I am a contractor here in Waco, and I have been using Bulls Eye glass now for several months.I have been very happy with their customer service. Great place if you need a glass installer.

We just had Bullseye out to install shower doors, cabinet glass and mirrors in our new home. Couldn t be happier with the service and installation. The owner Chris took time to explain products and option. He was very knowledgeable. The young men that installed was polite and professional. Would definitely use and recommend them again.

We have had the best experience working with bullseye glass. Highly recommend them, 100%! Melanie at the front desk is super friendly and knowledgeable. The installers did a wonderful job, and Kyle following up with a few details after the install went above and beyond!

I will never, ever use Bullseye glass again. We had them replace 18 windows in our house. They bid the job in April, we paid the deposit in May & they didn t show up until August. Finally finished the job in September, the glass is scary flexible & half of the windows do not close properly. We are still waiting for them to come back & fix these windows. Lots of promises & guarantees that were never upheld. They broke several of the panes installing them, left trash & broken glass inside & outside of our house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As a small business owner, this review is my last resort. I know how reviews affect business & I also respect when there is effort put forth by the owner of the company. This job should have been made right but never was.

In the future, I will choose another glass company. These folks were very friendly on the phone. Install for one set of shower doors took 6 weeks, many promises, failure to show for appointments (read: missed work for me), and too many phone calls by me. I really felt like I was just a small job taking a back seat to larger ones. I'm fine with that, but be honest. The installation was fine, except after a few uses I had to re-caulk due to leaks. Shame on me for not asking questions. I thought the price I was quoted was very competitive for quality glass, but what I received was not quality and about 20% overpriced. 78" sheets of 1/4" glass, I expected 3/8". Scary flexible. Even the installer commented he didn't like it. I left a CC number as a "deposit" but was told I could pay by check. I asked to be invoiced. The card was charged. The receipt listed a 9% fuel and 5% shop supply surcharge. Fuel is the cheapest it's been in years. I don't expect anything from the company, but they should not expect repeat business from me and I certainly would not recommend them for a small residential job.

Showed up promptly and on time to look at the job; however, I had to call twice more asking for the estimate to do the work. Can only rate customer service because we chose another contractor.

Walked in to find the installer standing on our granite countertops. Didn't have a ladder tall enough. Brand new granite countertops....... Found a small chip where he was standing. Discussed with the owner what happened. The owner said "he had a hard time believing that his work books could chip granite" So they are ok with their people crawling and standing on whatever in your home in whatever LOL.
