Ordered the tires online from Walmart waited a whole week for them too install the tires then on the installation day, they refused to install tires because the two on the front were a different size from the two in the back.. now where does it say that they won't install two different size tires. The two in the front came from discount tire. They had no problem installing any size tire...

I'm sure the mechanics are nice but the person who came answered the phone/ came out to me to question what I needed done had a horrible attitude. Either that or he was severely depressed. Not too mad bc I've been there before but at least try to be nice. I left, didn't feel welcomed at all.

The only con to Walmart's auto center is that they only schedule 3 people per shift. I dont mind the wait, but its not fair to the employees who have to deal with rude customers.The Walmart Auto center is great just please have patience.

I always get my oil changes done here. You can get your shopping done while waiting for your oil to be changed. Oil changes only take about 30-40 minutes (if even that long) and the staff is very helpful and kind.

Pretty great service here. Didn't have any trouble with swapping out battery under warranty. I was surprised but very thankful it was a fast and easy process.

Horrible experience. First of all they have it so hot in there that it is uncomfortable to even be inside. And to make it worse they took over an hour to change the oil once it went back. I can do this at home in under 15 mins by myself. I used to come here and pay for the convenience of not having to do it myself but i will not be returning. Wal Mart doesnt seem to care about anybody's time but theirs.

Had an oil change done my car was ready in about an hour. Not enough staff and they broke my dipstick. When I told them about they agreed to pay for the dipstick but not the labor to put it on. Was disappointed about this.

The worst service I never meet before , bad attitude and no professional at all , even one star still high for me to give .July -15-2021 around 4 pm to do my oil car change there , one guy have bad attitude and not professional should to change his personal ..Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've bought tires there twice.The female manager of the auto center was rude and argumentative both times.I would drive on bare rims to another store before dealing with her again.
