Professionalism at it's finest! My car has not looked this amazing since I drove it off the lot the day I bought it! Customer service is excellent, the craftsmanship is immaculate, I could not have asked for a better, easier experience. Thank you C & C, your shop is definitely the best in Texas!

*UPDATE *I reached out to the owner, Daniel, and he did offer to fix my vehicle and put me in a rental while my car was being fixed. However, I had already taken my car to elsewhere. Daniel did refund me a portion of the amount paid for their services and was very professional. He also assured me that the issue with customer service has been dealt with. -------I used their collision service for body work. They had my car for almost a week before even disassembling it and when I got it back, the paint was a completely different color than my car, the rim did not match after the refinish, and the paint job was just poorly done over all. Air bubbles, they chipped it while putting the mold around my headlight back in place and chipped the paint on the hood of my vehicle. I tried to take my vehicle back to have it done correctly and Dan Neill was extremely unprofessional and just plain rude about all of it. He stated that the paint would never match even if they repainted it, which is inaccurate and they denied chipping the paint on my hood which was not there when the vehicle arrived at their shop. Over all terrible experience and I will never take another vehicle to them. I was not even comfortable letting them try to fix it after the way I was spoken to. Learn how to take responsibility for your poor work and learn some people skills, because that s not it. Yes, Dan, this one is for you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are GREAT. I attempted to do my own alignment.... Didn't go well. They fixed me up. Broke a coil pack bolt in my motor while changing spark plugs. These guys fixed my mistake again. I will be returning with my vehicle for all repairs to these guys. I trust these guys and know they do good work. Honestly the mechanic shop I've been looking for.

My husband got his truck back in April.Accident happened in February, but all shops in area had this issue so I don t blame shop for this.Great work. Truck was only few months old & looks like new.He looked for issues worried it would look bad. It looks amazing!Great communication. Thank u!!!

Update My vehicle looks very good after work was done. I m adding this because you need to know. I took my truck back 4 times because they kept sending me home with a unsafe vehicle. My shocks broke twice because they put the wrong size spring on my truck. I took it back for a broken axel. The sent me home with bent sway bar and much more. I had to take it to another shop and spend $3500 to get if fixed correctly. My step rail fell off the trim around wheel fell off. I would send them a model car to fix. It was was nightmare

Daniel and his crew have always provided me with great service. They don't look past the little guy. They have always got me in on short notice and always perform over the top work.Best bedliners in town, very reasonable prices on services, never turned down blasting when others didn't want to mess with it, and very approachable. Plus they shoot PPG paint.......one of my favorites, and good quality paint.

I ve brought my Challenger here to C&C twice based upon a recommendation from a family member. Both times have been a pleasure. These guys are prompt, efficient, professional, and provide some of the best work I ve seen around Waco.Both of my experiences have been paid for out of pocket and they fixed it for exactly what they told me it would. No hidden charges or any of that other nonsense you ll get from other shops around town. Hopefully, I won t have to repair my Challenger again, but if I do, this will be the first place I come back to! Thanks for your great work guys!

I have gone to to these guys for years with great work done on my cars.My last trip there was not good, all they had to do was repaint my passenger door and replace the mirror, when I got it back I could see ripples in my door and painted over, do not know where they came from because it was not like that when I took it. Also the door makes a loud clicking sound when you close it and it's also hard to open. I think it was removed or replaced with an old door, ( it was only scratched by a broken mirror, not dented ). Then I washed it and found some kind of silver paint on the rear of the cab, I tried to clean it but it would not come off, so I took it back to have them remove whatever it was, they wanted me to leave it just for that, this was after the owner blamed me for putting it on there, then said it must have already been there. This was bought new with no defects, and I would know because I wash my own cars, and I'm very particular about defects, so I would know if it was there from day one.They must have a new painter who has no pride in his workmanship, which carries on to the owners attitude about the issue.If you go there be wary about quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been doing business with C&C for a while now and they do top notch quality work. I have trusted them with my vehicles from body work on 2 different vehicles that have been into accidents, they color matched and installed a aftermarket spoiler on our sports car. I have even purchased multiple sets of tires for my truck and car. If you want quality work and good trusted people I suggest C&C is the place to go. They are the only shop I trust with my vehicles.

Took a month and of course they found additional damage not covered by original estimate. An emblem on the grill was replaced but fell off less than a month after I got it back.

My parents are in their late 80's, they took their Acura to C&C Collision, they did a fantastic job and were super considerate. Took my 06 F-150 for some rust repair and panel damage repair. Daniel and his team got me in and out quickly and did one hell of a Professional job. They really went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone from DFW to Austin. They wont do you wrong!

My 5th visit. Daniel is always friendly and professional, and that's just the beginning. C&C has done body work on our 525i, painted the nose of the 640, repaired and painted a fiberglass ground effects panel on an M3, and earlier this week repaired damage to the 2500 Ram that was the result of a forklift backed into the truck. Perfect paint match every time. Amazing quality. The vehicles are always returned cleaner than when they arrive. I'm really particular about who gets to touch my vehicles (one actually goes to Florida when factory service and warranty work is required because the Porsche dealership in Austin or Dallas, which are the closest, are horrible). If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time (body work and paint work) check this company out. #1 all the way!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my truck into C&C to get a repair estimate for glass and roof damage from hitting a turkey. They could have easily hit me up for what we were expecting to be a bitter bill but to our surprise and glee, they told us that while there is minor cosmic damage, the integrity of the roof is fine! Then provided us with a great mobile windshield replacement company to come to my work (way out of town) so I wouldn t miss time. I highly recommend this business and will use them myself when & if the need comes up.

I came in needing new tires and my front end redone on a 1999 Chevy truck. I was in and out in 2 days. Prices were affordable and customer service was on point. I got to talk with the mechanic beforehand and have him show me exactly what was being done. Truck drives like new and I m happy.

Daniel Crosby and all of the staff have given us A-1 Customer Service . We buy all of our tires there and they really helped me when I got nails in separate tires and they repaired them free of charge. I highly recommend them for any of the services you need.

These guys have awesome customer service and did a fantastic job on my truck. Originally, I had taken my truck to China Spring Oil and Lube for an alignment, but turns out nothing was done to my truck. (As I had suspected.) The guys over at C&C Collision showed me that there was no way China Spring Oil and Lube aligned the truck because the lower ball joints were bad. They jacked the truck up in front of me and I could see the movement in the ball joint. I highly recommend these mechanics. I went to them because I heard from good things about them. Turns out everything I heard was true.

I took my son's car here for mechanical work. Joey was completely honest and didn't try to upsell us on stuff that we don't need. I am grateful to have found a mechanic that is both competent and trustworthy. I will definitely go back and will recommend him to everyone I know.
