I came in a little late in the day on a Saturday and they took care of me. We had a little issue with the bolts but they custom made ones and it fit perfectly on my dodge Durango. I had a great time, talking, laughing, and getting to know the family. They offered me great service at a great price! I would definitely recommend this shop. Glad I got to experience this place.

Jim and everyone was super nice. Called talked to Jim on the phone. Went down and they had me in and out on a muffler in an hour. Great people. Great service.

We did a muffler delete on a 2016 Mustang. They were fast, and thorough, and did it at a far better price than Graves. Plus they had the tips we were looking for, and put them on at the same time. Love the finished product.

Do not take your muffler issues to the dealership! KIA quoted me 4400.00 to replace the catalytic converters in my Soul. Robbery!!Cen-Tex Muffler is the place to go. It's a smaller shop, but because of this the service you get it supreme! Darleen communicated regularly and the job was done perfectly.Stop messing with dealerships and big box brand names. Stick with local Waco businesses like this one! There is a reason it's been in business for over 50 years. Until people start using small businesses, the larger corporations will continue to take advantage of you.I will forever bring my vehicles here for mufflers, brakes, and shocks. You should too!

Awesome service, great pricing, and very friendly! Got me right in and took care of my truck with flowmaster muffler/pipes/chrome tips! Got quoted some ridiculous prices at two other shops before calling Cen-Tex Muffler. They got it done at a fair price! I ll send everyone I know!

They are always fast and cheap for me.They can come off as rude to some people but they are very nice people and get the job done. I have had at least 5 cars done through them all for the same price

Great place to have your exhaust done. Timely, awesome work, and they don't try to rip you off like other shops that are located here in Waco. If you are needing work done, bring it here, or at least call around and ask for a quote!! Trust me, it's worth your time, and it will save you money!! Don't get ripped off by the guys that think that they can charge what ever they feel like charging. Ask for Joe and he will take care of your needs.

Great place to take your vehicle and get your Catalytic Converter replaced, excellent customer service. Highly recommended it. I'll keep visit them for all my muffler needs.

Completely satisfied with their work. She put my new flex pipe on in about 10 minutes or so, and the price was even better. I will be coming back here for any other exhaust/muffler issues that I will have in the future, and will recommend them.

They are the best and I just love how that young man knows so much about the service that they offer to their clients. I wish we had more young ones like him who are eager and willing to learn at that tender age. Maybe that would cut out some of the badness that we have with our youths in this society. I thought I had a problem with my catalytic converter and it was just my muffler.

Cen-Tex Muffler dose good quality work. They specialize in catalytic converters replacement and muffler repair. They do have a mechanic on duty for light mechanic work. I do recommend these people to take your car . So happy that I did.

They where a great help went in thinking I needed a muffler an tail pipe. The man was honest an said no sir you just need this piece removed an a new one put on. An cost me considering less money. I will definitely return.

I popped in to Cen-Tex Muffler last Saturday and had a new muffler installed on my classic 84 Silverado. I was in and out in no time really and couldn't be happier with the experience. My kind of old school shop!

I told them before they started I don't want nothing to leak! I wasent being and Jerk i just wanted the job done right! they had to raise the rack up four times, they're was going to let me leave with multiple leaks, got tired of telling them to do their job correctly and had to go to another shop to get it fixed, girl and guy both are lazy and CAN NOT weld. I had to tell him to put braces on exhaust, they thought it was OK to weld a new pipe two a rusted out pipe instead of extending it a few inches. Then dinged my door on the racked so she could get in . I would not ever come back or recommend to anyone go somewhere else

Mechanic did not weld exhaust right and I left with exhaust leak. Mechanic was to lazy to cut a pipe to the right length so that the exhaust would not slap against the rear axel. Was quoted $50 to $100 and then when arriving we settled on $175 then it went from $175 to $200 then to $250. Do not recommend this sad excuse for a shop go to Graves.
