Caliber Collision was a great place when I was involved in a wreck. They really took care of me and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and why it had to be totaled. Unfortunately, they didn t get to do the repair work but I have confidence they would do a great job! Would def recommend and will use if ever needed. Very good communication.

Road debris caused some damage to the front of my car. Dealership said they couldn't help and recommended Caliber Collision. I took it there and spoke with Ryan who was super nice. He looked at the damage and then spoke with Justin, the GM, and they both looked at the car. They went to work and were able to pop the grill back into place, get rid of the scuff marks and align another part; and the best part of all...NO CHARGE! I didn't think service like that still existed. If anyone I know needs collision type service you can bet I'll recommend Caliber Collision at 1401 W Loop 340, Waco.Jodi T.

Fantastic customer service! I called just before closing and in a panic because the local Discount Tire messed up my front driver door and couldn't fix it. When I arrived at Caliber Collision, both Dylane and the manager took a look at my car. Within 10 minutes they were able to fix the issue!

My daughter is a student at Baylor and had to have work done to her car due to an accident. Being from out of state, I wasn t familiar with the area and had to choose a shop through the other person s insurance. I checked these reviews and took a gamble on them. I highly recommend this shop. The manager Tom was very good to work with and the quality was good. They had the repairs done ahead of the original schedule. He even went the extra mile to have some additional damage repaired that was not part of the original accident.

Thomas Noble did an excellent job on my truck. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for any and all vehicle repairs. Be sure to ask for Tom, he will definitely take care of you!!!

Jordan helped me get my car repaired and I was very impressed not only by his attention to detail but his professionalism as well. The car came out looking great and I could tell the service techs had outstanding workmanship. Would highly and exclusively recommend this caliber if you are inside Waco

I normally use a locally owned and operated business but the company I normally used closed due to owner retirement. I was very apprehensive to use a chain as I was concerned with quality due to work I had seen completed by M**co. However the repairs were guaranteed by my insurance company if I used them so I conceded. I am very happy with the quality of repair, the communications provided by the company at each stage of repair, and in general the overall customer service and experience I had with the company. I will definitely consider using them in future paint/body work.

From the moment we walked in at the Loop 340 location, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, smiled and greeted us warmly....our service advisor was Thomas Noble...superb customer service. He was very relatable, thorough, and made sure that our vehicle was taken care of like he would expect to be done to him. We expect quality replacement parts and he made sure that we were not disappointed or taken advantage of because once the parts are on and covered up, who'd know...Thomas would and made sure it was correct which shows integrity. Laura was the young lady that gave me a ride to work after I dropped my off vehicle. Very professional and could carry on an interesting conversation...she is a huge asset to this company. My husband and I are completely satisfied with our experience. I hope we don't need to use them again but if we do, we would not hesitate one minute.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your car repair! My car's bumper was partially torn off and Caliber repaired it like new. Their staff is not only profession but very friendly and caring. I am very pleased with their whole process!

This shop is awesome! The whole staff is friendly and helpful. They update you constantly and answer all the questions you may have. You can tell they take pride in the work they do. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing car repairs! Thank y all for doing an excellent job.

I had to get my Mazda Miata repaired after it was damaged, and I definitely chose the right place to get the work done. Jordan was so great to work with. He always kept me in the loop with how things were progressing with the work on my car. He was super friendly, and I never felt like I couldn t call him to ask questions. However, I never had to because he would beat me to it! Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Jordan was very relatable, and he took the time to understand my concerns. I really appreciated his commitment to make sure everything was done correctly. I also can t say enough about the staff there. They are all so incredibly kind and understanding of how stressful this process can be, and they truly do everything they can to ease the burden. They even worked with the rental car company to ensure I got a ride to pick up my rental after I dropped my car off. It all worked seamlessly, and I never felt stressed throughout the entire process. Best of all, you can t recognize that my car was even damaged. The paint job was superb! I hope I don t have another collision in my car, but if I do I won t hesitate to come back here. Honestly, I don t think I ll go anywhere else!

I was sent to Caliber Collision through my insurance for some repairs. There is was set up with Jordan. He walked us through the process and gave us estimates of when the vehicle would be ready. He would call me with updates, and when the vehicle was ready before schedule, he made sure that my vehicle was cleaned inside and out. My car was looking brand new again! Thank you Jordan and Caliber Collision!

The Caliber Collision location originally assigned didn't get the message. I just happened to call before we headed there and the agent there had NO CLUE we were coming. So, we were assigned to another location. The project took three weeks and we are still waiting on a trim piece to complete the job. Otherwise the work was completed quite satisfactorily. Coby, our agent was great!

Do not recommend. You will come out of the shop with more issues than you car had before. Causing an extensive amount of stress a money out of your pocket for issues that were not there before you dropped the car off.

Tom and his team were so friendly and helpful! They were so accommodating when they changed my burned out headlight, and when I went back a few days later needing a repair from a collision. I am a travel nurse doing home care. I need my car for my daily visits. Late August I was at the end of my contract. My Hyundai Sonata had two unfortunate interactions with parking spot barriers pulling the front bumper off on both sides of the car. I went to the Hyundai dealer (next to Caliber Collision) who could not fix it there and suggested CC next door. I did not get the receptionist's name unfortunately, but she requested Shannon help me. Shannon came out and surveyed the issue and explained what I would need. Unfortunately that wasn't in my time range as I was off to another assignment the next week. Shannon was helping me shore up the bumper so driving would be safe. Then Tom came out to see what he could do. He stepped up and got the bumpers secure. Ron came out and he helped as well. Thank you to these three good Samaritans that came to this damsel's distress call. I would recommend them based on the customer service provided to a NON-PAYING customer. The bumper's are holding strong giving me time to find a CC in the College Station/Bryan area. Best wishes to you.
