After an accident with no injuries but a lot of damage, I insisted that my car be brought here. I had just bought the car from the same dealer and figured they would know best how to fix it. Everyone inside is SO nice! They get along, they are available when they say they will be. They re just out of this world.The car took a bit to get done but that is not because of the body shop. It s because Chevy keeps all the parts in Detroit instead of the more local distribution centers. As soon as the parts arrived, it felt like they were being painted, prepped, and applied. Insurance slowed things down, but Autonation kept me in the loop every step of the way. Art and Devlin went above and beyond the whole time. I called once a week, every Friday, and they were available to talk every time I called. I actually really miss my Friday check-ins with them!As for the work, it was top notch. The car came back clean and with no evidence of the accident that had just happened. The car was basically brand new. Less than 2500 miles, bought in December and hit in February. I feel like I m still driving my brand new car!Thank you all!

After hitting a deer, my insurance company sent me to AutoNation. The timeline was exactly as I was told, and the work was well-done. I had a non-related engine issue after pickup, and the customer service rep, Devlin, helped me to pinpoint it and gave me some very good advice (dead battery replaced on the spot by a local parts store). He definitely went the extra mile, and I was very grateful. During my AN repairs, I was able to coordinate with a local Enterprise rental agency for a seamless experience all around.

Update: Work was finally completed on 1/4/2024 and they did a good job as far as the repair work is concerned but it took too long. They also replaced the lift gate control module and battery at no cost to us so points for those things as the lift gate was working when we dropped it off.My wife's 2022 Tahoe has been at this body shop since 10/16/2023 and at the time the worst case scenario was 6 weeks and now the excuses keep rolling in and it could be January and the scenario sounds just like Rachelle Brown's review. Will update this review after my wife calls.

The most unprofessional collision center on planet earth. We have been lied to week after week after week. We have been given a "Tomorrow" pickup date for this vehicle over seven times now. I have spoken with service advisors, insurance, etc. We have been without a vehicle since late August. The lies are unacceptable, the lack of customer service is unacceptable. We have been extremely patient and have reached our wits end.I can't get a straight answer from anyone. We were told Thursday Nov 3rd that the paint was complete and they were assembling the vehicle today and it would be ready tomorrow. Low and behold tomorrow never comes. AutoNation keeps pointing the finger at Geico, but no supplements were filed by AutoNation until after we were lied to again and again and I personally contacted Geico directly to find out what was going on. Someone at AutoNation isn't doing their job and keeps pointing fingers.This photo was taken Wed 11/9/22. We were told "tomorrow" this day as well. When we called Thursday to check on the status, the completion date had changed to Wed 11/16.Customer beware - choose literally any other collision center.

The issue with my vehicle was a check engine light. I stopped by on Monday morning and was told the vehicle would be ready on Thursday or Friday as I needed to have it to drive to Galveston for a Cruise. Service on the vehicle included a check engine light an oil change and lube and a replacement battery. It was necessary for me to stop by the dealership to stress that I needed my vehicle as promised because there was no communication on the status. End result is that I got my vehicle but the oil change status on the computer was not reset, nor was there a sticker afixed on my windshield with next date of an oil change. Also, the parking sensors were not working and I believe it because the battery was replaced but the sensors was not reset. I will continue to use AutoNation for service but they need to improve the quality of their service and not take 4 days for simple items.

I live in Florida, and my car was disabled and repaired in Waco, Texas. Dealing long distance would have been torture but for the good work of Devlin. Had the opportunity to work with Manager Gary. He was so nice and professional. He kept me constantly updated on the status of the repairs of my vehicle. Gary made sure I had transportation to and from the rental car office. Once all repairs were completed and I picked up my truck... Gary went over all the necessary repairs that were completed and the warranty on the repairs. Superb service. A few years ago I had some collision damage which I took to Richard Karr for repairs. I had a bad experience and want be going back. The service I received at Auto Nation Collision Center In Waco was Excellent. Thank You GARY for a magnificent job on my truck repairs. I would also like to say my truck went in for repairs and it really needed a wash... When I picked it up .. it was all shiny and clean. John Robbins and his team did some body and trim work/replacement on a lower right rocker panel. They were very careful to do it right. No more rattle, the panel is smooth, looks great and the finish paint work was perfect. They were very cordial and were focused on taking care of my issues with the car. I recommend them if you are considering body work.Service: Body & Trim

Had a spoiler start falling of on my Mercedes and brought it by to have it removed and re-installed. Was expecting it to cost a fortune, but was surprised on the quote! Extremely knowledgeable team who goes over everything prior to beginning work. Fit me in last minute and got it done next day. Very pleased! Even took the extra time to buff the paint around the spoiler, vacuumed, and washed the car! No complaints here. Thank you!

I want to thank the collision department. It s my second time that I have taken my cars there, and I have been every happy with the results! There communication is good despite them being crazy busy all the time. Thanks to John for being amazing in taking care of my vehicles in making sure of me not having to worry about anything other than paying my deductible and getting my cars back like if nothing ever happen.

They did a horrible job ans ran My insurance up and there was on satisfaction or appeasement on there part....they lied and cause more damage to My car then I had ...they stated My car would be ready and a certain time and 4weeks later it was and when questioned about they portrayed a negative attitude....I will never ever give to these crooks and u tried to reach out to Gm only to get the run around

Given estimate with a vague time of completion, "a couple weeks". Lacked rental insurance on policy, and twelve days into them having the vehicle, no work at all done on car. Upon taking the vehicle to another shop, wanted to be decent and buy the parts they had brought in for my vehicle, so not to burn them for any money. Charged me for all and shorted me one, value $150.00. Should have left them out to dry like they did me, I guess. Undoubtably they were putting the people who's insurance was covering the rental in front of me, to better appease the insurance companies. Strongly recommend going elsewhere, or at least ask around about this one's reputation.

Finish work was pretty good (although had a few issues that they had to fix after delivery). However, customer service was not very good. They took almost 3 months to do a repair that should have taken 4-6 weeks. They have new management and so hopefully the turn around time will get better.

Staff was nice. But very unprofessional. It took them over a month to complete work on my car. I had to constantly keep calling and going up there to check on my car. When I finally got it back after having to beg for my car back it was filthy the job they did wasn't even 100%. I would never go back to them nor would I recommend any to them.

So I recently us AutoNation for repairs on my 2017 Mercedes E300. They replaced front bumper, windshield, among many other things. Upon pick the car up yesterday on 01/28/2021, I found that my car had been ransacked and turned upside down with ALOT of stuff missing as well including money, 2 watches, and several personal items. Someone was even petty enough to steal all my change out of the door and after notifying AutoNation of this I was pretty much told to bad so sad. This mischief was done while in possession of them so I would highly advise against using their services as your belongings and car are by no means in safe or good hands. I'm still pursuing the matter and filing police report asap!!!!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

When I went there they made me feel like they cared about my situation and they made me feel like family as soon as I walked in the door! They kept their word and provided EXCELLENT customer service! If anyone is in an accident or simply needs work done on their car I DEFINITELY recommend the Chevy auto nation collision repair shop

My 2019 Chevrolet Traverse was heavily damaged over most of the outside including shattering my windshield due to hail storm. The outside looks like new--amazing.
