Never again! $60 to change a dirt bike tire plus $5 tire fee, even though I kept my old tire, plus $4.80 shop supplies fee, for using their tire stand $75 to get out the door for swapping one dirt bike tire! These people don t care about local racers they just care about taking our money. Overpriced parts and service.Save your money and go down the road to the Austrian Boys. Better people better service better prices! If they weren t out of town racing that s where I d have gone.

One of those dealerships that give you weird feelings. Seen about 10 dudes working all from behind a computer. My questions were answered with .let me crunch numbers blah blah blah. Yes or no Dude. Walked out as soon as I felt the red flags. Went down the road an hour to Caldwell and got the same unit for 2k under wacos out the door cost.

They had my motorcycle for six months. It needed tires, carburetors cleaned and a clutch replacement. They cleaned the carburetors put new tires on it and did a state inspection. Said my clutch was fine. Drove it home and the clutch slipped all the way. Find somewhere else to take your atv s or motorcycles for repairs.

Don t waste your time or money. We have spent a ridiculous amount here and don t get taken care of. Not even a year old, brand new ranger and engine light keeps coming on they say nothing is wrong after having it 3 weeks. Then 3rd time we took it there. They broke the back seat. They lied said it was already like that. I m tell you. Don t waste money here. We will be going somewhere else to purchase our work and ranch ATVs because Bargers has become such horrible customer service. Just read their more recent reviews. They are all negative.

What a great bunch of people! They stayed late and rushed to get our new mule ready for pickup on a Saturday! Worked to get us great financing on it. We are very happy! Thanks!

I can only comment on the parts department, though I had to ask where they are (temporary location due to a fire). Very helpful and friendly. They quickly found and ordered the part I needed. It was there a few days later, and they texted to let me know.

Mechanics here are absolute trash which is very unfortunate because it is a very clean store spent. 3 grand on having my dirt bike engine rebuilt. They had it for over a year and got it back with more problems each time we picked it up and still missing half the bolts that hold the bike together. Also had a four wheeler worked on same problems horrible mechanics about 3 grand and they gave no cares. Would not recommend.

There is a large selection of motorcycles and ATVs. People were friendly, but it was busy so it was hard to get all the information I wanted. I will be going back to look again.

Great customer service. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Bought a great bike from them ( 2021 Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS) and I usually swing by there for any riding gear I need (or want). My bike developed a coolant leak and they took care of the repair within warranty. They needed to order a part and once it arrived the bike was repaired and is working wonderfully. From sales, to part to service it's a great place to do business. Highly recommend.

Our family is very upset, Our 80 yr old grandfather was sold a 2024 honda ruckus that he can't ride. The salesman should have known better especially when he delivered it and he fell right off of it. Lucky he wasn't hurt, but hey its a free country right?

I called the other day to see about getting some brake work done on my bike. Austin told me to get the part ordered first and he would TRY to get it out in a week or so. When the parts arrived I called and made my appointment, of course reminding him he said he would get it out ASAP. I dropped my bike of Friday at 9am. At 4:30 pm. I received a call from Austin to tell me it was ready!!! Incredible!!

Salesman seemed to be nice and helpful don t know products-Bought a bike with the understanding I could at some point have a passenger. (Both riders were present) The salesman (Chad) this particular bike could carry the two of us. I have since read the owners manual where it says the max payload is 330. This is a liability- and a product sold on a false pretense. If we were to do what we were told by this salesman it could have been catastrophic.Know your product

I was searching for a specific motorcycle, and hadn't much luck finding what I wanted. Trent and the team at Barger's helped me find the vehicle I truly wanted. Their sales process was quick and efficient, knowledgeable about the products and I got an excellent deal on my bike. The service and prep was completed before my arriving, and while I have owned several motorcycles, took the time to explain key service intervals, newest features I might be surprised with, and got me rolling quickly without delay. This might be a smaller store, but being family-owned meant that I was not just a number, I received top-class treatment that was comfortable and friendly.

I've been a customer of Barger's Allsports since 2012 and they've always provided personalized and professional service. The manager salesman Trent and Chad have always treated me with the utmost kindness, respect, and appreciation for supporting their small business. We do not always agree on the same thing, but they make sure I have all the facts and information to make an informed decision. In comparison to other motorsports dealers in the local area, I feel like a person here, not a quota. I've spent time watching the knowledgeable staff on the floor grow their craft and explain in detail the ins and out of every vehicle I'm interested in. They show the product features and benefits like ABS, etc. The trade ins have been seamless and I'm always offered a reasonable trade amount. It was my decision to take baby steps in my venture into the scooter powersport arena. I was shown bigger models initially, but at the time I was intimidated by the size of the bike. However, they watched me learn and develop my growth. Like training wheels on a bike it was many a trial and error getting used to having this scooter as my full time vehicle. I almost gave it up after an accident. However, having a team like this has given me the wings to flutter and every cc I go up is liberating. They truly have enhanced my riding confidence with testimonials, stories, and their personal journey. I would like to now focus on the accessories, swag, and of course...helmet selection. Barger's Allspots offers a fantastic assortment of the latest on trend and in style helmets from solid brands with in store or a quick ship turn around. It's often arrived before expected. This too has happened with trunks, gloves, and seasonal must haves such as heated grips. Finally on to the cream of the crop...the main squeeze, the service department. I want to start with Mike, who for many years has been like the mechanical father I never had. He will literally show me on the bike how the problem was fixed and how the new brakes are tightened, pads, change time...just whatever was worked on; he wants me to be completely satisfied. Present day however, I've been dealing a lot with a new individual named Austin. He's an honest and hardworking person with an addictive smile. The kind of person that makes you feel like no matter how bad your day is going..."I got this" attitude. Very reassuring and an absolute fresh breath of air that is lacking in many other dealers. I feel like I don't need to ask a lot of questions- because he understands what to look for. Incredible. All in all, this is the place to go for a new bike, service, gear...whatever you need, they have it and will deliver on their brand promise, time frame, and treat you like family. Thank you for reading my review. It is my hopes they continue to grow this engine for many years to come! Safe riding.

