. Every visit was exceptional, clean facility for waiting, although I do miss the ole coffee availability, but I understand the protocol. Very efficient and courteous staff front and back.

I think they do a good job. I like coming here because they do a good check on my car and they let me know how much the labor will be to get the extra services. They do take a long time though. For an oil change it took over an hour. I got there as soon as they opened, was the first customer in the building, and it still took them a very long time to change my oil.

I've visited Goodyear for oil changes for years. I love that the staff is honest and helpful. They don't try to sell you products or services you did not ask for. Very professional and courteous environment and prices are fair. Great work, great attitude.

These folks know what they're doing and it is a rare pleasure to find a store that appreciates my business and hard earned money! I purchased four Endurance Trailer Tires and had them mounted. The price was very competitive. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend you give Marc a call.

I usually take my car here for routine maintenance. I think they're great, they are courteous and have some of the best prices in town. I Just had an issue with some brake work I had done, but they were very professional, upfront and honest. They took responsibility and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Goodyear. It's hard to find a repair shop that operates with honesty and integrity .

Had a random flat tire, went in with my wife and young child at around 4:30pm (right before close), they were gracious and kind to stay a little late to ensure our tire was good as new. Definitely recommend. Great atmosphere, and quality work, made us feel at home.

I came here due to an issue with my car dying and consistently having to be jumped. I had several tests done on the battery and was told the battery was fine. I took my car here and they advised me that the alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. After 3 days, I had the same issue occur. I brought it back and was advised the battery was bad and explained why it can test fine when it starts to go out. They were extremely helpful with helping me out and getting me fixed up. Brandon spearheaded the help and was very professional and wanted to make sure I was a happy customer. Very satisfied with service and would recommend to others!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made an appointment online to get my air conditioner repaired, drop the car off, TWO hours later they call and tell me it will cost a grand to fix my a/c. I say no and go to pick it up because I m not so sure about that price. When I go to pick it up, they tell me it ll be 40 bucks just for them to look at it. I understand they have to spend time to look at it, but for 40 bucks and without telling me on the website, or when I bring the car in? So I ask a few questions about why it cost 40 dollars to merely look at my car, and the employee decides to be petty and gives it to me for free, even after I gave him the money. Obviously I m not complaining because I saved my money, just rude customer service and I have a sense that they were trying to highball me on the price to fix my a/c. Terrible place

Despite making an appointment, they turned me away because they were too busy. I got the same service done at Valvoline Express for $40 less. And it took far less time than was quoted me here even with an appointment. And heaven forbid that you bring in the identical oil they use (that costs about 75% of what theyvm charge) because they "don't install aftermarket parts."

As a young female, I have experienced other shops in the area try to take advantage of what they think is a lack of repair knowledge on my end. Goodyear has been the complete opposite! I told them my dad does some of my repairs and when they found some issues while doing an oil change, instead of trying to get more money out of me, they informed me it was something my dad should be able to do. Timely, honest, and polite. I would highly recommend Goodyear for any females who have had negative experiences in the past with repair shops.

Unfortunately I have recently discovered that the work I paid for $2600 was never performed. I paid $6000 for some extensive work: Radiator, water pump, ball joints, shocks, struts, tires, and alignment. I was traveling thru and needed the work done to continue the trip. Big mistake. They took advantage of me knowing I was traveling thru. My shocks and struts were never replaced. The water pump failed after 18 months. They use cheap quality after market parts. Sorry I trusted the Goodyear name!!!
