I can not express how pleased I was with our experience this past weekend at Douglass Nissan of Waco. I was going to be traveling through Waco on our way to visit family for the Easter weekend. I needed to purchase a car quickly because my current car is being totaled out by my insurance company due to hail damage. I worked with Montana Branscum through text to come to an agreement on price and when I arrived at the dealership I met with Randy Glass to complete the purchase. We worked with Robert Flores to finalize the paperwork in financing. From start to finish and everyone I worked with were great. I had already been to three different dealerships in the Dallas area and left because they were not willing to work with me on price. I feel like I got an honest deal and was in and out in an hour. The fastest I have ever completed a car purchase. I would recommend all my friends to Douglass Nissan of Waco.

By far the best dealership and car buying experience I have ever encountered. Montana Branscum,Randy Glass and Robert Flores were the most friendly and professional personnel I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. They really make you feel like family. Myhusband and I live 90 miles away from your dealership and will continue to come there for our future car purchases.

Our most recent experience at Douglass Nissan was great!! I would rate my experience as 10 stars..We originally plannedto come in for an State Inspection but left driving a 2024 Nissan Frontier Our Salesman Chad West made the process very easy...He was the best, very professional ,friendly,accommodating and knowledgeable....The transition was so easy..The financing team is also great,and they worked hard to give us the best rates and options and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase..I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great experience in purchasing a new vehicle....

As soon as I got out of my vehicle Chad West was outside ready to help right away!! He was very detailed when explaining vehicle features and during the whole buying process and even since buying! I have always been nervous even thinking about going into dealership and Chad took all the nervousness away!! DEFINITELY Home of The Nice Guys!! Chad was awesome and so was the whole staff. They gave me a great price, great rate and great trade in value. It was the most comfortable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I worked in the Corporate world for 20+ years as an Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager overseeing several large customer service units. I am currently a High School Business Teacher, and I love my job because I can bring my real world experiences into the classroom. I am covering a Customer Satisfaction Unit in my classes right now, and I have used my car buying experience with Douglass Nissan of Waco as an example of what excellent customer service looks like! Mike and Jim in sales have been amazing throughout the entire process, and I probably drove them crazy with a lot of texts, but it is so hard to talk at school as a teacher. They answered all of them accurately, timely, and saved me a ton of time sitting in the dealership negotiating. They were easy to deal with and really did have that "nice guy feel" of their slogan. They compromised with me so that I felt good about both my vehicle purchase amount and my vehicle trade in amount, and the APR is amazing right now. Overall I feel like I got a good value for a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Mike and Jim to my family and friends or anyone interested in buying a vehicle. I also teach my students how to buy a vehicle in my Money Matters classes, so again I will be using this as an example of how smooth vehicle buying should go. Vehicle buying used to be such a pain because of all the haggling which I told Mike up front that I was a finance major and was not interested in that, and he totally respected my request. The finance manager, Robert, had all my paperwork ready to go when I came into sign the paperwork for a very seamless experience. Again a truly great overall vehicle buying experience at Douglass Nisan of Waco and hats off to Mike and Jim for their exceptional customer service abilities!

The staff was wonderful in everyway. Chad was especially helpful. This is our 3rd car we bought through him. His knowledge and his ability to listen to our needs was most helpful. We weren't sure that we wanted to buy now or wait a while longer when we came in. Chad help us sort that out in our minds and we decided to buy. Robert made finance easy as well. Once we decided to buy we were on our way home in no time with our new car.

Service/parts department is terrible. They never have parts in stock and they never call you back when they say they will. This is the 2nd time I've had to drive to temple to get my car serviced because this dealership can't do a simple task. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from them because they probably won't have simple parts when you need them. I used to love this dealership. One other thing too, they won't go to temple to get the part, that the temple nissan dealership has, they'd rather the customer drive from waco to temple. Great service and experience! We came from Greg May Honda after having a bad experience and were completely blown away with our sales agent, Brandon Smith. He helped us tremendously, was very nice and experienced/knowledgeable. We were in and out within about 2 hours! Will definitely be back!

I'm pleased with the service I received my salesman Eric wasn't pushing me into something like most do. We were able to negotiate the price that worked for me. Going into the financial dept. Is usually the worst part when purchasing a vehicle, I wasn't pressured into things I did not want I signed papers and was out with in minutes. I literally give these guys more than 5 stars. The nice guys service was Excellent.

I have been a Nissan drive for over 10 years, bought and paid for my car from Douglass Nissan , I will only allow them to service my car , due to my strong trust in the their professionalism is remarkable I m treated like family when I m there !! Im called by my correct last name greeted with smiles ! I recommend Douglas Nissan for any and all things that you need to keep your vehicle up and safe to drive even buying a car was not stressful, everyone was upfront and showed lots of compassion for their customers!! The service department is amazing I feel as if I knew them outside of Douglas!! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USING THEM ! THANK YOU.

The best salesman in town trophy goes to Jim Drummond. He was very attentive and to the point none of that salesman lingo. He made me feel extremely comfortable with my new big purchase. Mikey sales manager was very well mannered and smiles from ear to ear. He helped speed up my car purchase. Lastly, Robert made the signing go smooth and efficient. CHAD WEST is an amazing salesman. He went out of his way to make sure I got into the best vehicle for me. He worked an entire week with me to make sure I got the best deal for the price limit I had. I was greeted by Chris Richards, he was very professional!I believe at the time I arrived he was the only service advisor there. He went far beyond my expectations, very nice, smiling. All I can say is he needs recognition for his work. He really made it a pleasure to be at the dealership.

I cannot tell you how easy Montana and Randy made my purchase! I had already purchased a car the same morning on Carvana. Needless to say, they made it so easy for me that I cancelled my purchase from Carvana and bought from Waco Nissan. I do not like going to dealerships. Douglass Nissan of Waco absolutely changed my perspective and made the process painless. Their slogan is "Home of the Nice Guys", and they 100% live up to this! They even helped me a few times with my five year old daughter who was growing impatient. I'm excited to have created a relationship with a trustworthy dealership. I have only ever bought cars from this dealership and have no regrets. The service department was even better! I am expecting my first baby in 4 weeks and the sales manager was able to help me install this carseat which neither me or husband could do. Shoutout to that guy because he was the best!

I got the car oil and filter changed and the tires rotated. It was something else suggested for me to have done, but I let them know I can wait on that. But they are keeping the car in good driving condition. Thank you Douglass Nissan!

He explained in detail each vehicle and answered my questions without condescension. We were pleased by the way the Nissan associate took care of us and communicated with us. We were surprised by his attention to the text thread with us, as well as the video from the service person in the garage. After checking with a friend who gave us a good review on Nissan s service, we ended up allowing the dealership service team to perform a wheel alignment.