The first three guys who wrote reviews must be related to the owners of Barger s, work there, or are trying to get a job there. The markup cost they charge for parts and labor is unbelievable. About 15 months ago, I spent just shy of $2k on a rear brake, fuel pump, and battery for a Sportsman 500. I tried to negotiate a better price but they unapologetically would not budge. I was in a bind and had to spend the money. The other day, this new battery was completely dead and would not take a charge. The ATV was garage kept the battery maintained, and looks as if it came right off the shelf - not a blemish. I took the battery back to Barger s and they invited me to buy a new battery for $200. I politely reminded them of how I had not gotten anywhere near the life out of the battery and how much I had already spent there. Their response; the battery has a one year warranty and there was nothing they can do. I have had $2 AA batteries last longer than this $200 Polaris battery. If that weren t enough, the woman at the parts counter got short with me when I asked them to work with me on the price considering how much I had spent there.I went across town and found the same battery, got a two year warranty, and paid $110. With online sales growing like it is, having good customer service is key to growing customer loyalty. I have three boys and I may consider upgrading to a larger ATV to fit us all. How likely am I to to buy at a place with a service department that treats customers like this? Barger s Allsports will not see me or my money ever again.

I just had a tire replaced, and it was on a trike kit, it was center, tire on the motorcycle, I'd like to say it was a tough job, they did this last Saturday they made sure everything was just right, really good service is hard to find, and they went out of their way making sure I was informed and satisfied..I definitely recommend them and will use them again. Thanks guys..

Didn't bye they're overpriced Tire of $350 when I can get it for 275 but yet they want $70 to mount it after I took the tire off the rim for them so all they had to do was put a tire on a rim and they want to charge me $74 +. After arguing I got them down to 60 still a ridiculous price!! Will not be back!!!!!!

Service was fast and streamlined, customer service in service section excellent! While waiting I needed to utilize the latrine. The salesmen directed me that I couldn t because the had just waxed the floor. I looked and sure enough all the stuff was out for waxing floors. I ve lived outside the wire in Afghanistan so holding in a #2 for half a day or so is do able. Not pleasant but an achievable goal no the less. I then watched that same salesman walk all over the floor . Guess he just petty and didn t want me to use the bathroom. I paid under $500 so I know I m not a major customer here. However, that was extremely disrespectful.

Bargers is ok because they dont have any competition close by. Their prices are much higher than what you can find online and the timeliness of their service is lacking. I ordered parts and they called me about a week later and said they had come in. When I went to pick them up they couldn't find them and said they were never delivered. I stopped in a day later and they said they had found them but I didnt receive a phone call to pick them up. If another shop opened with good customer service, and competitive prices Bargers would be in trouble. Update: They are supposed to be a "Honda" dealer but only have like 2 Honda road bikes in stock. Pretty weak.

BEWARE !!! I brought my Polaris Jet ski to these guys to have them see why it wouldn t start. They told me it needed a new fuel valve along with a new gas tank. They said I have a leak and would need to replace it. They quoted me over 1,100 to fix it, I questioned the cost. Later decided to not move on the repair and took it home. They told me the high cost is that the gas tank can only be removed through the engine bay and the motor would have to be taken out. So here I am by myself able to remove the gas tank by myself through the front compartment no problem at all see the pics. Then to top it off I ve tried and tried but there s no leak in the tank. I emptied it and filled several times to the top and it s water tight. They are nothing but scammers I would give zero stars i could. So now I m here with a Jetski in pieces that didn t even need to be taken apart. Scammers to the fullest !

I've been taking my bike to Barger's since I bought it at an estate sale, because I got a folder with all previous maintenance done previously by Barger's. They were and remain fantastic. They never talk down to me (a woman) and take my concerns seriously. Also, their helmet selection was great and the folks in the parts department have always been very helpful when I need to find something. IMO they are the best bike shop in town and possibly Central Texas.

Had help from Ivan this morning, at the parts desk. He was knowledgeable and friendly and they had the parts and pieces I need it in stock. It cost a little bit more than eBay but I needed the stuff today and they had it so I'm willing to pay it. All in all a positive experience I will be back and would recommend this place to my friends. You got to watch the driveway though if you're not careful you'll pass it.
