Javier and his father are amazing at what they do. Fixed my dent in less then 3.5 hrs. Communication was even better as well as the customer service overall! Highly recommend for anyone needing a quick fix with a personable experience Sidenote: The after 2nd photo doesn t do it justice because of the glare & curve of my car s body in that specific area but its as if it was never dented seeing it in person.Thank you 1st Choice Dent!

Excellent customer service and work! I am more than pleased with the hail damage repairs to my vehicle. Due to business travel, I had them work directly with my insurance company. Before starting work, they let me know the insurance company was recommending an after market hood replacement, but that they could do the repairs without going that route. Due to previous bad experiences with sub-par after market parts, I opted to have them move forward with repairs instead of replacement. When I picked up my car, it was clean and polished so we could inspect the work together; then and afterwards I tried to find a spot they missed - no missed dents found out of 300+ dings! They even touched up a rock ding for me. I highly recommend 1st Choice Dents Waco. I hope I don't need this service again, but if I do I will be returning.

Gary was super sweet and helpful! I called and asked for an estimate and when I got there, they were able to do the repair at the same time! Awesome service and the dent on my hood is completely gone. Totally recommend

I was filling up my car with gas, when a sudden gust of wind blew my car door into a bricked pole. I was devastated, since my car was brand new. I took my car to a local collision repair shop, but it would have been way to expensive to repair there. I was told to 1st Choice to see if they could repair the dent in my front door panel. I drove there right away and met with Jack, the father of the father-son duo who work/own 1st Choice Dents. The price was right for the repair and the next week I brought my car in. Wow! Same day service and the dent was gone! My door looked like brand new! Javier (the son) and Jack have extensive experience in this type of work and it shows. I was SO impressed! Take your car to 1st Choice Dents for ding repair of any sort! To Javier and Jack, I say, "Thank you, thank you!"

This the first time I ve ever provided an on line review. These guys were awesome. Positive attitude, smiles and the paint less dent repair was perfect. I brought along my own precision inspector (my wife) and she could not find any trace of the more than 30 hail dents in the hood of our RV. I questioned them about the process and they took extra time to explain how they did their work and both of them did it with a smile the entire time.Great service, great business. Javier got us in same day and was really easy to work with. Great communication, fair price and after he fixed the hail damage on my hood you would have never guessed there were any dents. Our damage was on our style line too and he did a great job! Would highly recommend, my truck looks brand new now! Really nice guy. Thank you!

This place is Amazing from start to finish. I brought my suburban by for an intial estimate on a 8"x8" inch dent and scuff that I had on my right rear quarter panel. The owner met me as soon as I pulled up gave me an honest opinion on what could be done and an extremely affordable/fair price was quoted. A few days later, I returned and dropped off my vehicle on the scheduled morning. Later that day, I got called an hour before I was told it would ready. The repair was better than I expected..practically flawless. As my wife was pulling away, she noticed one of the blinkers was not working. The owner quickly troubleshot the problem down to a bulb that had been removed for the repair. Without question, he quickly went down to the nearby automotive store...bought a replacement bulb...and returned to fix the issue. To me, that's Outstanding Service!!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are GREAT. They are professional, informative, helpful and provide excellent service. A very valuable service, I might add. They fixed a dent in the door of my black Nissan Frontier Pro4X in about 5 minutes, and absolutely made my day (especially since the dealership and window tint place had both ticked me off, denying responsibility for the dent). Anyway, dentless paint repair is a real talent. An art. And these guys are artists. They'll share their knowledge, be open & honest, and do a great job at a fair price. It's getting harder and harder to find a place like that anymore. Bring your dings & dents (they can fix pretty darn big ones) to these guys!

Someone bashed the door of my wife s brand new car. Made she and I sick. Did some homework and decided to bring the car to 1st Choice. See anything wrong with that door? Neither do I. Awesome job guys.

The guys at 1st Choice Dents are the most fair and honest people I know. They have high values as far as running a business that helps their customers and treats them fairly when it comes to the high quality work they perform. I trust them so much and value their work ethic that I drive three hours to have them work on any dents or door dings that need attention. Be sure to visit them for any work you may need. I promise they will treat you right!!!!!

I can't say enough great things about these guys, the work they do, and the manner in which they operate their business. I have used them on two occasions with the second being a bit of a frustrating insurance claim, on the part of the insurance, and they handled it professionally and in a transparent timely fashion. The work they do is fantastic, fairly priced, you maintain the integrity of the factory paint, and your vehicle isn't in the shop for ages. I would recommend Javier and Josh to anyone, thanks guys!

If you have ANY kind of damage to your vehicle, THIS is the crew to contact. We had three, very clearly dented areas on our brand new F250. We sent Javi some pics and he gave us an estimate. Not only did he literally DISAPPEAR ALL THE DAMAGE, he charged us less than what the original estimate was. Friendly, reasonable, and expert dent removal services. They also repair hail damage and they're mobile. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this shop...

Javier and Josh came to inspect my door ding which was pretty substantial. They gave me a very reasonable estimate. I took my truck to their shop that same day and they finished in an hour and a half with the repair. It looks brand new like nothing happened(Magical). Outstanding job and great customer service. Highly recommended!

The two gentlemen at this establishment are not only extremely friendly and caring, but truly do some amazing work! I recently took my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek to them after having my passenger door and my driver side front tire panel dinged. I was most worried about the passenger side as there was paint transfer from the vehicle that hit me as well as what appeared to be (or at least to me) a large scratch within the paint itself. I had originally planned on taking my vehicle to a collision repair center, but knew more than likely the bill would be well over a thousand dollars for both dings to be fixed. I called the dealership I purchased my vehicle from and they recommended 1st Choice Dents to me. I was a bit skeptical but thought what did I have to lose to at least get an estimate? I met with Javier who was extremely professional, kind, and reassuring that he could indeed fix both dents as well as buff out the are I thought was scratched. Again, I was skeptical that the paint could be buffed out but Javier seemed very confident about the repair. I took my car in on a Monday around 7:45 am expecting for them to have it most of the day. Javier explained they had another car to repair as well which may delay them getting to mine. I fully understood and was prepared to be without my car for most of the morning. To my surprise, about an hour later I received a phone call that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle my jaw dropped in awe as I looked at my passenger door. The door looked as if nothing had ever happened to it! I wish I had taken before and after pictures; they definitely would do this review much more justice! I HIGHLY recommend this place. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

Called and was able to get a same day appointment. They removed some large hail dings on my hood and a larger dent on the rear quarter panel of my excursion. They matched the price that I had already been quoted by a Ford dealer. Work was completed within a matter of hours and the truck looks perfect. Couldn't have been easier! Excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

Brought my 2002 GMC truck in for 2 dents I got in a parking lot. Very friendly, professional great customer service! They did a fantastic job! This is the place to go for dent repairs!

Wow! Amazing dent removal! Other auto body shops wanted $1,500 plus they needed my car for a week, even though there was no paint damage just several dents around my wheelwell from sideswiping a rubber covered pole. But with Javier, it cost only $575.00 and I dropped my car off at 9 o clock in the morning and picked up at 5 o clock that evening and it looks perfect! Like new!

Fantastic results on my black BMW (which shows everything!) Javier coordinated my appointment for the next day and Josh took care of two dents (one a very ugly door ding) within an hour while I waited. Truly a master at his craft and 100% like new results.Highly recommended!!
