Greg and all the staff there are polite,helpful and all around offer great customer service! I will continue to use Alvarado's Tire Shop for all my repairs, flats and new tire purchases!

My tire light came on and, stopped by Alvarados come to find out I had a huge nail in my tire they fixed it light went off car felt balanced and, I was good to go always nice to have a repair shop that does great work.

Called everywhere, nobody had the tire size I needed. They had 2 sets that they let me choose from. Service was responsive, fast, and friendly. Had a nice chat with them as they replaced and balanced my tires. Truck drives much better.

It would be 5 stars based on my experience there but it s 1 star now because I feel like I was taken advantage of because I m a woman that went up there alone.I noticed a piece of wood in my tire and wanted it removed before something worse happened to the tire. Discount tire didn t have any appointments for 3-4 days so someone told me to go to them and get the tire patched for $5. Get there, they re all nice, fix the tire.. after is when they say $20.. $21.65 because I paid with card. I m like.. ok? But paid because truthfully, I m thinking maybe the wood was deeper inside the tire than I thought.My tire light never went off so I ended up at discount anyway for the free tire check. He noticed another tire was pretty low and said to return if it turned on again as he was willing to bet there was a slow leak. It did turn on again a couple days later so I made an appointment.. there was a screw in the tire. They removed it for free and were bewildered to find out I paid $20 for a similar patch in the other tire which seemed to just have the wood popped out because now there s a crater there.Business practice seems shady and wouldn t recommend women going somewhere like that alone for this reason. Would not refer or ever return.

Excellent service. Very courteous, quick and reasonable. I was traveling from OKC to Round Rock when my Guage showed an immediate low tire, I pulled off the Interstate and checked my tire pressure. I found one low tire with a nail. I went to their shop and they took care of me right away! Very very happy. I highly recommend them!

Great service! Was able to fix my flat and it took no more then 10 minutes at a reasonable price. Drive in could be bigger for cars to get in but thats the only knock on them. Will definitely be coming back.

Tried to haggle the price on a tire that wasnt worth $55 and the little Mexican guy just straight up told me to "go somewhere else then" so i did. Went to Ricks Tire Shop and got a better tire for a cheaper price. You want to get screwed come here. Want better customer service and better deals go to Ricks Tire Shop.

Great place! Have been going for years and have never had any problems. Not only have they fixed mistakes from other tire shops, for free, but they have actually gone above and beyond, on more than one occasion, than any other tire shop I've ever been to. They have great prices and always showing a positive attitude.

will never go to this place again, I will also be calling the better business Bureau. my wife came to this place on Friday and had a rim fixed and a tire replaced which went pretty good, I needed 2 more tires replaced on my trailer but couldn't bring it over until sat. I looked them up and seen that the closed at five on the yelp site and their door says 6pm for sat. I get there at 4:30 on the dot and the door is locked, I called the number and a guy answered and said they were closed already at 4:30pm so as I was looking up another tire shop a guy came out of the door so I asked if he could change the 2 tires, he said yes but needed to charge me 40 extra dollars because he was closed. this is a scam especially since the door says 6pm and the website says 5pm.

I do not recommend this place and I will never ever ever do business with them again. My car was shaking badly and I knew I needed tires. My husband called and was quoted $55/tire for a used set. When I go there the next day to get the set put on the owner quoted me $300 for the set (I had to explain that my husband was quoted $55 a tire) so he did honor that price. They told me I had a knot on a tire that's why it was shaking so bad. The knot happened to be on a tire they had sold me a couple of months previously. After I had this full used set put on, I had to take it back the next day because of vibration so they ck'd balancing. My car was still vibrating after that so I went to my regular tire shop and they said tires were not balanced so they balanced them but I was still having vibration. 10 days after getting these tires I have a flat on one of them due to a bad spot in the tire where a repair had already been done and found out the tire was 10 years old. Another tire has very bad weather wear. 2 weeks later I still have vibration in my car. We've had several things done to my car and after talking with my mechanic we have determined it most likely the tires causing the vibration. I called the owner and he refused to do anything. He also didn't care that I write a bad review because he said there are plenty of people to sell to. I told him that I hope no one gets hurt or killed by the used tires he is selling. He honestly DID NOT CARE. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this place for used tires. So, here I am 2 weeks later going to have a brand new set put on my car at my old faithful tire shop of course.

They are a good family owned business. They have new and used tires to choose from. They can also fix a flat for you. Today I got 4 used 20in tires put on my husband's Navigator for under $300 cash.

Went in around 11 am o. A wednsday and had a new set of tires mounted, balanced and ready to drive away in about 25 min! Unbelievable service! Will recommend thees guys to all my friends.

I used to work at a local chain tire shop, I have seen managers puncture the sidewall of tires just to tell the customer they needed a new tire. Here they are right in front of you and show you the damage if getting a flat fixed. Their New tire prices are good as well. One thing i like about Alvarado's is they take care of your automobile! Lots of care on their jack placement, tool selection, and they are knowledgeable with lug nut torque, removal and threads. You won't find some "high school kid" wearing a how to install tires book in his pouch at this location.

Had a flat tire, googled to see what was open,went to the tire shop only to find out that it is closed. It is 2:41 p.m. but the hours says open until 4 p.m.

Just wanted to let everyone know that alvarados tire shop was great.im from giddings tx and my wife and kids had a blow out in valley mills.along way from home.i called and they didnt hisatate to go out their way to change the tire.i appreciate you.people like yall is what keeps the world going.again thank you and god bless

Love coming here to get air in my tires. Just pull in and dont even have to get out if you dont want to. The guys here are very nice I only bring my tires to these guys!! Awesome work!!

Great place. Once I had a tire leaking air and I went to fast eddy at 5 till 5:00 and was told that it was too late. By the time I made it to Alvarados he was closing the door. He saw my tire and opened the door and fixed it. If I could give ten stars I would.

Been to this place numerous times always my first selection great people and very good pricing on tires. Alverados tire shop the one stop shop for my tires and should be yours too.
