One of the best shops in Waco! For anything beyond a simple oil change or something I can do by myself, I always take my personal or work vehicles to Phillip! Absolutely great man who s honest and fair and will tell you the truth up front!

These people are great. I broke down on my way to Dallas and they diagnosed my car and fixed it within an hour. I got referred to this place from a mechanic I know and trust, and he couldn't say enough good things about the owner (Phillip Brown) and the work he and his team does. And boy am I glad I gave them a try! Not only did they do top notch work on my 2008 Mazda CX-9, but the price was more than fair! I will be using Browns from now on and referring my friends and family to them as well. Phill is a nice guy on top of being a great mechanic! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Alternator went out on our trip home from vacation. Found them on Google and glad I did. Honest and compassionate. Had us back on the road to home in a few hours. Can t say enough about the owner and shop.

Phillip Brown is the owner of the shop. He is an amazing mechanic and an even better person! As far as your vehicle goes, he will give you an honest quote (won't try to sell you anything you don't need) and he will get it done as quick as he can. Also, when it's fixed, it's fixed, no question. Also, if you are having a bad day and just need a laugh he's the man to see.

Very good customer service! Even though it was a busy travel weekend, they got my parts in and fixed my van that day. I was able to continue traveling. Very reasonable price too.

There's a reason this shop has so many high reviews. They are honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend and they will be my first choice whenever I need something else done!!

Brown's installed a radiator on my GMC pick up. As usual, professional, courteous service at an honest price. Highly recommended if you want it done right.

I was on a road trip with still about 90 miles left to go when my car decided to be difficult. The pins had come out of the undercarriage guard(probably not the accurate name) and it sounded like I was shoveling gravel as i drove. I googled and this was the closest shop. It was 4:30 and they closed at 5 so I already felt bad for coming in so late but I had to get home! The gentleman was super friendly and was able to get it taken care of in about 15 minutes even though it was apparent they had a busy shop! If I lived closer I d honestly consider them for any mechanical needs I might have down the road!

Nothing fancy, just a straight up, honest to goodness, top notch auto repair shop. The ASE certification is always a reassuring designation to see when trusting someone with your vehicle; that's what led me to this place. It was a confusing mechanical problem that I brought them, but they figured it out. I've personally seen them stand by their work, and be very accommodating to their customers. They diagnosed a failing alternator for me once, half an hour before closing time. Because I had a 2 hour trip ahead of me that night and they didn't want me to end up stranded, they ordered the part and stayed an hour AFTER closing time to install it for me. These are experienced professionals who go the extra mile to do the right thing. That's what I observed about these mechanics.

He charges enough but the parts and labor are outstanding. Mr Brown replaced the engine in my Pathfinder.
