Usually good service (a little pricey) but I have now lost two wheel caps after new tires were installed on two different vehicles (I figured first time was just a fluke) and I wrote it off after I was told it wasn t their fault. The next time I lost a wheel cap, excuses were given again so, once again, cost of replacement wheel cap came out of my pocket. Bottom line: be diligent after any work done because Monica Bros will not accept responsibility.Follow-up: Received a call from store manager stating the store would pay for half of the replacement wheel cap.

Fantastic and quick service. Very convenient location. Alan and crew were great at making me feel welcome and addressing my concerns about my vehicle.Definitely give them a chance if you haven't already!

Great service! We had blown 2 camper tires and the group of guys were very helpful! They got us in quickly replaced our two tires and got us back on the road quick! Thank you!! Excellent Customer Service!!!!

I asked them to put my spare tire back. Did not. Did not take the stickers. Tried to sell me two different services coolant and lower ball joint which already had done.

The associate's at MODICA BROS, are very informative and professional. I was having problems with newly installed air sensors, Wes the manager of said location was very kind and patient with my problem. It took three visits to get the problem resolved, he was kind and professional all three visits. Final visit, resolved the problem with the air sensors. Honesty and integrity here. I was told I needed two new tires and brakes by the dealership I take the car to for routine maintenance. These guys said I don t need tires, nor brakes at this time. We were driving from Louisiana to Houston for an appointment at MD Anderson when our flat tire indicator light came on. We stopped at Modica Brothers, since it was the closest tire shop near I-10. Not only did they accommodate us, but they expedited the process so that we wouldn t miss our appointment. They patched our tire and wouldn t accept any payment for the repair. They were extremely friendly and had great customer service. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them for all my tire needs if we lived closer.

I love the Modica Brothers in Vidor. They are always so nice and polite. They don t try to push a sell on you like most other tire shops. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had the oil changed, the manager came to my job, picked up my car, they took care of my car, in a timely manner. Doug brought back my car. Before lunch too! I have stopped by this shop for air in my tires and all these fellas are nice & helpful. Good crew. Thanks y all, and a big thanks to Doug

Been to Modica Bro multiple times multiple locations trying to get some kind of solution!!!!! Spent hours sitting. Trying to find out why my car has a bad vibration!!!!! Bought 4 brand NEW tires. Have road hazard. I'm having to go in at least twice a month for AIR. They just won't hold air long. Then I'm LITERALLY treated poorly because they close in 30 minutes at one visit seems they couldn't be bothered with me!!!! Then they throw a huge BILL estimate (shown below). By the way most of this has already been done by Gun Stream $1300 worth to be exact!!! So I know for a fact a lot of this work has been done already. And told Modica this!!!!! They were dismissive AGAIN. BEWARE THEY will just throw parts at you whether you need it or not!!!!!Side note: Gun stream did an amazing job btw!!!!!

I had a flat 4 hours into an 8 hour road trip. My husband googled and found Modica Brothers Tire and I must say, this has to be one of the best tire shops I have ever used. The staff were phenomenal. Explored all the options before I had to purchase a tire. Kept me informed while servicing the car and got me back on the road in a much shorter time than I could have ever expected. I will definitely be recommending this shop to friends who live in nearby Beaumont. The short drive to Modica Brothers Tire in Vidor will be worth it. And the flower has me feeling extra special.

They are lucky to get a 2 star but customer service is not good. Wife took vehicle there because she had a tire going down this was 1pm they don't close tell 4pm but told her they where booked up and would not be able to look at tire or fix tire if you have a business on i10 with all the people traveling and your now willing to help someone with a flat y'all are not there to customers so i know one place i will never to business and that is Modica Bros Tore & Wheels she went to Beaumont and we ended up buying tire there she needed new tires.

This community is lucky to have a shop like this. We were on a family trip 4 hours from home and started hearing loud knocking noises in our van. We pulled over and were fortunate to find this place nearby. They took us right back, found the issue, and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. So grateful for them today! Merry Christmas!

Took my Mama to have her car's oil changed. Very friendly, professional, and personable service from Eric. The wait was about an hour and 15 mins; service is done on a first come first served basis. Price was GREAT for synthetic oil! Waiting room inside was clean and cool. Coffee, TV, and clean restrooms available.

Had Ann alignment on a used car purchase which went very well. Scott was willing to speak with me personally regarding the issues as a technician which is important too me being a long time mechanic myself. Honesty and integrity are invaluable when unable to perform needed service yourself! Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation is you're needing tires, wheels, or alignment services.

I am writing this review for an elderly customer we had today and if I could give more stars I would. His tire went flat while picking up his prescriptions. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Wes to see if there was anyway they could help. Without hesitation he said we can send a worker right over. The gentleman got here in less than 15 minutes. He was super polite and very respectful. The screw in his tire was so bad that it wouldn't hold the air. So the young man ran back to get a jack. He then proceeded to put the spare on for him and follow behind him to make he sure he made it to the store. I can't express my thanks enough!!! The guys who work here have the best customer service and are stewardships of kindness.

I first used Modica Brothers in Nederland and had great experiences there. Upon moving to Vidor I was hoping for the same experience.Instead I was overwhelmed by great customer service, promptly called to update the status of my repairs, a genuine concern for my situation, and as always a fair price with a smile. If they were not able to help with my unique situation they put me in the good hands of others.Thank you is just not enough......

Fast service getting the do at on our car fixed. It was mid day mid week though. Regaurdless, the employees were nice and very helpful.

I live in Vidor so I had planned to go to Beaumont and get my tires done, I guess I figured there would not be a good shop in a town as small as Vidor.When I looked up shops online Modica Brothers popped up and had a lot of great reviews so I decided to give it try. They did not dissapoint at all, I felt like I got a very fair price without having to haggle or go with a cheaper tire.The only place they could have improved was in remembering to reset the tire sensors and reset the oil change clock. Luckily I went back in and they knocked it out in about five minutes.If you need new tires, just an alignment, or an oil change, go here. I am like most people, I only leave a review if I am severely disappointed, so if I take the time to leave a good review, you know its good.

Very fast and friendly. Took my car in to have it aligned. Angel did the work. He did a great job, as my car drove much better!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Had to get a tire replaced they did not have one at the store they went and picked one from another store and placed on my truck quick and courtesy and a lot of help great job thank you

Trailer had a blowout while passing through with small child. Modica Bros were friendly and got us set up with what we needed and back on the road with minimal delay.
