Bought a truck from there, there was a couple of issues I noticed test driving it. They said they would look into it but they never did. Bought it anyways, was in a bind and needed a work truck. Let s see, day 6 the ac stops working. Put some gauges on it to see if it was low, nope, was way over charged. Like twice as much as it should have been. Day 12 the transmission starts acting funny, if you took off to quick from a dead stop it would jerk real hard. Checked to see if the transmission fluid was low, nope, it was about 3 qrts over full. After a couple thousand miles I went ahead and changed the oil. Noticed it was a little thick for used motor oil but didn t really think too much about it. The next morning it starts knocking, does it every morning now for about 5 minutes. What ever they put in there to make it not do that got drained when I changed it. Which I still have the old oil, probably wouldn t be hard to find out they added something to it or used something that s not supposed to go in that transmission. They have mechanics that work their and I m sure they go through the vehicles when they get them because I asked about a couple of trucks in the back and they said they hadn t checked them out yet. They either have the worse mechanics ever or they purposely rig them to last just long enough to sale them. I would go with the later. The transmission I ll except I could of checked the fluid and seen it was way over full. But over charging the ac and doctoring up the oil, which I did check and it looked brand new and filled right was just flat out wrong. Of course after I bought from there is when everyone started telling me how shady they was.

I recently bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra from Rock Auto. The whole car buying process went smoothly. The ladies in the office are friendly and always answered my questions. I will definitely buy another vehicle from Rock Auto in the future.

Extremely nice people to work with. My husband had the ladies laughing. We were given great advice to always try to love as much as we can.We bought a 2008 Nissan titan from them and I have to say I LOVE our new truck. It sounds good, looks good, drives great, and the inside was so clean!Would definitely recommend!

We bought a Cadillac SUV from Rock auto and were in and out in just an hour. The process was really simple and all the staff was super helpful. They get bonus points since the next day the fan motor to the AC went out and they ordered and fixed it within a couple days when they didn't have to since we bought it as is. Stand up people and would recommend anyone there to help you

We went in looking for a car for my wife. They have a great selection to fit all budgets. Staff was great to work even though we didn t purchase anything for her they have a couple trucks I will be going back to look at here soon.

Worst experience EVER.As a single mom I decided instead of buying junk from a random person I would just spend more money and get a good vehicle from a lot. 4500 down and a week later had to have it towed, fixed that problem, a week later had to have it towed again, had to have the starter replaced, then two days later on my way home I broke down and again had to have it towed. Wish I would have looked at reviews first because I guarantee I would have NOT attempted to get a vehicle from them. Now i'm without a vehicle, over 8,000 dollars spent on something that I was only able to drive about a month with all the times it was down. Also ladies in the office are rude and need some customer service training! (Customer service is everything) My opinion... shop for your vehicle elsewhere. Not to mention can't even offer to get you in another vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Rock Auto last summer, it was a pleasant experience. Then this week, I received a letter letting me know that Rock Auto has sold my account and my information. I realized that this has become a normal business practice but I am old school. I made a hand shake agreement and they sold out my information. Bought a vehicle about a month ago from them. Had some minor issues I discovered during the test drive, which I brought to their attention. In their defense they did fix them/pay to have them fixed. However, the ac stopped working about a week after I bought it. Took it to a mechanic and it's got a pretty bad leak. With a leak that bad and as fast as it stopped working, I suspect they just charged it up to make it seem like it worked and now I have to pay to have it fixed. This just seems deceptive to me and I definitely won't be going back when the time comes to buy another vehicle.

Got a yukon from Rock auto had no issues with it or them at allI had health problems starting in april was unable to workthey worked with me on making a little bit of payment to late payments been a struggle this last four and a half months so it's gonna be a sad Monday today I have to return it no not cause they are making me I just can't keepholding them off they said they'll work with me but hopefully in the future I can continue business with them they have been a blessing through this struggleI definitely recommend them

Payed $500 to have them hold a vehicle for me and had a big family emergency in Florida and they won t even let me use the money towards a different vehicle or give a few days to get back to Texas. It seems like the last thing they want to do is try to work with you.

Everything is overpriced, which is to be expected from a dealer like them. My issue with them was paying my note, every month there was a new issue with getting my payment through and they refuse to take any accountability for it.

Do not do business with them. Their note pay system is a a nightmare and just one more way for them to screw you over. One of the women in the office is also terrible, their system messed up paying my note and she immediately got an attitude with me

Biggest mistake EVER getting a car from here. Had to replace the alternator, brakes, rotors and battery all within the first three weeks of having this car. The warranty they sell you doesn t cover barely anything. Over $500 later and the car is still making all kinds of noises and having problems.
