I was traveling through Waco when my car was hit by airborne truck tire retread. Smashed my windshield, damaged my convertable top, tore my right side mirror off the car, door handle wouldn't open the door, scuffed paint, and torn-away trim. Parts were hard to get for my car, and insurance wasn't responsive to emails. But, these guys kept working on the car, and it was ready for pickup in a month. With they exception of overspray on horizontal flat surfaces... which I clayed... and convertable top not fully installed correctly... I was able to fix it at home, they did a good job!

After checking with almost every body shop in and around Waco, Crow & Roberts were able to get me in faster than anyone. I saw they had good reviews so I went for it. They communicated with the insurance company, and called me with updates several times. They got my car repaired in about 10 days (quite a bit of damage). They did a great job and my car looks brand new. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Crow and Roberts was excellent. They had me come out to look at my truck to see what needed to be done, and then scheduled a time to get me in and communicated with the at-fault party's insurance to get everything figured out. They got me in quick, did the work quick, and did a great job. I asked them to also buff out an unfortunate scratch on my truck and they did for no extra charge and washed my truck. Great company!

They fixed my car up so well you'd never know it was damaged. A dear took out the majority of the drivers side of my car (entire mirror, front and passenger doors dented to hell, back panel by the gas tank dented and to top it all off busted the tail light) and I was devastated as I had literally just paid it off and had never even scratched it before, not to mention Christmas was like a week away when it happened. When they gave it back to me I cried because it went from perfect to trashed back to perfect and I owe it all to them. Body work/paint takes time and with the holidays coming I can understand why it took 2 and a half weeks (about 14 business days from when I brought it in) to get it back but it was well worth the wait

Having my car repairs done at Crow and Roberts was a great, stress-free experience for me. Bill Sparks was the person I dealt with the whole time and he was very professional and so helpful. I never once had to deal with the insurance company or have to make sure things were getting done. He took care of everything. My car looked amazing after the repairs were done! I would certainly recommend them and will never use anyone else, although I hope I never need this again!!

I had my Chevy Aveo in for a broken door handle and a little bit of touch-up paint. My experience with Bill has been most courteous, professional, and amazing, and the result is a true piece of art! Daughter needed some work done (college student). Bill went above and beyond to coordinate with me (pocketbook who lives out of state), daughter (consumer), and our crazy schedules and different time zones!! Thank you Bill!! My family, under the leadership of my father, Stanley Cotton, has been using Crow & Robert s Body Shop for 26 years, at least. They repaired the first car (of many to follow lol) I wrecked, my 1994 Honda Accord. I loved that car so much and I was absolutely devastated that it was damaged. Fortunately, my dad & the staff at Crow & Robert s quickly repaired it, good as new and saved the day. Fast forward 26 years and many vehicles later, and they are repairing my current car as I am typing this review. They do something that I wish all shops were thoughtful enough to do - it saves everyone so much hassle and eliminates any unnecessary time spent without a vehicle - he wants you to let him assess the damage, put together the list of parts needed to repair the vehicle, get them ordered and make absolutely certain there won t be any hiccups as far as obtaining everything he needs, like actually having everything on hand - ONLY THEN will he ask you to bring the car and leave it. This way - he can work as quickly as possible and get your car back to you as soon as he can. I didn t use a rental car this time - so I appreciated this practice even more than ever before. I highly recommend them, as does my father and a few other people I know. I will update this review with before and after photos once I have the car back.

This business does a great job. Sometimes they get the parts mixed up due to manufacturer issues, but they will correct the issue immediately. They are friendly, quick, and precise in repairs. Strongly recommend!Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioningServices: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This company was not friendly. They damaged my vehicle and tried to deny that they didn't cause the damages. My husband and I literally argued with them about the damages. It wasn't until my insurance adjuster and I provided proof that my car wasn't brought in with the damages is when they finally agreed to repair my car.I was so thankful to God that I overlooked my car before driving it off of their premises, because it definitely would have been my word against theirs.Service: Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the service that was performed on my vehicle. I have known and been associated with your company for many years and when I need body work, I don't consider any one but you guys. The quality of work and the personnel makes me a lifetime customer. The work is amazing. Can't tell there was ever any damage. They left my car clean inside and out. The people who work here are exceptionally helpful and caring. I highly recommend Crow and Roberts.

Absolutely THRILLED! Took a very dear friend's OLD car to them and they did a fabulous job. Her car was backed into and the passenger side door wouldn't open. It was a mess... Crow and Roberts had her car fixed in a short amount of time and it looks like new! Thank you for such an awesome job!

My brand new F-150 Lariot was in a collision on I-35. I took it to Crow and Roberts on a Tuesday and picked it up today (4 days later). I could not be more pleased! There is no sign of any damage, it looks just like it did when I drove it off of the show room floor. I had worries, I had concerns about my truck. It had less than 5000 miles on it, but these guys treated it like their own, and I know they gave it the same kind of care that they would've given their own vehicle. I hope I never have to use their service again, but if I get into another wreck, this is where I will go. I will be a very vocal advocate of theirs from this point on. Thank you Crow and Roberts!

Owner said he thinks his guys can make a black car look good. If a body shop cant make a black car look perfect, they are simply hiding flawed body repair through color. Black shows every flaw...Stay way

Straight highway robbers...took my car to them and they on pupose put a metal piece inside car part to make it non-working and then charged $400 for that new car part that was available online for $30.Everyone please Stayyyy awayyy from them and save your money...take your car to somone else but not to them you will regret.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & TrimServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Took my car in for an estimate for some hail damage because this is apparently the only place State Farm allows for estimates in Waco. The guy was rude and refused to write an estimate for all of the damage caused. Took it to State Farm for evaluation and they totaled and said they had no idea what Crow and Roberts was talking about in the evaluation.
