I have been going to Chuck's for all my automotive issues since I was in high school. Very reliable and won't jerk you around on price, they are very fair and friendly. Also very prompt with repair. Ive never had my vehicle in longer than 2 days. A++

They did a great job on flushing the air out of my brake lines. Only initial complaint is that they need someone solely dedicated to the office so they can keep working. Otherwise they did great. They gentleman who gave me my keys came out to my vehicle to make sure I was pleased with their work. I really appreciated that!

I've always had my oil changed here as I'm passing through from Kansas to southern Texas for work. They are friendly, prompt, and I've never had any problems.I will always use them for all my repairs. I will even trailer my Mercedes to them for repairs because they are one in a million honest mechanics around.

Your family when you are at Chuck's. Been going there for years and simply best hands down and most importantly most HONEST mechanic's you will ever encounter. They provide preventive maintenance as well as inspections. Of course they handle all mechanical problems you may have. They are very down to earth and not overpriced as many places are.

Great people, great business. Been going for years and no issues at all. They are professional and treat you as family. Recommend for any automotive needs. Repairing or preventive maintenance service. They even change oil in our Audi and BMW.

The owner Chuck told my friend that it would cost almost $1,000 to fix her car and that there was no way to get a less expensive part to do the repair with, and then we looked it up and found out that there was a much less expensive part that we bought. When we confronted him he told us okay he'll do it for $420 something dollars and he said it would take 4 hours to do. That's basically over $100 an hour.So we took the car to a different repair shop where it ended up costing us only $160.

My husband took the car to Chuck's whenever it had problems because it was close to school. At one point the starter died on my car. Chuck's replaced it no problem. About 1 year later had problems with the NEW starter. My husband took it to Chuck's. They said the starter was bad and needed replacing. This was the starter that was put in by them a year ago no way was it dad. My husband went under the car wiggled the wire and it started right up. When they replaced it they didn t tighten the screws so the wire was loose and rusted. My brother striped the wire and tightened the screw. The starter was fine. Chucks wanted to charge me for a new one plus labor when it was something they did wrong the first time around.

Took my car in to have the ac fixed. They told me my freon levels were off and charged me $80 to fix it. Got the car back and nothing had changed. Took it to a reputable mechanic where I live and he told me the compressor was on its last leg and the whole system needed to be replaced. Wish this shop would've informed me on what was actually going on. Would've saved me a lot of time

Greg Ard was so courteous and prompt in helping me with my transmission issue. It was something the dealer needed to fix so he guided me in the right direction and didn't charge me for looking at it. I am very grateful for the assistance as it saved me from a breakdown on I-35 with my two children. Thank you Chuck's Automotive!

Worst business I've ever dealt with... almost got in a fight with Chuck. Didn't get a receipt, and was forced to pay cash. They told me they kept my vehicle an extra day because I argued about the price. I would only recommend that my worst enemy go here. These guys are scum. Don't believe the fake reviews, you will be very displeased.

Horrible experience. Didn't believe the reviews this shop had gotten before but now I can assure you that this shop has nothing buy terrible service. We were also forced to pay with cash although they had a credit/ debit machine, after insisting too much their "machine broke". Seems fishy they didn't allow us to pay with debit card, could it be they are avoiding paying taxes or they just don't trust their job. Also they offer 24 month guarantee and gave us one for only 6 months. Do not go to this shop!!!

Best auto shop in Waco. Hands down. Chuck and all the mechanics are extremely skilled and knowledgeable and even more honest. I will never go anywhere else.

Chuck is a hot-headed A-hole. Took truck in to get headlights fixed. I was supposed to call for pickup at end of day but found a ride at work so i didnt call--figured I'd SAVE CHUCK A TRIP. He came out anyway. When he got back he biutched me out for wasting his time (like I did that just to waste his time) and said not to come back. I apologized for the mixup several times, but that wasn't good enough for hot-head Cuck Ard. I have been going there for 4+ yr with 3 cars and have spent $2,000+ there. NO MORE. CHUCK U, CHUCK!!

This is a great place to bring your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend car to mess it up, if there's anyone that you hate just simply bring their vehicle here so it can get destroyed by the owner and his workers. I highly recommend you not to come here.

It's a great old fashion family run car repair place.The decor could be described as "aggressively republican" so it might not be good for people who get into policical arguments alot.

Called here and they cussed me out for asking a question. Also the confederate flag is very distasteful and there views outdated. Will not go back ever. I will trust a one star Walmart that has been closed for 5 years before going to this horrible, unprofessional place again.

Chucks replaced a timing belt on my 03 tundra which is not a easy process.Everyone was great I came across an Chuck keeps on top of everything like a champ.Will defiantly come back.

Took my money didn't fix nothing said the Transmissions out and it was just two or three wires that was burned up didn't even look underneath bad people don't take your car there

Use someone else, you go there to fix one problem and you come out with the same problem plus more. They do not own up to responsibility when they do more harm to your vehicle. Go with someone else.
