The service for our bus recall is not my complaint. My frustration came with the numerous unanswered phone calls to actually be able to set up an appointment. It wasn't until my supervisor actually stopped in at the dealership and talked with someone of a higher position, that I received a phone call to set up an appointment. After that, most all went well.IF you want to know what's actually going on with your vehicle or possible length of time your vehicle will be in the shop, you will need to call them, because keeping you updated does not seem to be in their wheelhouse.

We are winter Texan's for the 1st time from Canada. We chose AutoNation due to the location and reviews. We needed an oil change and tire rotation.Rodney was our Service Advisor, and was professional and thorough. We waited in the customer waiting area and received a video from the service technician on what he did during the visit.We had a nice chat with Rodney & Paul before we left. They both provided points of interest and restaurant suggestions locally.We would highly recommend AutoNation. Good service!

Had the best experience. Was having a minor issue on car but warranty would cover it, no other dealer could seem to help. Auto nation got me in and got my car fixed in 3 days. The service was fantastic, communication 10/10 and over all service 10/10. We will be a returning customer from now on!Highly recommend!

Normally I have had great experiences with AutoNation, but this last experience was not satisfactory to me. I had set an appointment for my daughter s car to get repaired. Granted the appointment was setup with Mercedes by mistake, but it was corrected once I arrived. They kept her vehicle for two days for them to tell me, they can t get to it. This is something that could have been said day one.

A family member was in need of an oil change asap and auto nation Chevrolet waco was able to get us in that day! The service was relatively quick and Rodney, the service writer went advised of some other offers we might want to take advantage of. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a much better experience then we typically have from others. Highly recommend.

Service department is good had to have my car towed to them. They fixed a couple of problems and pick it up only to return it the next day to be fixed again. They need to take the car out for test ride to see if there was any other lights on. Then I would not had to take it back. But eventually everything was fixed.

Service was great. I have a Colorado that should have been under warranty but I was told that the thermostat wasn't part of the power train warranty. ?

The customer service was an Amazing experience. The dealership worked as a team to get me into the Jeep that my wife and I wanted. Jeremiah even brought the Jeep to my house when I couldn t make it to the dealership.

Matt was very professional and made sure I understood the time it would take to get the transmission for my Chevy Truck. I would recommend AutoNation to my friends and associates. The repairs were made in a timely manner.

Had an appointment at 2:00 pm for new set of tires. I was told it would take around 45 min. 2 hours and 15 min to mount and balance 4 tires and they left mounting compound all over my clean wheels.

The staff was friendly but the price was too high. Went from the last time of $54.00 to $103.00 for an oil change. That s just way too high. I m going to have to look somewhere else for service.

There was a great issue with the truck it took several months of carrying it back and forth to have issues fixed that never got fixed so they bought it back from us and we bought another truck just like the one that had issues I also ended up buying another vehicle from them

Car took longer than expected to be serviced but they were so accommodating and covered the cost. I can't remember the guys names that helped me but he was extremely kind and professional.

Had an appointment at 9:30 to get an oil change. Was told it would take about an hour and a half. After 2 hours I went to the desk to inquire about it. The guy said he would check. He never came back to tell me anything. After 20 minutes of waiting for him, I found him chatting with another co-worker. Asked again, he said our truck was next in line to go in. Ridiculous!!!! We will never come back here.
