Update April 11, 2024:Lack of communication is the issue, not miscommunication. Finally spoke to Jacob Hill on April 2. He said he will with his sales team to see if they will make me an offer for the SUV. I gave him a price range because I have 2 offers on the table. Nine days later, heard nothing. My SUV is still sitting there. So nothing has been resolved yet.Original comment:My Escape stalled in Waco on my way back to Houston from Dallas. My family was with me so I rented a car a drove them home. The next day I called my insurance company and had my Escape towed to this dealership.I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman at this place to coordinate the car s arrival, and gave him details on the problems I ve had with the vehicle. I received a text from their automated system a few days later showing over $12,000 in repairs suggested .I ve called several times and left several voicemails and messages with his colleagues and still nothing. I will pay these fine folks a visit when time permits since my car is still there.The lack of professionalism is appalling. My family will drive Honda or Toyota from here on.

They did fine on my recall work.They don t have anyone available to look at transmissions. First for me at a dealer.Don t expect to make any friends.

Ashley Murray was my service advisor and he was great. He got my car in for a diagnostic super fast and had it done by mid day, I look forward to working with him in the future seeing as my car is going to have to go in for work soon.

Unbelievable! They installed the wrong equipment!!We had a scheduled appointment Friday at 11am to drop off a new Bronco for an installation of Rock Rails and Door Molding. They said it would only take an hour or two but ended up having to keep the vehicle overnight (we are from Dallas). When we picked up the vehicle the next morning it had a step rail installed instead of a rock rail! The dealership was closed so no one was there to help correct the issue. Now we have to go back to Dallas with the wrong equipment.

Today was my first time taking my car in for service. Steven in the service department was friendly, welcoming and answered all of my questions with patience. I know nothing about cars so it was nice not to feel intimidated. Will return in the future.

It's a great place to get your car fixed..but the wait is a bit too long for some people...I can understand the wait time cause of the amount of cars in the service bay area and in the lot.
