Quality and quick service!I highly recommend Advanced Car Care Waco! They show their Integrity through the pride they take in their work. Honest and hard working!Had my thermostat replaced on my 2015 Dodge Challenger. When I dropped my car off, they offered me a ride back to my house AND picked me up when my car was ready!I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and was able to pick it up by the end of the day! They even replaced my thermostat with an OEM part!

Needed to replace my motor. Had taken it to a different shop and they would not work with my warranty when they first told me they would. I called Advance and right away they took it in. Sam and Chris were so helpful. They replaced the motor and runs great.

My work truck needed a new transmission. Chris and Sam made me feel like a priority and called me daily with updates. A lot of other mechanics I ve used in the past have made me feel like a burden when I bring my vehicles in. I felt like Chris and Sam genuinely appreciated my business. I ll definitely be taking all of my vehicles here from now on.

I am very careful with my vehicles, change oil use good fuel and keep up with maintenance. Bought a 2011 hyundia Veracruz. Liked the vehicle and took a chance. Well it's previous owner drove it without care and maintenance. The men at Advance automotive took the challenge to put the vehicle back in order. They advised what te saw and recommended precisely what was essential to put engine into proper working order. I know the time and technology involved to dismantle engine to get to parts that needed repair or replacement, they willingly and expertly performed the task. I am most satisfied and feel co fident that this engine will be up to its standards, because they were very professional and mirrored the expertise by their confidence and procedural technical advice. I thank them for their hard work and support given to me and my vehicle.I trust that if I may need service or advise I will turn to them again.Thank you for allowing me to praise the men here.J. I was stuck in Hillsboro, Tx for the weekend and everything mechanic shop was booked up. Chris and his crew are a dream team. Fix the problem in no time. They were even nice enough to give me a ride to the hotel and back. I come in on Monday and got car back in the morning thank you guys I really appreciate them. You help me when really need it Your making a difference

Chris and his team are personable, honest, and down to earth. Advanced Car Care Center is professional business that is locally owned and takes care of it s customers. I highly recommend them. I had an AC issue that was taken care of with every step explained to me with transparency and honesty. I will be using Advanced Car Care Center in the future.Service: Air conditioning

I just paid my car off and it started sputtering, not running right. I was referred here by a friend. Chris sent over Woodys Wrecker Service to pick my car up (even the wrecker driver said I sent my car to the best place in town) within a day Chris called me back after running diagnostics, and was honest about not knowing everything that could be wrong. They had to order a part and replace the spark plugs to get it running first. The wrecker service, diagnostics, parts, and labor included. I was worried about the cost! I was relieved at how affordable it was! And my car is running better than ever! They had my car ready in no time at all. I couldn't be happier with their work. I took my car in to fix my display screen. It was running fine otherwise. They told me I had to get my catalytic convertor replaced. I unfortunately believed them and had it replaced even though it was pricey. Then they said my car was fixed and ready. When I picked it up the display still didn t work and they didn t mention anything about it until I asked. When I was obviously disappointed only then did the guy said he could bring it back in again to fix it. No thank you.

I had a check engine light on my car, so I brought it to Advanced Car Care and I'm so glad I did. Chris and his team did an awesome job fixing my car and Chris is so nice, very honest and straightforward. I will definitely use them in the future if situations arise with either of my cars.

My family and I have been getting our vehicles serviced and maintenance here for 2 years now. Never have we had a problem with the quality of their work or what they say they are going to do. I have tried several mechanics in waco and they are the best that we have found.

I usually do my own repairs but if there's a reason I have to take my vehicles to an automotive shop I take it to Advanced. Sam and Chris are great shop owners that care about your vehicle being repaired correctly without a bunch of parts you don't need. They diagnose the problem, give you a straight up answer and estimate. Highly recommend Advanced Car Care!

