I just had an amazing experience at the AutoZone on Waco Drive! An employee by the name of Ira went above and beyond to meet my car needs. He also showed me some parts my car needs, and recommended two shops. We need more people like Ira on the job! I will be returning for my future car needs!

Mr. Stefan (the gentleman with the glasses and I believe he's the manager) helped me fix my alternator and saved me from buying a new one. His knowledge and experience was able to pin point what was wrong with my alternator and helped me fix the problem. God bless him and we need more people like him. However much ya'll are paying him make sure he gets double his worth!

I went here to get a battery because I thought I had a bad battery. They never checked my old battery and then said they couldn't install my battery for me, which they say Autozone installs new batteries for free when purchased from them. I ended up checking my old battery and it was fine with no problems. I had a bad experience here.

My truck ripped a belt and overheated. Tim was a great help and even gave me some of his personal tools so I could change out the belt. My kiddos were in the car with me when I broke down so I really appreciated his help!

A huge shout out to regional/district mgr, Stefan, for calling me today, using Caller I.D. to find out why I called Corporate office. I had called to commend an employee and a manager of a separate Auto Zone. Stefan was very pleasant and professional.

Super-great customer service!The manager was on his knees, looking for these, tiny screws for me! Obviously, it wasn't a very big sale, at all, but he treated me like it was! Thank you very much!

Fernando did an amazing job for us today. He went above and beyond to help my daughter with her alternator on the Fourth of July. There were limited places open but he called around until he found someone to help us today. Thank you so much Fernando! You are truly a blesssing!!!

I was hung up on 5 times in a row!!!!I heard, "Thank you for calling Autozone, this is Mike." CLICK5 FREAKING TIMES!!!If'n this is how you treat customers; then my money isn't good enough for you. I am taking my business elsewhere.I don't entertain rude people

Very friendly staff. Always willing to help. I was experiencing a minor issue and after explaining what it was exactly he recommended a product that was a little bit pricey but in the end well worth the few extra dollars to get it fixed.

As I pulled up I noticed a weird commotion by the front door. What I saw was a man struggling with the Texas heat and an Auto Zone employee rushing to care for him. It was great customer service with a human touch. Then I went inside and they continued to deliver great service.

The gentleman who helped me got the job done quickly, efficiently, and at an affordable price. He was so kind and willing to help me out. He even drove out from the shop to meet me where I was stranded to help me replace my battery. Everything was done in less than an hour, and he also helped me save some money. Overall great service and premium customer support. I would highly, highly recommend these qualified individuals.

I went to get a licence plate bulb for my 06 Toyota Avalon and all of the employees for very helpful. I have to acknowledge Danielle( I am not sure if this is how she spells her name) she helped me change the bulbs and it didn't take long even though she was changing the bulbs in my car and another person at the same time. Thanks for your help!!

I had a two minute problem and money to spend, but wasn t even greeted. Someone came in after me, didn t stand in line but demanded help and I wasn t helped at all. The store was a mess and so apparently is their service. I won t waste my time there again!

Its a pretty good location. most of the people know their products and services and try to help you. I came in once to replace a gascap and got advice that saved me $30. I just dont like the smell of the place. I know its car parts but the smell gave me a headache. The tool loaner program is good to but this location is lacking in the socket wrench dept. overall a good location.

Was on hold first time for 8:47 they picked up phone and hung up called right back on hold again for 20 minutes drove by store and only 2 cars in parking lot whole o was still on hold
