We bought a 2012 Ram 3500HD. Great price Great truck. It was a pleasure doing business with Jeff and Mr. Maurice. Financing was very easy given a great value for our trade in. We highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase and we will definitely go back for our next vehicle.

I bought a car here and they refused to honor the warranty. They also claim to change the oil for 2 years. Good luck driving there and them having time to do it. A 60$ part cost them my business and ANYONE I tell of my experience there. I was told it was fixed, but they lied. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to buy a car from .

Great place to buy a vehicle I have enjoyed my truck I bought salesmen are awesome no pressure at all. I had an issue with my truck after I left and they helped me out. I will definitely be back for another vehicle down the road.

This is a good place to go. The only thing that I found out is that the vehicles are"as is". I'd you have an issue with the car, even if you are still making notes on it, you will need to find a mechanic and come outta pocket for the issue. What sux is tht someone I know got one and loved it...b4 she could sign papers ..she drove it later only for the engine light to come on and within almost 10 min two more light come on. She ends up taking it back and picking a different car. Which she now doesn't like. This car need new wipers. The steering wheel shimmies some..not too bad, but there are several things that can cause it. When you start it for the first time of the day, you hear a banging...almost like a knock or tapping sound. But it soon stops. It took us a week to figure it was most likely the a/c fan. Which isn't cheap either. So anyways, she's not happy about this ride at all. She wishes she'd just stayed in the other car...but is thankful to have a ride.

They have old vehicles but they are nice..they just want to much for them...example..i looked at a 2009 Dodge Truck...1700....classic have a 2014 Dodge Truck almost look a like for that much....and i told Tyler that..he was the salesman....he was young in his early 20's....

My ex boyfriend bought a car from them back in November which apparently come from an auction out of Houston. This car currently sits at Silsbee Ford with multiple problems. The primary problem is the corrosion of the terminals suggest that this car has been flooded that it was completely submerged in water for some point of time. When my ex attempted to talk to Kings about this issue they said it's no longer their problem and it's between him and the finance company and there's no way an option would sell them a flooded car and refused to take any responsibility for what they did. I wholeheartedly believe they knew the car was flooded. My ex boyfriend is one of those that is not gifted at all with Automotive things. I believe when the stealership saw him they knew they found someone that would buy anything and not know any better. So this 2014 Ford Focus is still sitting at Silsbee Ford with him and thousands in debt for a car that cannot be used. I know the Kings Prides himself on not having flooded vehicles but if you'd like to know about it call Silsbee Ford they'll tell you the car is flooded. Last time I checked there's been no hurricanes since November here. Like I said don't believe me call Silsbee Ford and ask about a 2014 Ford Focus. As king said it's not their problem so if you buy from them just now it's not their problem. They don't stand behind their word.

So where to begin, how about the end... I bought my car from them and am very satisfied. LoL, yeah details abound right LoL. Corey went out of his way to get me the car I didn't realize I wanted and boy was he right. Maurice, the Big man, or is it King of Vidor, LoL, will do what he can to help you get into the ride you want/need. If it's a car you want hurry up and get there because they are in the process of getting rid of their cars and getting all trucks to sale

They have good inventory and decent people working there. It is under new management and they took care of me from walking in to driving out. Whenever you re there, ask for Maurice. That s their manager. Great guy!

Tried to pressure like you expect a used car dealer. Stated the van we were looking at was going to auction that Friday. We decided against buying and it's still there a month later. Lol

Rude staff.They will tell you that they will have you plates in by a certain day and you call and they said that it would be another day.So i come up here and been there standing a good while and no one says anything..They look at you like what ate you doing here..Never again will I buy a vehicle from rude dealership again.All they want is your money they dont care about you at all.RUDE STAFF...l

Just got a 2013 dodge challenger from them and the camshaft snaped in about a month and they didn't want to do anything about it i had to put it in a shop fo 5,000 to fix it