I ve taken my car here a few times and had excellent service but this last experience was above and beyond. I kept having a recurring tire issue even after replacing all my tires and the place I bought them from was unable to find and fix the issue. They also were too busy to take time and explain anything to me and blamed my car s alignment for the issue even though I had just had that fixed. I called Chris and explained everything and he took the time out of his day to listen and patiently explain everything to me including what the issue sounded like, how it could have come about and what he could do to try and fix it. Sam and Chris have been exceptional to work with and really have been so helpful and kind. They are both honest, kind and professional in every aspect. I m so glad we found a place we trust and there s no way I would go anywhere else!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

This business is very professional, trustworthy, and honest. Sam and Chris are friendly and honest. Their prices are reasonable. They work hard. We have trusted them with all of our vehicles for 3 years now. They do a great job. I highly recommend their business. They give a cash or check discount as well as a discount to ladies. How neat!

Chris and his staff are amazing. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and their servant's heart. I do not live in the area but have an elderly family member who needed help with their vehicle. Chris was my eyes and ears and took EXCEPTIONAL care of them. He was so patient and caring with them and went above and beyond. Their company does exceptional work, has fair pricing, and unbelievable customer service. My brake lights stayed on and I went to Advance Car for service. They diagnosed the issue and did a whole inspection of my vehicle. They fixed the problem the first time and had me back on the road. They are the best place to go for single females especially because they are truly honest in the work you need on your vehicle and they do give you a discount if paying in cash so big savings. This is the second vehicle I have taken to them and still giving me quality service.Services: Electrical, Battery

These guys are AWESOME!! My husband and I were traveling from out of state when we began having car troubles. This shop is part of a nationwide network, along with the shop that we use back home, which is who helped us find them. When I called and explained the situation to Sam, he was so kind, made sure that we were safe and assured me that they could help. They were able to get us in, fixed up and back to our vacation within an hour!! Chris and Sam were absolutely wonderful, as was the technician (whose name I didn t catch). I cannot say enough good things about these folks! Their facility was clean. Their staff was knowledgeable and I am confident in their service! Advanced Car Care Center performed fuel system repair for damage incurred from contaminated fuel. Advanced verified contamination and proceeded to troubleshoot extent of damage. Was notified promptly as to what repairs were required. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and received itemized list of all services performed. Have used Advanced Car Care Center in the past for two vehicles and will continue to do so. Very satisfied with their work!

I had issues with my battery, alternator and transmission Chris and Sam are Great they worked tirelessly with the warranty company and I to get my truck fixed with little to no cost to me! They provided great customer service and the where able to get my truck fixed and back to me two days before expected!! Thanks Again!Sam and the crew at Advanced Care Center are the best in town.This past week my wife playfully forgot to tell me that her car needed an oil change, check-up and tires rotated.... all before we leave in two days for the weekend trip out of state; I called Advanced Care Center and they were able to get my wife's car in early before she had to go to work so she would have to use PTO and was able to get the car road trip worthy before we had to leave the next day.I have been taking my truck to Advanced Care Center for going on 3 years now and my wives for the past year and they never cease to deliver.They are always knowledgeable and professional. My son was needing work done on his pickup. He had an idea what was wrong and the guys at Advanced Auto Care Center helped him get all of the problems fixed in a day and a half.Chris and Sam are very good, honest Christian men believing to treat others the way you would want to be treated. I went in today with a coupon for a free oil change and they still went above and beyond!! They also gave me a diagnosis of what needed to be done to my car and explained everything to me very well. All of the employees were sweet as could be. Chris (one of the owners) and I had great conversation while they were getting my car ready and he is a really friendly guy. You can tell that he really cares. Will definitely be going back.

Chris is amazing. I called to get an oil change after having a bad experience elsewhere. He was super busy but still fit me in and gave me GREAT service. I got a full vehicle inspection and I found out I had a filter behind my glove compartment that had never been changed or even checked. I definitely trust Advanced Auto Care with my care. They are honest and won t upsale you! Definitely go to them for your car needs!
