These guys are awesome! The whole team was 5 and I couldn t have asked for an easier simpler experience. They worked with a down payment and got me an affordable monthly payment on an awesome truck. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Im so glad i went into ByRider today!! I was on a bit of a time crunch so i came in friday and started my paper work with Matthew! He got everything processed so i scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and got approved!! They helped me out so much. I wouldn t be on the road today if it wasn t for them!!

I would give it a 0 if i could. I got a car with a repo on my credit but I was better off not having a car. I drove the car off the lot and an hour later the engine light came on. Brought it back to get looked at. Nothing was done but I drove it back off to have it for the weekend and just coming out of the parking lot onto Waco Dr the car stops on me TWICE! I had to cut the car off and cut it back on. Brought it back and Scott was rude and very disrespectful. After putting a good down payment I'm PISSED!! Now I don't feel comfortable even driving it after being fixed.UPDATE: WAYNE HELP TO GET ME INTO A BETTER CAR and was really helpful.

Wayne helped me get into a 2015 Nissan Altima!!Basically, when you arrive, he educated you on their focus at Byrider.From there, Wayne asked several basic questions, before asking me to fill out a form of references. After that, I met with financing to answer more questions. About thirty minutes after she sent the paperwork to the underwriter, I was test driving! I got back from my test drive, and signed for my new car!!My circumstances were pretty complex, but they managed to get me financed and in a new car within just a few hours.

My husband and myself were trying to get a vehicle. The service from the sales gentlemen was very good however the supervisor who was suppose to discuss pymt and if we got approved could not even be bothered to tell us we did not qualify. He called the sales man on the phone to his office to have him tell us as he walked pass my husband and acted like he didnt want to bother with my husband. The way the management works is very rude and unprofessional,if that is how they run their business they might want rethink it and the false down pymts is false advertisement on their website.

Where are you, Regional Manager, K. McAfee?The approval process was easy enough. I was told to bring $1500 for a down payment and I did only to be told, while signing all my paperwork, that since I didn't pay a larger down payment (a random number that wasn't discussed previously) it would be tacked onto my biweekly payments making my monthly payment almost $700. Okay. Weird, but at least I have wheels. Within 2 days all kinds of lights come on. I bring it back, pay the $25 deductible for insurance and get the car back in a few days. Another couple weeks go by and the car is audibly having issues. I make an appt to bring it back and voice my frustration with the whole process. This is where K.Mcafee comes into the picture. She's the Regional Manager. Long story short. She called me after my car was in the shop for 2 weeks and agreed that there should have been more transparency with the explanation before signing. She says we can cancel my contract because the car needs a new catalytic converter and a new engine or they can put me in a different vehicle. I tell her I would only agree to another vehicle if it were something newer and she says she'd see what she can do and will call me back. I have not heard from her to this day. I called back several days later and was told that my contract was canceled. Okay. They gave me my last couple of payments back, but not the down payment. Then I was given a letter that I could take to another dealership to prove that my account was closed. Well, the paperwork says "repossession". I question it and they tell me that it's no big deal and all of the verbiage is this way in these situations. Meanwhile, I can't prove that the car wasn't repossessed and no dealership will approve me without clarification unless I pay a huge down payment or have a co-borrower. I'm doing neither. So, I'm resorted to getting rides or paying way too much for rentals. I have emailed and called Mrs. McAfee repeatedly. Explained my situation in detail. It is depressing not being able to transport myself and my children. I only need a letter that clearly states the facts of my situation. FYI, I purchased the car 9/29/23 and the contract was canceled at the end of October.

Mediocre experience at best. Granted I m not in best position to be looking for a car. Staff is very friendly but details are definitely glossed over and a few things I was told were just incorrect. I imagine the excitement of a car is taken advantage of. Numbers (price of car, interest, payments) aren t even show or discusses until you are finalizing paperwork. This portion was flown thru with me and it wasn t until later at home and discussing with others had I realized how bad the interest rates were and the ridiculous price of the vehicle in general. There are no prices visible on the vehicles you are merely told what portion of the lot you are approved for. Additionally I was told the in house insurance would be every other week and wouldn t need to be paid until my second payment. Well first payment today and not only is it due today but it will be on every payment. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Oh well you live and you learn. I would have looked around more if I could go back.

WORST PLACE EVER TO GET A CAR FROM .! You're definitely gonna get a Lemon . I got a 2012 GMC terrain from them in November. After a week of me getting the car the shifter went out and wouldn't go into reverse . And I had an oil leak . So they came and got it and fixed it literally 2 months later my whole rear end goes out so it squeaks and pops as you turn it back up . It took them 2 months to fix that . They say they can't find the oil leak everytime I took it for an oil change . So I took it to a dealership and they proceeded to tell me my motor was going out because my oil was going into my intake . So I tell their mechanic that and he laughs and said drive it like you stole it the engine is going out . So I took it to them for them to "replace" the engine. They cleaned the engine and gave it back . I literally made it home and I turned my key off but the motor was still running . I'm still having to replace 2 quarts of oil a day in the motor. They don't want to replace my engine before my warranty expires. They want me to pay for replacing my engine instead of going ahead and replacing it when they kept it . Worse place ever to get a vehicle from ! Even though it don't run they still want they're money .P.S the terrain will be back on the lot in just a few months so be careful
